• Hakan (3/5): Wouldnt book again.same place .doesnt worth money. - Location Stairs was smells very bad.my little daughter even said said smells like rotten egg.rooms was dusty ,bed sheets wasnt clean and dark colour same as pillow covers and duvet cover.bedrooms was facing main road.couldnt sleep at all.

Good value for money and an excellent location for alexandra palace Not the owners fault but upon arrival there was post everywhere on the downstairs steps like the postman had just thrown it in, and the smell of weed from a neighbour

• Angela (8/5): Good - Flat was clean and well equipped. Excellent location especially for Alexandra Palace W3 bus drops you right outside the palace and takes 10 mins. It is on a very noisy road and bedroom windows not double glazed. We slept ok but some might find it a problem.

• Rachael (6/5): An uncomfortable and expensive night - Great location for our needs (Ally Pally), good communication from host. It is located above shops on a busy high street so it is VERY noisy during the night and early morning. Beds are very uncomfortable so we barely slept. Decor and general presentation not as good as suggested on the photos, looks very tired in places. A lot of money for a poor night’s sleep.

• Kevin (8/5): Nice little 2 bedroom flat for a quick visit to the area, Only a short taxi ride to the Alexandra Palace - Great location for our gig at the Ally Pally Parking a bit awkward as you are on a main road
• andrew (7/5): Really convenient property for Alexandra palace that was clean & comfortable - Excellent location. Good transport links to both central London & Alexandra Palace. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes & food shops close by. Good communication from the host. The property was clean & tidy but could do with some maintenance in places to smarten it up. It isn’t quite as homely as it looks in the photos. A lot of street noise in the early hours of morning from delivery vehicles to shops, but to be expected for a busy shopping street. Some instructions on how to use some of the appliances would be useful.

• Sulaiman (1/5): I would not recommend anyone renting this apartment now or in the future. This is due to the owner's lack of credibi - I didn’t like it at all The apartment is very very very narrow and climbing it by stairs is also difficult. Especially for those who have an injury, are elderly or have children. As I said, the apartment is very very narrow in a way you cannot imagine. The pictures shown on the booking website are one thing and the reality is completely different. They are deceptive pictures and do not resemble the truth at all. Also, there is no parking, they mentioned that there is a parking space but there is none, and the nearest parking space, at the tenant's expense, is about 15 minutes away, and this is very difficult for those who have a disability or are elderly. Although I made a note before booking that I have a child with special needs who needs parking, I confirmed this before booking, but they still booked and deducted the amount. I was surprised when I arrived at the location that there was no parking. Unfortunately.

• Polly (7/5): Convenient stay in a flat which makes good use of limited space with a few compromises - Spacious, well decorated, easy to find, not too expensive, nice (shared) outside balcony. Oven was hard to use. It was strangely warm. Double room is slightly cramped as you couldn’t enter on each side.

• Milly (5/5): A good place for a night in a good location - very loud and hot in summer though - It was in a really good location - lots of shops and places to eat nearby and close to two tube stations and shuttle buses to Tottenham Fans were provided which is good because the flat gets quite hot The pictures need updating because there’s a lot that is different now and they’re misleading. As it was quite hot we had the windows open at night which makes it impossible to sleep because of the noise from the busy road outside
• Christina (5/5): Ok as a base but not great - The beds were comfortable kitchen nice and bathroom we liked the balcony Walking in the smell of mouldy damp in the walkway wasn't a great first impression.as you look up the walkway seems to have black mould problem Couldn't park anywhere near the accomodation. The flat was nice but in need of a lick of paint walls dirty. The flat was tidy but not clean you can tell it hadn't had a deep clean in a while the photos advertising the property are old as most of the furniture is different it doesn't look as good as the photos so they were probably taken years ago. Ok as a base for a day ok but not more than that. We were all woken up at 3am to the sound of a delivery truck unloading a delivery the street is so loud outside. The property was boiling aswell fans covered in dust to which I'm allergic so I became quite poorly with allergies that night into the morning

• Krunoslav (8/5): Spacious and connected to public transport - A very nice and spacious apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area features a nice TV with streaming services. Also, Wi-Fi was excellent. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Conveniently located near an Underground station. This apartment may not be suitable for those seeking a quiet space, as it is located directly on a busy main street. Please note that the staircase is very narrow, which may be challenging if carrying a lot of luggage or traveling with small children. Additionally, there was some leakage on the staircase wall, causing an unpleasant odor in the apartment. A small room deodorant helped to alleviate the issue.

• Aynur (9/5): A lovely short and sweet stay. Very clean and tidy property! - The property was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were also very comfortable, along with the wardrobes big enough to fit all clothes and belongings in. The location was also very handy for us, with the Piccadilly line just a 5 minute walk. Shops everywhere, bus stops just outside. The property also had very good heating system so we never felt cold inside. The bathroom was also very spacious, very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, The host was also very good with communication, sent very detailed videos of how to gain access to the property and into the flat. The only downside was that there were no hand towels or bath towels in the bathroom. Which was inconvenient but we had already taken our own towels with us so didn’t really seem like a big issue for us. Also the stairs to get into the flat can be very tiring if you have children, a buggy and a few bags to carry upstairs but we managed either way :)

• Vaida (8/5): Short stay in London - Good location, comfortable beds in one room The apartment did not look as nice as in photos, we did not receive code and had to call few times late at night, there were no table space and chairs for six people, so we had to eat on our beds. No air freshener in the toilet etc., very loud doors.

• Leila (9/5): The flat was clean and everything we needed for a one night stay after a gig at Alexandra Palace. - We stayed for one night after a gig at Alexandra Palace - the location of the flat was ideal for this. The host was very helpful regarding check in. The flat was clean and well decorated. The only minor improvement would have been more cooking equipment, eg chopping board and a baking tray.
