• Gazmen (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeberin, herrlicher Blick auf Luganosee - Erica ist eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin mit einem herzlichen, professionellen Empfang. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochqualitativ ausgestattet und durchgehend modern. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Öl, Gewürzen, Nespresso, Schokolade, frischem Obst, Wein, Wasser und Käse. Shampoo und Duschgel sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht über Lugano und den See ist beeindruckend. Ein Aufzug führt direkt bis zur Haustür, ein privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein Unterkunftsniveau, das deutlich über dem Standard liegt.

• Antonio (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite ! It was everything perferct!
