Mc (1/5): Poor communication as accommodation booking was cancelled by owner on the day of arrival :( - I was attending an annual Field Day at an adjoining town so the location of this accommodation was ideal as it saved me from driving 1.5hrs to other accommodation options I booked the accommodation more than 4 weeks out, confirmed my arrival time less than 24hrs from the arrival date YET received a cancellation message at 10:30am on the day of arrival. Was only told it was cancelled due to 'maintenance'. Subsequently had to find alternative accommodation, the closest being 90 mins away, after already driving almost 5 hours on that day.
