• Michael (1/5): Be careful - Nothing Walked into room. Walked out. Booked elsewhere. Photos deceiving. Looks like 1 big apartment but it is a bedroom, with a large shared dining area, and a large shared bathroom. Sharing with at least 5 other rooms. It's more of a hostel. Shouldn't be called luxurious. Tram right outside ground floor window. Very noisy. Asked for partial refund and denied.
• Msanera (2/5): Warning: It's not as stated at the Booking - Warning: There is no private bathroom; it is shared, for that reason it should be taken out as a facility. Only the bedroom is private, while all other spaces (living room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen) are communal. The accommodation is not on the ground floor but on a raised ground floor, meaning it is not wheelchair accessible as there are 17 steps to reach the toilet. Additionally, kitchen equipment is not adequately provided, including cookware compatible with the induction stove-top, allowing future guests to cook as option. When I asked where is the terrace mentioned in the Booking, I was said that I can see it from the window :/ so, it is not accessible and should not be listed as an available feature.
• Birgit (8/5): Room spacious and nice, note: bathrooms are shared - The property is very clean and the room spacious. There is a well equipped kitchen and lounge to sit. The apartment is quite central and still quite calm (one can only hear the tram sometimes). I couldn't figure out from the advert if the bathroom was ensuite or not and the answer is no. The 2 bathrooms are shared between 5 rooms. There is a shower, toilet and sink in each and it is spacious and clean. However, it should be noted down in the description that the bathroom is not separate for every room and is shared between guests. I didn't mind so much because there was no overlap with other guests and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean but one needs to carry the bathroom stuff from the ground floor to the basement every time.
• Dinorah (9/5): The apartment was excellent and perfectly located, making my stay truly enjoyable! - There was a code sent to my booking App. There was no soap and Shampoo/conditioner in the shower. When arrive after a long flight all you want is a shower and that was missing, I could only buy the next day.
