• Wendy (10/5): - Moonbird Beach Shack was extremely clean and comfortable with a lovely contemporary coastal decor. It is perfectly located opposite the beach. Check in and all communication was efficient and professional and an early check in was greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

• Berthie (10/5): We had a fantastic stay at this property and would have loved to stay longer to enjoy all the facilities of the house: o - The property was spotless clean, beautifully decorated and well located across the road from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. There was nothing that we disliked maybe apart from a couple of faulty bedside lamps. Also, important to note that there is no air conditioning.

• Julie (10/5): Moonbird Beach Shack Bliss - Moonbird Beach Shack is a wonderful blend of beautifully styled beach chic set in a stunning location! It's a real home from home, and you can always hear the reassuring sound of the ocean just across the road. Dark skies make for spectacular views of the milky way, which we'll remember for a long time to come 🥰 we had a fabulous few days! No wardrobes in the second bedroom, but ample in bedroom 1 that can be shared. Perhaps a small investment in a new wok/ frying pan

• Vaughan (9/5): Superb - Beautifully decorated and well appointed. The place stays warm and has a great view. Steps to access and the handrail is wide and difficult to grip for people with mobility issues and small hands.

• Lauren (10/5): Gorgeous beach house for cosy nights by the sea. - We loved the home itself, which was a standout of our trip to Tasmania. The fireplace kept us warm and cosy. The DVD collection was highly appreciated along with the amenities of the kitchen. The chickens in the garden were adorable too. I highly recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise on the beach which is a very short walk. Apart from the house, which was fabulous, we didn't love the location as much but that's most likely because it reminded us of home (Queensland), and we were looking to experience something different. If you're looking for a Queensland vibe without going to QLD, I highly recommend staying at Moonbird!

• Tyres (8/5): Bloody brilliant, certainly makes you relax - Location was fantastic and heating was amazing Sounds silly but a pen to write in your guest book and a lighter for the stove top, we used the matches for the fire place instead.
