• Anna (7/5): - The apartment is new, good furnished, with washing machine and it is in quite good location The bed is super soft and uncomfy. The only way to get to the apartment it is through the app so if you don't have connection or your phone died you won't get into.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Exceptional - All good 👍. There was also this super chill guy that helped us with getting checked in. I think his name was Valentino. He was really good at his job, very professional, had a sense of humor. He also went out of his way and called a cab for us, when we couldn't get an uber. Super helpful, funny and friendly.🙂😊

• Josipa (6/5): Location great, beautiful city, apartmen and service not great. - Location was great! The apartment was cold, and we were given only a sheet for covering. There was no blanket or thicker cover. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. We had dish detergent but no sponge or cloth. There was a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets. The drain in the shower and sink was clogged, causing very slow drainage and water overflow. The towels did not smell freshly washed.
• Ella (4/5): Nice apartment visually, disappointing functionally! - The style of the apartment was very trendy and modern, very pleasing to the eye. The location was good, close to a metro station but far from Milano Centrale. About a half an hour walk to tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and the bathroom was spotless! The rainfall shower was lovely! Aircon was also good and got cold very quickly which is what you want after a long day sightseeing! The door locking mechanism was poor and overly complicated. Far too many light switches around the apartment so it was impossible to find the right switch. The sink and shower both had issues draining, the sink was quickly fixed after we made a complaint to the host however, when the maintenance man arrived we was not in the room and he had gone through our bags taken all of our cash and my debit card leaving me with no way to purchase anything, extremely disappointed! There was no where near enough toilet paper for our stay nor was there any dishwasher or washing machine tablets and no way to wash up in the sink leaving us to spend out of our pocket to use the facilities provided! There was no bath mat no where to hold shampoo or anything in the shower so we had to leave stuff on the floor where it would float around as the shower didn’t drain properly. The mattress was on the floor which was okay for us but I imagine it would be impossible for anyone who wasn’t able bodied however, there was also a big dip in one side of the mattress which was very uncomfortable to sleep on along side the poor blinds which let in so much light it made it almost impossible to sleep! Its a decent apartment but you can tell it was made cheap and is lacking some serious tlc before it can be considered luxury as it claims!
