The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.

- Amna (3/5): Poor - Location The apartment did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. We were four guests but were only provided with one set of keys, which was quite inconvenient. I reached out to request an additional set but received no response. Additionally, the bathroom door was blocked upon our arrival, and we had to wait for someone to come and fix it. It’s also important to note that there is only one shower, which is located inside the master bathroom

It will be good if you leave the pictures of the different kinds we can put into the each garbage can( in Switzerland in was easer) 2. The blowup button wasn’t worked properly. . 3. Please, explain that you have a rad button to open the gate to go out. My parents ( sorry, they are old)was very confused. Anyway they was very satisfied about the property . Thank you very much!

Lively neighbourhood with markets, pharmacy and restaurants all nearby. Neighbours in the apartment were kind and helpful. The instructions to get in the flat did not match the real situation. I could only enter the garden and the building and use the elevator with the help of kind people living there.
