• Daniel (10/5): - If we could rate 6 stars out of 5 we would! Suzana and Allan were outstanding hosts and thought of every detail to make our stay one to remember. Their home and yard are simultaneously posh and comfortable. We enjoyed great easy conversations over Suzana’s home made and upscale breakfast offerings. The room was comfortable and immaculate and had everything we needed. The hot tub and sunroom was relaxing with a private view overlooking the lake and city. Truly a place we will remember and look forward to returning soon.
• LINDA (10/5): - The Hostess Suzanna is wonderful, sitting down for breakfast with her felt like I was visiting family. She went way out for breakfast, the food was fresh, creative and delicious. Property is beautifully landscaped with a spectacular view of the lake, I enjoyed my morning cup of coffee outside on comfortable patio furniture, fully covered. The place is spotless; comfy kingsize bed; beautiful bathroom and large walk in closet. I have no complaints of any kind, would definitely stay there again.

La maison est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes, en plus d’être à seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville de Kelowna. Les hôtes étaient généreux, bienveillants et très sympathiques. Ils nous ont donné plusieurs informations précieuses sur les alentours, les endroits à visiter, etc. Les déjeuners étaient succulents et santé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons grandement!

The bathroom had plenty of quality amenities. Suzana is very friendly, had great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and shared some history of the city over breakfast.

• Fu Lai (10/5): Truly 5 stars stay - My husband and I had the most wonderful stay at Suzana’s charming bed & breakfast—truly a 5-star home experience. From the moment Suzana warmly greeted us upon arrival, it felt like being welcomed into a dear friend’s home. She took the time to personally introduce us to every detail. Every corner of the house was immaculately clean—no surface overlooked. The bed was heavenly comfortable, and the pillows just right. Plush, soft towels awaited us each morning, and I loved the thoughtful touch of providing three different body lotions, makeup remover wipes, sunblock, and even after-sun lotion. These little extras made our stay feel luxurious and cared-for. Hearty, Healthy, & Beautiful Breakfasts Suzana prepared a delicious three-course breakfast each morning, complete with fresh coffee and juice. The portions were generous and the meals healthy. It felt like dining in a friendly, upscale café—but in the comfort of a cozy home. The landscaped backyard was a peaceful haven, perfect for sipping coffee and reading a book in the morning sun. After a long day of travel, soaking in the hottub was the cherry on top We will absolutely be back. This stay exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a B&B in Kelowna that feels like a true home with all the pampering of a boutique retreat, look no further—Suzana and her husband are super hosts in every sense. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts!

Highly recommend this property. The location is a bit out of the way from the city amenities but only a 10 minute drive.

Lovely location and great accommodation with a dedicated hot tub which was relaxing. Great communal dining and relax area. The host and family were super ..and the three course home cooked gourmet breakfast was delicious. This was our number 1 place to stay in the 3 weeks we have been in Canada.

Breakfast of fresh fruit, home baked biscuits, jam, and quiche were amazing. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts over breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful beds and towels and the plus for our room was a private hot tub with a beautiful view. Highly highly recommend. We booked one night and but for us having ongoing plans we can’t change, we absolutely would stay longer. We will return. We haven’t had breakfast yet as I write this but we know the menu and I know, given the perfection of our hostess, it will also be something to rave about.

• Caroline (10/5): Last Stop on our Honeymoon - This was our final stop on our week-long BC honeymoon before flying out of Kelowna, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our stay! Suzana and her husband were wonderful hosts, very personable and had some great recommendations for local restaurants and points of interest. And Suzana made us an excellent breakfast! She switches up the menu each morning which is also a nice touch. And our room was stunning! My husband and I stayed in the hot tub suite and everything from the en suite bathroom, to the comfortable king size bed, to the hot tub itself was perfection. And the view looking out over the city and lake is out of this world. If our travels ever bring us to the Kelowna region again, we will definitely be staying here again!

The house itself is clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with a nice view of Okanagan Lake that added to the charm. After a long day of traveling, it was such a relief to relax in the hot tub. Breakfast prepared by Suzana was a highlight of our stay. Her delicious and thoughtfully cooked breakfast truly made our morning special! Overall, my stay at Lake and the City was amazing. • brian (10/5): - This was our first B&B Experience ever. We spent three days at Suzana and Allens property to celebrate or 30th Anniversary. It was close to all the things we wanted to do in the Kelowna area. We thank them immensely for their kindness , hospitality and humour. We had what was named the Superior Room, which was immaculate. Each morning there is a unique breakfast offering, which was usually a three course type of experience. The hosts are greatly invested in in their guests and go out of their way to accommodate. Words that best describe our stay would be: Affordable , friendly, professional, relaxed , clean and modern and welcoming. You wont be disappointed.

The views were amazing, the breakfast’s every morning were so delicious. You could smell the freshly baked goodies from downstairs. I must add it was also the prettiest view as you ate. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was clean and so beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and again they have everything you need! We booked the room that has the hot tub, highly recommend as it was so nice to sit out and look at the stars. We are already looking forward to our next stay here. Recommend anyone who is looking for a nice quiet and comfortable stay book this place! Suzana and Allen really did WOW us all weekend.
