- Siobhan (10/5): Fabulous flat - large, comfortable and amazing location. - The flat is very roomy and beautifully furnished with great storage. The building was very secure.
This is an amazing location, just minutes from either of Nine Elms or Vauxhall stations. A few more minutes walk takes you to the river. The instructions received beforehand of how to find the flat were excellent.
Gail's Bakery on the corner is handy and the Indian restaurant across the street was delicious.
I really appreciated the extra set of keys dropped off. I found the heating controls difficult to understand and so was chilly for the first few days. A snuggly throw in the living room would be a wonderful addition. I finally figured it out - but very easy instructions would be handy.
The instructions to collect the keys from a nearby corner shop were very clear and it was easy enough to do the extra stop in the Uber from (and back to) the airport. However, a lock box or combination on site would be much more convenient.

- Sue (8/5): Fantastic. Thanks Katherin - Close to underground, floor plan suited us Key pickup/dropoff. Arrived by train with 3 suitcases, walk 20min up & back, then again in rain on departure
- Abraham (10/5): A stay that’ll tick all your boxes - The property was clean, with a luxurious interior and a convenient location. It’s close to a nearby tube station and a Sainsbury’s supermarket, and it’s just across from Battersea, where you can enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights. Nothing to not like.
- Bisola (3/5): Avoid if cleanliness matters - Nicely decorate and building has great amenities. Cleanliness was lacking. There was hair all over the apartment. I’m a bit scared for whoever’s head all of that hair came off of as one of the bedroom floors was literally blanketed with human hair. One of the bathrooms was grimy and hot water went out for overnight. I stayed there for 10 days and literally had to have the hosts or their reps come over 5 days during the stay. A partial cleaning was done the day after arrived even though a full one was promised. I then found more dirt and they offered to come and do another cleaning but at that point I was fed up. No other compensation was offered for my considerable trouble. I checked out early.
The most bizarre aspect was that they charged me the security deposit on 3 separate occasions, one of which was after my stay was completed. I shudder to think what would have happened if I hadn’t been keeping an eye on my account.
The building has nice amenities.
- Paul (10/5): We will definitely be staying here again for sure when we go back. That sums it up really. - The key pickup was straightforward, and the host very helpful when contacted. The location is ideal, close to the centre, walking distance to 2 tube stations giving access to multiple lines, supermarkets just around the corner, and a couple of nice coffee shops on your doorstep.
The apartment itself is even nicer than the photos suggest, very spacious, immaculately clean, with 3 bathrooms servicing 2 bedrooms! All facilities advertised were present, and despite what I had read about noise from train tracks, I found the apartment very quiet, and did not even notice a single train go past! In fact it seems totally isolated from any noise, no doors banging or traffic. The building it is contained in is very safe and secure and nicely finished too. Everything was up to expectation, if i had one very minor gripe, it would be the television, it's slightly on the small side and looks a bit out of place, but as we were on the go all the time it hardly mattered - just trying to offer constructive feedback to our host.
- Michael (10/5): Comfortable nice designed flat. - Very nice flat in new apartments complex with pool and gym. Coffee capsules, salt, sugar and more were provided generously. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Few breakfast cafe meters nearby. Bus stops, underground, and a bike rental station close to the property. Check in instructions with a key box was clear and simple. Nothing
- Ana (10/5): Thank you Meheret! - Fantastic location, super clean, and the most lovely accommodating host! Everything was perfect!
- Yian (9/5): It’s a bit expensive , but it’s obviously worthy. - Great location, good facilities and extremely clean room. Nice to communicate. One of the best high raise apartment I’ve even seen in London.
- Richard (6/5): Excellent hosts, location as expected, light sleepers beware of proximity to train tracks! - The host and communication was excellent. The apartment is new (2021) and is generally in excellent condition although some common areas in the block are surprisingly already showing signs of wear. (internal doors) For those who are not used to city living and the background noise level, or light sleepers, the proximity of one of the bedrooms to the train tracks could prove disturbing. The quality and size of the bedroom furniture was disappointing for a "Luxury apartment" as was the "Bush branded" television that could only be used via internet. (only one TV for the entire 2 bed apartment). In my humble opinion a little more investment by the owner would have made the offering a great deal more satisfying for the higher end customers they are looking to attract.
- Emz (10/5): Was more than we needed to go about our Solstice celebration, however, the property enabled myself and my friend to have - Hugely spacious, well presented, cosy! The walk in shower was fantastic for us as me and my friend are both disabled, so it allowed us to easily prepare for our night out! Although all the facilities were present to make tea and coffee, sadly, there was no milk, so without going to specifically buy a carton for one night’s stay, a cuppa wasn’t possible. Also, a TV is advertised, but it was not actually connected to any sort of aerial, so just having it on in the background wasn’t possible because it didn’t connect to any channels.
- Alwaleed (10/5): Clean, modern and central. Would definitely stay there again. - The Flat was clean and modern and everything worked well. Katherin was always available and supportive to address our needs. The location was also great and very close to the center. Felt very much at home.
- Tracy (7/5): Good - The apartment was excellent and the staff helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the price shown on Booking.com for the entire apartment including taxes and charges was £50 less than what was ultimately charged to my debit card. Both booking.com and the company who owned the flat ended up blaming each other for the difference in price quoted and price charged. I took photos of both prices and am now having to pursue this through legal channels. In the UK, the price quoted is the price charged under Consumer Law. As above
- Mohammed (10/5): I will be coming back here again with the mrs instead of the lads 😂 - The views of the shard omg was the one 🙌🏽🙌🏽. And the pool and sauna was amazing .
- Gisli (4/5): Did what i needed it to do, but nothing more. - The apartment was new and "luxury" in that sense. Spa area was good but "some" distance away. Access to area on some of the floors outside was nice but not really usable for other than the view. There is a big grocery store close and the vauxhaul train station i think it´s called very close. There are some restaurants close that also are ok to use. The apartment contained furnishing that was very far from luxury, rooms couch for example where far from luxury. One would have thought that this would have included beds that where comfortable and also bigger. They where small for an average sized person. TV was small and of the lowest quality, not a big issue but still something that can be improved. The process of getting the key´s for the apartment involved a 10-15 minute walk to a very small corner shop, was not that complicated but still could be a factor for a person that is not very mobile or worried about factors like this. There was also some confusion in communications with the host as it seemed i was speaking to two persons regarding how to return the key´s at the end of the stay.
- Humi (10/5): Brilliant - It was immaculate. I stay in London regular and I have always stayed around east London. This was worlds apart. Absolutely fabulous. The host was amazing and always on call. Thank you and we will definitely see you soon Nothing
- Sam (10/5): best host and an amazing time in Vauxhall - amazing host and beautiful apartment loved it all
- Beining (10/5): The best time - The room is very spacious and clean, with complete facilities in the kitchen, and there are some snacks to enjoy ;The staffs are very friendly and considerate; The room is sound-proofing,so it’s quiet to study or rest there; The view on the balcony is beautiful; The apartment is equipped with gym, swimming pool and garden.
