• Gabriele (6/5): Super Lage, ansonsten leider nichts - Die Lage ist super Sehr abgewohnt und der Aufenthaltsbereich liegt im Keller. Eine wahnsinnig steile Treppe führt runter. Das vierte Schlafzimmer im Keller ist eine Nische ohne Tür, direkt neben der Küche.
• Martina (8/5): Durch die tolle Lage der Wohnung konnten wir unsere Ziele gut erreichen. Hat Spaß gemacht, dort zu wohnen!!! Alles ist - Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Wir waren zur Zeit der blühenden Kirschbäume dort. Wirklich schön. Drei der vier Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr angenehm. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, was wirklich toll ist. Vor allem für Raucher. Die Küche ist klein, hat alles nötige aber auch nicht mehr. Das Wohn/Esszimmer war für uns 8 etwas klein. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war das allerdings nicht bedeutend.

• Dante (10/5): Ótima opção para grupo em Berlim. - Localização ótima, próximo a vários comércios e uma curta caminhada à estação de metrô. As instalações são espaçosas, confortáveis e acomodam várias pessoas sem aglomeração. Katharin foi muito atenciosa conosco. Nada. Superou as expectativas.

• Emeline (7/5): Un appartement fonctionnel et grand mais très impersonnel - L'emplacement (proche des transports en commun et pratique pour visiter Berlin), le calme de l'environnement, les deux salles de bain ('ous étions cinq), la cuisine équipée (même si nous ne nous en sommes pas servis). C'est bien moins cosy que ne laissent voir les photos (mention spéciale pour la chambre principale dont l'avancement est assez différent). L'appartement nous a semblé plus fonctionnel qu'autre chose. Et très impersonnel. D'autre part, l'agencement n'invite pas non plus à la convivialité : l'accès se fait par le rez-de-chaussée (où sont situés les trois premières chambres et une salle de bain) ; la quatrième chambre, directement ouverte sur la cuisine (!), ainsi que la deuxième salle de bain et le salon/salle à manger se trouvent en sousplex. À noter que ce niveau est un peu humide.

• Francesco (7/5): - Really clean and in a quite and good location. It should be clearly reported in the description that the apartament is on the 1st HALF-floor (3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom) and in the SEMI BASEMENT (1 bed, 1 living, 1 bath and the kitchen). Moreover the bedroom in the semi-basement is without a door (then can't be considered as a separate room because directly open on the kitchen!). Only 1 bed room is really spacious, the other 3 are small. There is a stair at apartament entrance and a narrow internal stair between the half-floor and the semi-basement floor. Curtains require restoration, the living room was missing one chair (broken), lights should be improved.

• Tricia (6/5): Polite hosts, but due to apartment issues would likely not stay here again. - Firstly, spaces of this size are difficult to find in this central of an area. So it was nice there were four beds in the property, and the cost was fairly reasonable for the amount of beds. There is a market just a few minutes by foot, the Edeka, fully stocked with any/all groceries a large party would need. (It was needed, there wasn't even salt and pepper or oil in the kitchen of the flat) It only takes about 5 minutes by foot to get to the closest underground transit station. Paul and Joanna were very helpful, kind, and responsive prior to arrival, answering several of my questions about transportation and Christmas Markets in the area. The instructions for arrival were fairly easy to understand. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The dining table was large and fitting for any large group. The washing machine and drying rack came in handy. The photos are only partially accurate, the master bedroom looked nothing like the photos and the bed was in a completely different location, and it wasn't "decorated" the same at all. Lighting is dim in most of the rooms, and one of the lamps had a broken bulb. We communicated that to the hosts, but despite giving our permission to enter the apartment when we weren't there, it took almost 3 days to deliver a bulb, and it turned out to be the wrong type, even though we stated it was a "lamp bulb." So we did without, because our stay was almost over at that point, but one room was very dark. The smallest "bedroom" is downstairs, and it has NO door, it is actually adjacent to the kitchen. So you are not able to enter the kitchen without disturbing the occupant of that room. It made it difficult for us to start the day by making breakfast and coffee early in the morning, without disturbing the person sleeping in that room. The stairs are very steep, and would be dangerous for any small children or anyone with mobility issues. No more than 2-3 people could take quick (5-10 minute) showers without the hot water running out. Two of the main upstairs bedrooms have windows facing a street that is very busy and loud in the mornings. The kitchen had only one skillet, and the non-stick coating was peeling off, making it toxic in terms of the plastic ending up in your food. There is only 1 outlet in the kitchen, and you could not have the coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, and microwave plugged in at the same time. It made breakfast very difficult, as we had to constantly switch them around for use. There was no dishwasher soap, only rinse aid. There should have at least been enough to run the dishwasher once or twice, but there was none. I was told to scan a "QR code" at the entrance of the apartment for the "house rules" but despite looking and asking about it more than once, no QR code was ever found.
• Peter (8/5): Super place for larger groups (hence the name). It worked out very well for us. - Very comfortable. The location is excellent...walking distance from many of the central Berlin places we wanted to visit. This property is especially good for slightly larger groups...we were five and had lots of space and a bedroom for each person. Great hot water and very good wifi. Strongly recommended!!
• Antonius (4/5): - The location couldn’t be better. We were very much disappointed by the state of the apartment, mainly because it isn’t at all what it looks like on the photo’s. One could even state that the photography is misleading. The place lacks closet space, it‘s sparsely furnished and poorly maintained. We were unable to darken two out of the four bedrooms because the curtains were dangling from the rails like rags on just a few hooks and one bedroom was missing curtains completely. The lighting in the bedrooms is poor (weak lamps, broken or missing bedside lamps). One of the bathrooms looks unfinished and the other one is stuffy, cramped and worn. The kitchen is dark, gloomy and not very well equipped and it is open to one of the bedrooms, which is a nuisance for the people sleeping there. We therefore never used the kitchen. The stairs are downright dangerous and the living/dining area is so uninviting that we never sat there. Admittedly – the appartment was clean and the beds were good.
• Middleton (10/5): Berlin Trip - The apartment had everything we needed. It was in a good area with bars, restaurants, and supermarkets close. WIFI was great. Checkin wax easy, we arrived after 9pm, and the key is kept in a key safe at the front door, which we were given the access code the day before arrival. I would happily stay here again. The hosts gave me good info of the local area and answered any questions I had. There's nothing I didn't like it was all good.
• Sara (9/5): - The host is super super helpful! From the communication before the stay until our stay. He is prompt in replying and solving our issues met during the stay. The location is great for our purpose of stay. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable. 1. There is one room without a door itself. It shares the door with the kitchen, which means anyone who goes to the kitchen will see the room. That is lack of privacy. Perhaps adding one door for the room is a good idea to give a more comfortable stay. 2. The beds are relatively small than expected. 3. There is no lock for both the bathrooms which caused a little trouble for us at the beginning. Soon we figured out way to indicate the occupancy of the bathroom to avoid unwanted surprises.

• Peter (6/5): Perfekt til en storbytur med "drengene" - Tæt ved off. transport. God kombi af familievenligt og roligt område + gode barer og spisesteder. Lejligheden er slidt og "kold". Ikke meget hygge.

• Ricardo (10/5): Great value for money - The house is as shown on the pictures. The 1st night there was a noise which source we couldn't identify and the water was not always running warm. After contacting the host, he sent a handyman the same day who took care of the situation. The neighborhood is great, quiet, and yet super close to busy streets full of cafés, restaurants and bars. Also, the metro is not even 5 min away and is only one stop from Alexanderplatz
• Núria Torreblanca (8/5): - No faltó de nada. Muy bien equipado. La habitación del piso de abajo no tiene puerta y está conectada con la cocina... No recomiendo para nada dormir allí. Así que mejor ser hasta 6 huespedes y no 8.
• Verena (7/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Berlin! - Apartment liegt super zentral, sehr ruhig, viele Schlafräume, großer Esstisch U-Bahn Stationen und großer Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Küche ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet (nur 3 Kaffeelöffel!) Leider war der Geschirrspüler kaputt, sodass ich das Geschirr von 6 Leuten mit der Hand abspülen musste ;-(

• Stephan (8/5): Nice place to stay in the center of town, especially when enjoying the Berlin night life - The location is great, a quiet street just next to shopping and the entertainment of Mitte, public transport near by. Lots of space, fast response of the host to questions. Kitchen fully equipped and the supermarket at 200m. For a longer stay it was nice that there's a washing machine. I'd prefer more light, especially in the basement floor. A setup for remote working would be great. The renovation was not fully finished yet, but the host quickly provided what we needed. Too bad the dish washer broke down.
