- Tamires (10/5): - Muito próxima da estação , apartamento confortável e tem tudo o que precisa para cozinhar
- Manthana (10/5): Great Stay Will Book Again - Great Location
Nearby Supermarket Nothing every thing good
- Cherry (7/5): Lovely central apartment apart from tiny bed an hassles with key pick up and especially key drop-off - Had to come to Streatham to pick up heavy online purchase - was close by and had a car park. Was a bit of a faff driving to Rocky Express first to collect keys - and worse still Rocky Express wasn't open on the Sunday I checked out and went to drop off keys at )7:40 when they were supposed to be open 07:00 every day - I had to post the keys back to Rocky Express at my own expense after several emails and phone calls and texts asking me what was going on as I was driving home back home up north - what a shambles!
- Tami (9/5): Great, apartmeht - Location, great, clean and pleasant apartment. The bed was a little small.
- Jarryd (9/5): - Very nice flat, spacious with a really convenient work station setup. Good location, very close to supermarkets, multiple cafes and busses/train station. For warmer months a small fan for the room would be a plus.
- Czarny (10/5): Dobra cena, dobre miejsce dla nas z łatwym dojazdem podmiejską kolejką do centrum. -
- Mitchell (7/5): Good - Quiet place, good location. (1) The key collection and drop-off process is cumbersome. The collection point is abou 3/4 mile from the flat, and its opening hours make it unfeasible for someone planning on taking a morning flight. (2) There were dirty sheets in the washing machine when we arrived. (3) Communication seems to be with an AI-bot, not a human. (4) No fan.
- Almudenna (10/5): Confortable flat - We were a big supermarket in the same building. The train station 5 minutes walking. Many buses connected to the town (bus 159 to Oxford Circus every 10 minutes). The nearest tube station is 15 minutes by bus. Pick the keys 15 minutes far form the flat , but the is a bus stop just in front the shop where you can take the bus to the apartment.
- Amarjeet (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern well equipped property in a very convenient location. Our second stay. Picking up the keys near streatham common station is not very convenient for the property.
- Mitchell (9/5): Love the place. I wish they had a better system for getting/leaving keys. - It's very inconvenient to have the repository of the keys located so far from the property. When we went to turn in the keys the shop was locked. Pounding on the door solved that (maybe the dude was in the bathroom) but I pounded walked away got mad went back and pounded again before he surfaced.
- Linda (9/5): A lovely clean apartment very close to all the facilities of Streatham - A lovely clean apartment very close to all the facilities of Streatham. In a purpose built block with a concierge on the ground floor all of whom were lovely.
A really spacious apartment for two. It was well equipped with quality appliances and everything that could be needed whether eating in or out. All the basic cleaning materials and condiments were in the property. Anything you need - Tesco is just outside the apartment block, very handy.
The apartment is really stylishly furnished and decorated. A separate desk is there if you are working away from home.
We found the apartment nice and quiet despite the central location in busy streatham. We stayed for 10 nights so felt like we really lived there and everything worked perfectly ( except the dishwasher). We never needed any heating despite it being December, and there was always plenty of hot water.
Its proximity to the station is really handy for getting into central London. We lived in London many years ago and the Thameslink service through Streatham is one of the cleanest and most efficient for easy access to central London, when compared to most tube lines. We didn't like the pick up arrangements for the keys - as its some distance from the apartment. I was a pity the dishwasher was out of action - although not a big issue and easily fixable.
- Alison (9/5): An enjoyable few days here to visit family. The apartment had everything we needed. - Convenient location
- Rahul (10/5): One of the best property to stay while visiting London for the ultimate comfort, convenience of exploring Central London - Cleanliness, comfort, accessibility to the center N/A
- Mitchell (9/5): Superb - Great apartment, very comfortable. It's a hassle to have to walk fifteen minutes each way to collect/drop off the keys. Plus, given that the key collection store doesn't actually open until 6 (or 7, depending on which shopkeeper you speak with), it's not feasible for those with an early flight.
- David (9/5): Great! - But of a stretch for visitor to locate keys.
- Dario (9/5): the apartment was perfect. iI’s quite big, very clean and comfortable. I travel to London almost every month for work an - the apartment was perfect. iI’s quite big, very clean and comfortable.
- Calum (8/5): Very good -
- Dulani (6/5): Ok for short break in London - It provided parking albeit not straight forward to access as fob for garage not working. Facilities in kitchen, apartment ok for a short stay.
Found extra bedding and towels as these were not left out for 3 person booking. It was extremely hot in flat and in London a fan would have helped as no temperature control in flat. Thermostat there but doesnt control for cooler temperatures as one resident said good for winter bad for summer. I managed to buy a fan from Tescos.
Lifts were useful. Would be good if blind in lounge worked mum slept on sofa bed in lounge but couldnt close them as not shutting. The balcony was nice and allowed us a cool breeze into the apartment. Located next to a tesco so helpful. Key collection from an off licence not straightforward man there on collection was obviously a bit stressed and rude towards me when i gave code. Would be easier if could pickup key on site rather than driving to another location then dealing with an access issue to the garage due to broken fob. Fob for garage not working went through back entrance had to call security. Tricky on arrival and when i needed to drive as security questioned why i was staying ie its duration "you've stayed a long time", 3 days into 9 day break, and why fob wasn't working on one occasion. A few bits and pieces as above. Host responded to messageswhen had issues with fob, tv. Would be useful to keep manuals in one folder.
- Divina (8/5): Very good - Location is good in beautiful ,Tesco, transport is so easy to connect going to central london in the tourist spots.
- Blessing (9/5): Superb -
- Z. (8/5): Overall we are satisfied with our stay and we recommend this apartment to others. - Train and buses to downtown are very close. Three supermarkets are also very close. Modern decorations in good taste. Clean. It was very inconvenient to get and return the keys (1 km walk each way). It was tiring and stressful after a long trip. I think it is not an acceptable solution form a visitor’s perspective. It delayed our departure by 30 minutes.
The light in the washroom is too dark. The air in the washroom gets stale very quickly. We had to keep the door open as much as possible because the ventilation in the washroom in insufficient. For one of us it smelled like paint and for the other like smell of water from a drain in the sink or the tub.
There were no paper towels. We had to buy our own.
Every correspondence from the apartment’s owner, trough email (booking.com), was cut off after a few sentences. Many times we had to keep asking for full content and we never received clarification how we could see it all ourselves.
- Annette (5/5): Good location - The location of the apartment is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. There was a train station right beside the accommodation but I had to take train to a further away train station to collect the keys. I found this very frustrating as it is difficult to walk in city streets with luggage. When I arrived in the accommodation there was a terrible smell of cigarettes' smoke even thought I had requested a non smoking room. The fridge was not clean.
- Liang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wood (9/5): Superb - Beautiful flat, clean comfortable and great location, instruction for facilities clear, has everything you may need, hairdryer iron towels etc Collecting keys was a bit of a hike with suitcase , didn't find out about this till day before, and then return to same place, this spoilt it for me, allow time, fob for parking area didn't work either. Only one set of keys and fob so had to stay together.
- David (9/5): Quite good - good place - very quiet too - Very clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. The key collection process kinda devalued the property I thought.
And tried to call owner with no answer but messaging was prompt.
- Aviva (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful clean apartment with lots of natural light and extremely well-equiped. Perfect location next to transport and shops and a beautiful courtyard that feels like an oasis in the middle of streatham 😊
- Tyler (9/5): Superb -
- Holly (9/5): Superb - The apartment is great! It had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. Well equipped, plenty of hot water for showers, super fast wifi, nice work space, etc.
We had a lovely stay here. You must pick up the keys at a separate location at a convenience store. This worked out okay, but there is not an option to leave the keys in the apartment when checking out. If you happen to have a very early flight to catch, it could be a problem to return the keys since the convenience store is not open 24 hrs.
I think all the messages I received were automatic, so no real contact with the host.
Also, consider the location. It's a little far from London central, but easy enough with public transport.
- Ourehiri (9/5): my stay was excellent - I like everything about the property clean honestly I don’t know because everything about the property was good
