• LUDMILA (10/5): Приятен хотел за спокойна почивка на самия морски бряг - Обновена база, перфектна локация, чистота, безупречен персонал. Храната е вкусна и разнообразна, ресторантът е удобно разположен, можете да седнете дори на терасата до басейна. Определено бих дошла отново!

• Andrei (8/5): Fair price for a good service - The food was good. Good diversity as the hot dishes were rarely repeated. Renewed rooms were good as well. Bathroom was very cheaply renewed. The tables in the restaurant were always very dirty.

• Elka (5/5): Passable - Hotel's location is very good. Although the staff cleaned every day, the room and the bathroom felt dirty - they need total-total cleaning. The food was not good quality and caused stomachache.

• Dan.t. (7/5): All in all a fair experience (would go for the neighbour next time - details in review). - Proximity to the beach. 3/5 day we stayed had quite a varied serving. For the other days there was a generous salad bar where you could pick around 20-25(rough estimation) from a round shaped salad island. I must mention we are not the ideal customers - we are not very picky. There were some dishes that we could not understand: boiled corn seeds mixed with (too much) oil, but we had others we could choose from. Unclear why the yogurt bowl always had to have a very bright colored gue on it... (Probably e gem of some sort). Albena sand. Guys at the pool bar always friendly and helpful. Tattooed guy in the hotel bar - also helpful and nice. Manager of the hotel and some trainees were quite reactive to our questions/complaints. We had no information that the in-room-bar beverages are included and refilled on a daily basis(hope this helps others). The hotel staff and the animation staff are 2 different entities that know nothing about each other. Funny at first, not so funny when you actually find out that the entertainment room that is at Kaliakra Beach - it's a shared resource, but hard to find information on it. (According the the staff of the 2 hotels - the only shared resource - except the stage area that is also at Kaliakra Beach - holding evening events) Rooms were a bit on the tight area in the hallway entrance I estimate 1m width (food did not help 😅). Bar has about 4-5 drinks that could qualify as import aka the "Ultra" in the All-inclusive. Beer only at tap - not bad, but not good either. The - in between meal servings - near the outside bar - sometimes implies salads that were quite easily getting soggy because of the outside heat. The worst was that sometimes the salads contained yoghurt ... Left with no cooling. Also, I would have expected at least 1.fruit to be present at this bar at all times, this happened 50% of the time. Plastic cutlery from the outside salad/grill bar that broke very easily - must pay special attention to kids not to swallow small bits especially from the plastic forks by mistake ... Shouldn't there be no more plastic cutlery? General rule of thumb (for us) at all meals: never touch any type of minced meat byproducts - this is a taste thing - recommend you stop after tasting any if you don't like it - it will be the same meat. The worst experience with some minced meat patties was at the outside bar grill: where they were brought from the freezer and thrown directly on the grill - and to avoid burning them they were 2/3 raw. After 2-3 polite requests we managed to ask the nice guy to fry them a little longer after he squished them a bit. Ate 1, did not get sick ... But not a great experience either.

Great view from the room. Free seif in the room. Big bathroom. Plenty of towels. Good mattress, good pillows. Plenty of pillows. Balcony table and chairs. Working refrigerator. Complimentary beer and juice. Parking not included in room payment. Small room. Air conditioning not working except for lobby and restaurant. Very hot in the room. Custom relation person speaking only german, could not speak to her. No tub in bathroom, or shower tub. No shower mat. Difficult to open closet. Bed lamp badly positioned. No mosquito net at the door like in the other rooms. Broken curtain.

• Nina (10/5): I will definitely come back again next summer! - Ultra convenient for kids vacation!!! Highly recommend for families with small kids 👍👍👍 everything was well organised and it was absolutely 0% stress. You do not have to thing for anything. Which is just great!

• Vasile (10/5): Everything was fine. - We are a family that has been spending their holidays at the sea in Albena for 10 years at the KALIAKRA MARE (DOBROTITSA) hotel. Not for nothing, this is the hotel where, apart from the favorable location (near the sea), we also have an exemplary welcome from the staff, from the manager to the auxiliary staff, and with the "all inclusive" option we have all the culinary pleasures both general as well as specific local ones. And until now, we had the pleasure of meeting the hotel manager, through the friendly reception of my family, but this year, through an unfortunate event (accident), I also had the help of the hotel, regarding my preparation for the hospital, for which I thank. There was a problem with the air conditioner, but it was solved.
