• Reuben (8/5): Decent apartment hotel - Nice apartment, comfortable with good AC and fan. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great. In 2 weeks it wasn't cleaned or supplied with new sheets or towels but there's a washing machine and space to dry so it's just like an unserviced apartment.

• William (7/5): It will be better when it’s finished and reception is on level 1 - Location, fast elevator, big room, great bed, good kitchen I asked for a room with balcony over the street but I got an internal room, no daily cleaning, fresh towels would be nice , no breakfast
• Quin (1/5): Bad - Complete scam Complete scam, they are renovating the building and there is not even a normal entrance except for a plastic cover and cement powder all over. Lots of noise and the bathroom is very dirty.
• Anna (2/5): Don’t stay here - hope this helps x - Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The ‘delux studio apartment’ was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The floors were covered in dirt. There were dead bugs and hairs in the fridge. There were ants all over the bathroom. There were stains on the bedsheets. There isn’t a sofa bed or a city view as described. There’s a washing machine but nowhere to hang up clothes to dry other than a dirty, broken clothes hanger on the balcony. If you’re brave enough to actually cook in the kitchen you’ll find no kitchen utensils to use. We had to buy our own mugs at the shop to make a cup of coffee. To top it off there were no cleaning products to use so we couldn’t even clean anything ourselves. There is very loud construction work going on that starts early in the morning and continues all day. The windows are covered - I’m assuming to keep them clean from the construction dust - so don’t expect any daylight. It was difficult to communicate with the owner, who either didn’t reply or didn’t care. He didn’t seem surprised by our complaints which suggests this isn’t a first. We left after one night. Only positives were the nice neighbourhood and helpful security man.

Upon arrival, we encountered a security personnel who did not speak English, and his demeanor was unprofessional, as if we were attempting to occupy the premises without charge. The building was undergoing renovation, resulting in considerable noise levels. There are numerous dining establishments in the vicinity.

The apartment is not cleaned well, traces of dirt, dust everywhere. The request for cleaning was fulfilled before my departure after several arguments. The security is a joke, the security guard sleeps mostly, does not know English, he is not helpful. I do not recommend
• Viktor (1/5): Bad - Luxe Paradise Residence should rather be renamed to Dirty Stinky Squat. I don't understand where the owners get the audacity to rent out accommodation in this building. After booking the Deluxe Apartment, we arrived in the evening of March 18, 2025. We found out that the entire lower part of the building was broken and under renovation. A blue tarp was stretched across the building, behind which workers drilled and hammered throughout the day. The reception—if you can even call it that—was in the garage, where a couch (or rather a den) stood next to parked motorbikes, and an English-non-speaking manager handled check-ins. He then led us through a horrifically dirty hallway full of dust and mortar debris to the so-called Deluxe Apartment, which was just as filthy, grimy, and smelly as the entire building. Instead of a lake view, we got a view of a dirty backyard. We refused to stay there and we moved to another hotel. I strongly recommend everyone to stay far away from this place. It’s a scam.
• Sandhya (7/5): Expensive stay for the amount I paid. - Room was with Balcony. It is one bedroom apartment which is good. Though It had Kitchen facility, enough Utensils were not provided. I had to ask for it. Though I asked for Kitchen towel, it was not provided until I left. I asked for chopping pad, they provided very dirty chopping pad which I never ever used. I stayed there for 3 days, not even once housekeeping lady turned up to clean the room. You need to enter the property through basement. It was difficult to find the address, as 3 plot numbers are provided.

• John (7/5): All in all a good place to stay. - Location is good and the apartment is not too small. Upon entry, the apartment is of reasonable cleanliness. Kitchen allows to preparation of basic meals. Fixtures and cabinets need maintenance. “Serviced” apartment but during a weeklong stay, no offer to clean, remove trash, refresh linens or towels. Kitchen utensils are not adequate for meal prep or eating for two or more people.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - It was so quiet and peaceful place to stay. A little bit outside the tourist dense areas, but still walking distance or easy to get a cheap Grab. Lots of locals hanging out in this neighborhood and there are popular restaurants where the Hanoians go. The staff was very friendly, the guard and the ’receptionist’ Hoang were very helpful.
• Sreejith (8/5): Best in choice - Spacious room, nice balcony, a quite location, near by few open restaurants, night is different vibes. Main entrance wasn't there, a bit tricky to find even it's in main Road, Electric plug points aren't international, so need to carry an adaptor for it, it's not a negative comments, all other facilities are well.

He help me and he provides me transportation from hotel 🏨 to airport 🛫 with less price st new brands car 4x4 I was shocked. He refused tips he was happy that I visited he's country.
• Kenneth (9/5): Superb - It was a lovely full apartment with a bath tub and a washing machine, both of which I used. The area was my favorite in Hanoi. Wish I had stayed in Truc Bach the whole time, instead of the days I spent in the Old Quarter nearby. There are lovely cafes, restaurants and bars nearby with very friendly locals and travellers, and usually a view of the lake. I would definitely stay there again! Thanks!!! The window is onto an air well, but very quiet because no road noise.

My room (on the 4th floor) felt very new, clean and spacious. Amazing value for money at the time of writing that I stayed a second time whilst in Hanoi. There was some construction noise coming from somewhere in the building, but it was nothing intolerable.

• Darnell (4/5): I was absolutely nauseous staying here. - My stay at the LUXE was disappointing and unpleasant due to a persistent septic smell that made me nauseous. When I reached out to the host about it, they stopped responding entirely, which only added to the frustration. Although I booked the room for two, there was only one set of dishes, and despite requesting additional ones upon arrival, they never arrived. On a positive note, the men guarding the entrance were friendly, and the location, along with the food options nearby, were definite highlights. Unfortunately, the apartment and the hosts fell far short of expectations.

• Brendan (1/5): Bad - The check-in is easy and the security guard is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and in a good location. The room is directly above a night club that plays very loud music, even at night. This night club is in the same building and the music goes until 2-3am. It makes it very difficult to sleep. I would not suggest anyone stay at this place.

Its above a night club, I was on the 6th floor and honestly im used to partying so that dont bother me that much but can't imagine at the floors below or If you are a light sleeper or want to go to bed early for an early wake up might be uncomfortable.

Great communication with the owner over WhatsApp. I left some of my items there and he was helpful with the recovery. It was located above a club and you could hear the loud music for hours until very late. One of the water bottles left in the fridge was already open and missing some water. The place smelled really bad when I arrived. Luckily, I could get rid of the smell by airing the room for a few hours. The latter two suggest low hygiene standards... There was no view as the windows and terrace are facing towards the empty concrete place of the building.

Location on the map is great, we kept referring to it as the island and it felt like a little community of bars and cafes away from the traffic and main hustle Bed was comfy As the apartment is newly set up it lack basic necessities. Not even a sponge to do washing up, arrived no bin available even in the loo, no drying rack available to do washing. Contacted the property and this was resolved in stages (was advised drying rack will be with us at 3pm, albeit this was sorted sooner we didn’t want to stay in waiting for this but did book the apartment to make use of the washer) The apartment is above a nightclub, we weren’t fazed by this as we knew on booking but be aware it isn’t slight noise

• Naresh (4/5): Bittersweet Stay - The apartment is beautiful. It's clean and has everything you need. The bed and the couch were comfortable. You could hear the noise of toilet flushing from other apartments which made it hard to sleep at night. I gave a few hours of heads up to the host about my arrival time. When I reached there at around 12pm, they wanted to charge an additional 30%/night for early check-in. I do understand they have strict check-in times, but I feel they could have easily replied to me to communicate this information. They don't have a place to keep luggage, I had to carry it around for a couple of hours. Later, I messaged them asking if it's possible to extend, I didn't get any reply for a few hours. So, I decided to book another place to move to. If they improve their communication, it'll be a much better experience for the customers.
• Hannah (9/5): Comfortable, great location, would stay again. - The apartment was amazing value and although considered not to be central, was so easy to order a grab taxi and head into the old town in 6 minutes. It was the perfect location in many ways because it was so reasonably priced for a whole apartment with washing machine and had little local cafes available right outside. It was very relaxed. The entrance to the building is through the basement car park and can look a bit scary if you arrive at night time. The security guard there also doesn’t speak a single word of English and I had a bit of trouble checking in initially after a long trip.

You literally can find anything you need in a walking distance. The studio is spacious. They provide the cleaning service as requested as well It could be better if the two security guys could be more friendly and helpful. Also, the bed sheets and pillows cases smell old. The cleaners sometimes refused doing cleaning services because they said you just checked in (even I stayed 2-3 days already)

But it was supposed to have cooking utensils to make your own. Not much supplied here The first time we came we booked for a month and we paid cash to some sleepy guy in bed and although we asked for a receipt several times from him and the managers we never got a receipt. We booked a deluxe room..the bathtub drains out all over the floor....the kitchen was dirty and insufficient in it's cooking supplies..no mugs for for coffee in morning...no supplies. The whole apartment smelled of garbage which we found on a bag under the sink....Old garbage We stayed 4 months in this building and in 4 different units...this one was an overpriced disaster .nothing deluxe here...poor communication...
