• Sanjiv (8/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable but washing machine does not work. - Cleanliness, kitchen and bathroom facilities Washing machine failed to wash clothes. Tries many programs including pre-wash and spin but some clothes did not get while others were wet after end of cycle. Raised with Best Rent support but was told to use spin manually. I can see previous reviewers had same issue so it is something that needs resolving.

• Elhabib (7/5): Bonne expérience - Spacieux. Propre bien équipé. Immeuble calme pas de dérangement de voisins et quartier aussi . Ce que je peux réclamer c le lit de la chambre parentale n’était pas confortable puisqu’il s’agit de deux lits rassemblés. Il faut penser à un grand lit double.
• Natali (6/5): - Расположение хорошее. От вокзала можно дойти пешком. Рядом метро и остановка трамвая, до центра 2 остановки. Район тихий, небольшие супермаркеты рядом, как и кафе. В кухне есть всё необходимое, включая оливковое масло, соль, кофе или тп. Также средства для стирки и посудомоечной машины. Квартира просторная, удобная. Останавливались после долгой поездки перед вылетом. Два дня в Милане были испорчены сломанной стиральной машиной! Пришлось в ночи перестирывать вручную вещи, что точно не планировали делать в отпуске! На сообщение персоналу никакого ответа! Вещи не высохли естественно, пол дня были испорчены ожиданием. Ужасные кондиционеры! В гостиной не холодит совсем, но много шума. Стена с кондиционерами после потопа, на ней плесень! Утюг протекает, в посудомоечной машине сломаны колесики, отсек не вытащить. Много комаров, нет фумигатора. Доступ в квартиру сложный и требуется интернет.

• Vivian (7/5): A nice apartment in a good location but keyless system can be troublesome . - Good location We had a few issues . The electronic locking system caused us a few problems . On the day we arrived we could not get access to WiFi as mobile network was down and therefore we could not get into the apartment nor could we read the manual code to get into the apartment . I think a key would be better overall as not everyone can manage electronic systems and if there are technical issues . Also the code to get in should be a 4 or 5 numbers only if you persist with an electronic locking system . The other issue was that the water was cold on the first day however this was sorted quickly .

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - The location was great in a quiet and safe neighbourhood close to the metro about five minutes walk, comfortable apartment with separate bedrooms and bathrooms and facing the inner courtyard of the building which was very quiet and the response of the rentals was immediate most of the times we asked for something. The cleaning could been better, also at night there was a constant noise from the laundry room which was quite annoying ,the heating did not work properly because most of the time it was closed without maintaining the room temperature and we had to turn on the air conditioning.

• Fabian (6/5): A very nice appartment, but key-less access and cleaning quality needs to be improved. - The apartment itself is quite nice and located convenient and calm. Additional requests were served in time. Apartment cleaning was not ready in time (discount was offered) so we had to wait in the apartment as some just were tired after traveling, access to apartment via smart phone (Internet connection necessary) somehow unstable, so always a little in fear to get in. Cleaning was made very superficial (it's just a guy coming with his backbag with very elementary stuff and a plastic bag with new bedclothes and towels). Vaccum cleaner is always in the apartment. Don't know if this is general issue in Milano, but we had quite a lot mosquitos in the apartment. The balcony is quite dirty to really to be used and needs some cleaning and refreshment. Not very pleasant smell in kitchen at least at the beginning.

• Jamil (2/5): NON gorgeous apart - Although we registered in advance 5 people (men colleagues), and we asked 5 separate beds of course, they prepared 2 queen beds, as a result lack of bedsheets and blankets. In a shower there was hairs in shower, so cleaning wasn't good. In 1 toilet room flush was broken and it took them 3 days to fix it, but it was very uncomfortable for 5 people to use 1 toilet. One lamp was also broken, and it wasn't fixed during all our stay.
