• Marika (8/5): - Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig, es war alles da was man braucht. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, U-Bahn und Busverbindung sind in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Von den zahlreichen Restaurants und Lokale in der Umgebung waren wir begeistert. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde zeitnah eingegangen und umgesetzt. Bei 4 Personen war ein Hausschlüssel zu wenig.

• Carmelo (4/5): Basterebbe un po' di manutenzione - Posizione vicino alla metro e grandezza dell'appartamento adeguata Manca della manutenzione più elementare e scarsa attenzione ai solleciti sulla stessa (porta di cui rimane maniglia in mano perché non avvitata, alcune lampadine e prese di corrente che non funzionano, i bagni mancano di una chiusura per privacy, manca sistema aerazione dei bagni e diversi altri piccole cose che non vanno). Ciò che ci ha lasciato un po' delusi e che a tutte le richieste di attenzione ad alcune piccole cose sistemabili prontamente le risposte, seppur gentili e immediate, non proponevano soluzioni ma solo un generico "faremo presente alla proprietà". Ci sarebbero molti altri dettagli che si potrebbero enunciare (inviati in privato al gestore) ma questa vuole essere solo un'indicazione che bisognerà avere una certa adattabilità. Il prezzo forse può valere una certa sopportazione? A conti fatti noi non torneremmo anche se la casa con piccoli accorgimenti potrebbe essere quasi perfetta. Peccato

• Sophie (10/5): Super! - Super schoon en ontzettend ruim. Leuke locatie weg van de drukte maar dichtbij metro! De douche was een beetje onhandig

• Vasil (10/5): 😊 - The apartment is clean and cozy and fully equipped. Close to the metro, nice pastry shop at the entrance. The hosts are kind and helpful people. We will visit it again with pleasure.
• Mk (10/5): Exceptional - It's very cozy and feels like a real home. Each room has a TV next to the bed and there are two bathrooms, which is convenient. The kitchen is also separate, which is great for cooking and eating.
• Dóra (8/5): Very good - The host was extremely helpful and flexible; he answered all our texts and questions within minutes. The location is great, the metro line A is a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and there are several bus stops nearby as well. Getting to the inner city never took us longer than 30 minutes, and we still got to stay in a peaceful area with minimal traffic noise for a great price. The apartment is well equipped with kitchenware, so cooking breakfast or a light meal won't be a problem. But there are no basic ingredients such as oil and spices, so if you're planning to make some of your meals at the accommodation, be mindful of this. And huge extra is the hair dryer with a diffuser, as a curly person, I really appreciated this.
• Watters (9/5): Superb - Andrea was in touch with us before and throughout our stay keeping us informed about the self check-in and check- out. We were provided with a PDF with information about the area where the apartment is which was very handy indeed.
• Andrius (9/5): Nice vacation in Roma - The apartment is tidy, all appliances work. Convenient transportation, because the apartment is near the metro. Very nice and caring host. He was always interested in how things were going, whether it was comfortable to live.
• Attila (10/5): Really convenient apartman and location, nice host, definitely recommended for a family stay! - The apartman is located in a really good spot in Rome, close to the Metro, several bars, shops, gelateria nearby. It was really clean, spacious, very well equipped, the kitchen held everyhing possible for a cook. Double bathroom, both bedrooms with wide, full sized beds. The host gave exact guidelines about how to get there, his response to questions were instant. Definitely recommended! The shower is really small even for an average size person, and extra care must be taken not to water everything around. But about that's all.
