- Miguel (9/5): buena relacion calidad precio , piso espacioso y está bien. - Piso en planta baja muy amplio bien localizado, buena relacion precio calidad , todo muy bien excepto las llaves de entrada que las explicaciones eran claras pero el sistema de dar las llaves es bastante complicado. La ducha no tiene mampara

- Банчева (10/5): We felt at home - This was the best apartment we've stayed in so far. It felt cozy and comfortable, so It was like being at home and the anfitrions messaged as that we could contact them if we needed anything, such a nice detail from their part. As for the apartment, It was clean and had all we might have needed as a softener for the washing machine and a clothes hanger for the drying, additional pillows and blankets, functional kitchen, close to the bed sockets to plug in, big wardrobe and what we've lacked in many other apartments - enough surfice space to put thing on. Also, there are bus and tram stops less than 5 min walk and the city center (NDK, Vitoshka boulevard) is at about 10 min walking distance as well. Although the apartment is at the first flore there are big windows facing the inner patio so there is lots of natural light coming in so It doesn't feel cavey at all. In general, we loved It, haven't lacked anything and would repeat 100%. Although Lidl is not that far away there are not really big supermarkets nearby, there are a lot of minimarkets and places to eat though.

- Вълчев (1/5): Лошо и неподдържано - Не почистено, на всякъде паяжини. Пълно е с хлебарки. Счупен душ, счупена дръжка на врата на тоалетната, което бе отстранено пет дни след обаждането. Недостатъчно спални бельо и хавлии, за двама човека. Дивана във всекидневната е издънен, до състояние, което не е възможно да се седи на него.

- Богдана (7/5): Не съм особено доволна! - Апартамента се намира на тиха улица, наблизо има всичко необходимо. Апартамента беше доста занемарен. Преди настаняването ми бяха сменили само спалното бельо и най-неприятното нещо, че ви настаняват с домашни любимци - ХЛЕБАРКИ! В спалнята няма климатик, което в преходния сезон е неприятно, т. К има само един в хола, който не може да стопли целият апартамент.

- Evgenia (7/5): - Все в основнм было хорошо. Кроме отопления. Было очень холодно. Отопление не работало. Кондиционер был только в салоне, а в спальне не было. Спать в салоне тоже нельзя было - очень продавленый диван. Душевая кабинка не закрытая и вода заливает всё вокруг.

Many cockroaches comming out of the sink in the bathroom and kitchen,even found in the cupboards. Host really needs to find a solution…Also a small refreshing renovation would be a good idea even if the price would be higher afterwards.

- Miriam (10/5): Perfecto - Ha sido un lujazo este apartamento. Es un edificio muy tranquilo, ni un ruido por la noche, mantiene el fresco, todo fácil, la zona es asequible para ir andando a todas partes, está muy cuidado. La verdad me ha sorprendido, es como en las fotos, funciona todo y es muy comfortable. Una de las indicaciones para abrir la puerta (en el interfono) está en búlgaro, recomiendo bajarse la app de traducir de google. El resto es muy simple.
