Tiene todos los servicios, resto, cantina , pileta, minimercado, juegos , te prestan sombrillas para las playa , etc el dpto súper completo ! Cómodo , dos balcones con vista al mar ! Le falta un poco de mantenimiento !

• Alessandra (1/5): Não volto - A localização O imóvel estava sujo com baratas em todos os cômodos, principalmente na cozinha. As roupas de banho e cama eram muito velhas com mau aspecto. O sofá cheirava a urina e precisei comprar um travesseiro porque o do apartamento fedia. O proprietário vive fora do Brasil. Até tentou resolver, mas nada adiantou.

• Iury Antônio (10/5): Excelente e com uma bela vista - A localização, o tamanho do apartamento e os utensílios e itens deixados para uso são excelentes. O prédio é organizado e seguro. Tem opções de mercado, farmácia e locais para comer próximos. A vista é linda. Tony é um anfitrião muito atencioso e disposto a ajudar.
• Leandro (10/5): Muito boa, e vista maravilhosa - Apartamento é bem aconchegante , limpinho , oferece roupa de cama , e banho além de sabonetes e papel higiênico. Adorei. Somente a localização não foi a que eu pedi. Pois pedi posto 2 e ele se localiza entre o 3 e 4, então ficou longe pra ir a pé com criança e idosa.

• Jeroen (6/5): Needs attention - 7th floor beachfront apartment with great view on beach and very good location in barra da tijuca. Barra palace infrastructure is good with piscina, beach parasols etc. Unfortunately, the apartment lacks attention by the host for their guests: kitchenware very worn (tefal pans with damaged/worn surface, some dirty bowls in the cupboard), bed lamps without power points, grotty/dated bedding and old/worn towels with stains, partly torn table cloth, lamp above dinner table not working, etc There was an incident where during a rain shower the apartment flooded due to an apparent failure of a drain on the balcony. We needed thus to clean up. Reaching out to the host (with a request for more clean towels as most got dirty mopping up the sxcess water in the apartment ) led to a reaction of the host pointing out the laundry in the building: complete lack of notion we rent the place for leasure and host has responsibility to provide accommodation without headaches. Despite assertions from host and Barra palace we did not find anyone helping out, checking the drain or giving us further feedback. Luckily there wasn’t another big shower during our stay…..
