• abart44 (10/5): Dobra lokalizacja blisko autobusów i w miarę blisko metra, czysto, przestronnie, obsługa sprawna. - Obsługa naprawdę przychylna, pokoje przestronne- aneksy kuchenne, wyposażenie aneksów- podstawowe, ale na krótki wyjazd wystarczające. Lokalizacja blisko przystanków autobusowych i w miarę blisko- 15 min do metra. Dzielnica spokojna. Polecam

• Makis (9/5): - Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επιλέγουμε το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και είμαστε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την καθαριότητα, τις παροχές και εν συνόλω τη σχέση ποιότητα-τιμής. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους αναζητούν μια οικονομική επιλογή κοντά στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Θα ήταν πολύ βολικό εάν υπήρχαν κρεμαστές μέσα στο μπάνιο. Επίσης, ένα πολύπριζο θα ήταν ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο για να φορτίσουμε 2-3 συσκευές ταυτόχρονα. Τέλος, το parking είναι μια μικρή πρόκληση για όσους ταξιδεύουν με το αυτοκίνητο.

• Paraskevas (8/5): - Πολύ άνετος χώρος και μεγάλο διαμέρισμα για 1 άτομο! Καθαρό και με όλες τις παροχές που έπρεπε να έχει! Τα σιφόνια στο μπάνιο ήταν σχετικά βουλωμένα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να φεύγουν πολύ αργά!

• bbstelios (7/5): - Λοιπόν είναι η 3 φορά που μένω στο κατάλυμα οκ ένα τεράστιο δωμάτιο μπαίνοντας και το πρώτο σοκ η τηλεόραση στο καθιστικό τι να την κάνεις την Τv στο καθιστικό και όχι στο δωμάτιο δεύτερο το φως άπλετο και υπήρχε ένας διακόπτης ώστε όλα τα φώτα ανοιχτά τριτο μπάνιο ένα καζανάκι που να τρέχει συνεχώς και μέρα η ώρα του μπάνιου και τα δύο σιφώνια να μην μπορούν να απορροφήσουν το νερό όπου τελικά βγήκε μέσα στο δωμάτιο ..Κρίμα κάποιος αυτά δεν τα ελέγχει κανένας δεν ανέφερε τα προβληματα δεν ξέρω αν κλείσω δωμάτιο ξανά παρολου που με βολεύει πολύ στις δουλειές μου το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο

• MARINA (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα στο ζήτημα μου για πρόωρο τσεκ ιν καθως εφτανα νωριτερα, πραγμα που ηταν πολυ βολικό. Μου άρεσε που ειχε μπαλκόνι και ήταν ψηλα. Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα και η κουζίνα πάρα πολύ βολική για δημιουργία γευμάτων ή πρωινου :) Ως πρωην κάτοικος της περιοχής (που είναι και ο μόνος λόγος που μένω εκει) με θλίψη διαπιστώνω κάθε φορά οτι η περιοχή όχι μόνο δεν καλυτερευει, αλλα υποβαθμίζεται συνεχώς κι αλλο :( Κατι δευτερευον, επειδη εχω ξαναμεινει, δεν ξερω αν εγω δεν κανω κατι καλά ή αν οι τηλεοράσεις δεν πιανουν συμβατικά κανάλια. • Stavroula (10/5): - Είναι η 2η φορά που μένουμε εδώ. Τα δωμάτια είναι πεντακάθαρα με όλες τις ανέσεις! Θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα και πάλι, όταν ξαναέρθουμε Αθήνα. Ίσως δυσκολευτεί κάποιος που έχει αμάξι με το πάρκινγκ στη γύρω περιοχή.

It had everything: full bottles of shampoo and body shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, razor, comb, all kitchen utensils, fridge and even more. Beds and pillows were really nice too ❤️ It was very comfortable to stay there and if I fly to Athens one more time, I will definitely stay here again!

• Sayde (5/5): - This is our second time staying here. It gets the job done for when we need to take an early morning ferry. However, it's a little run down. It needs a little maintenance. Parking is available on the street but we had to drive around for 30 mins in order to find a parking spot near enough.

• Vicente (9/5): Great value for money accommodation for groups - The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable for groups, and although it is a bit far from the city center, it is well connected by metro and bus. The hosts reply very quickly to any questions and are friendly. The showers are small and uncomfortable, and they don’t have enclosures. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay.

• Han (5/5): Not too good! - The room and the house are both large, and the bed is quite comfortable. Regarding the room, the customer service responded quickly. This apartment is too far away from the center city.Four of us stayed there for three nights. On our first day, the air conditioner in our room broke. After about three hours of maintenance, it still didn't work, so two of us were offered a different room. Although we were traveling, this caused some delays, but it was resolved. There was no hairdryer in the room! The shower had to be manually turned on and off, which was a bit inconvenient. On our last day, our neighbors had a noisy party. We had to get up early the next day to catch a flight, so we couldn't sleep. We contacted customer service, but the issue was ultimately unresolved. It wasn't until after 3:00 AM that things quieted down.

• Maeva (7/5): - Logement propre et facile d'accès Les fenêtres ne se verrouillent plus de l'intérieur dans une des deux chambres et le bruit incessant de la rue passante et commerçante nous a empêché de dormir même fenêtre fermé. Ce qui est dommage car le logement est très bien en soi.
• Armand (1/5): Mauvaise expérience - Presque tout. Communication impersonnelle bien que rapide mais alors le pire c'est le réfrigérateur. On vous donne un réfrigérateur de bureau pour un séjour de 4 personnes donc impossible de conserver la glace par ex. Obligé de faire les courses 3 fois par jour sinon boire de l'eau chaude puisque le réfrigérateur Contient un maximum de 2 bouteilles. Pas de fer à repasser, de machine à laver, de placard, de balai et j'en passe. La totale, j'ai 1m94 et 120kg, je ne peux pas entrer dans le WC de la chambre principale car il fait à peine 1m². La chambre principale n'a pas de salle de bain, la douche donne directement sur le sol de la chambre, pas de miroir. Les produits de toilettes fournis par l'établissement reste leur propriété, donc si vous partez avec leur gel douche, il vous facture 9€ par gel. Bref, très mauvaise expérience. Les chambres sont grandes mais les salles de bains minuscules. Dommage pour ce standing d'avoir autant d'imperfections. Mais le pire.....le réfrigérateur

• Margarita (8/5): - Большой Балкон на 6 этаже с красивым видом на закаты и рассветы , минусы 3 дня не работал лифт не поднимался на 6 этаж а ехал максимум до 5 и дальше надо идти пешком! Очень удобно что на первом этаже есть отдельная прачечная с сушилкой можно постирать вещи только порошок надо самим покупать ! Дружелюбный хозяйн разрешил заселиться по раньше ! Да есть свои минусы пошарпаный ремонт но это минусы жизни а так хорошее жилье ! Не работает лифт

Cucina completa, frigorifero un po piccolino, ma non abbiamo cucinato e abbiamo sempre mangiato bene fuori. A 500 metri dalla metropolitana che porta direttamente in centro per visitare la città. Un po difficoltoso trovare parcheggio, ma facendo qualche giro tra le vie prima o poi si riesce

• Joannah (7/5): Top…. - Er was genoeg ruimte, ruime slaapkamer en ruime woonkamer. Badkamer mocht wel iets groter. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Internet deed het op het eerste dag niet vanuit de slaapkamer, en werd gelijk de volgende een router gebracht. In overleg met het personeel mocht ik ook iets later uitchecken omdat ik niet van vroeg opstaan houdt. Mocht ik weer naar Athene komen zal ik zeker weer hier komen verblijven. Wel dat ik laat mag uitchecken. Er waren geen stekkers naast het bed. Met verlengsnoer moet ik mijn telefoon oplader en het kast naar het bed verplaatsen. Zodat ik bij mij telefoon kon. Op de laatste dag van mijn verblijf kon ik geen ei koken. Kookplaat deed het opeens niet. Mijn appartement was wel aan de straatkant. Dat was wel minder, veel geluid van de straat en auto’s. Hele drukke omgeving.

La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Il y’avait assez d’équipement. La réactivité du personnel. Le bruit dans l’établissement la nuit. Les toilettes qui fuient et le wifi pas très performant.

• Mur (9/5): Fab stay out of central Athens - Loved that we all had our own space and bathroom, great air con and water temperature. Not far away from everything buses and metro were minutes away, great local bar across the road Kokko owned by a Romanian family. Cheapest beers 500ml for €3 each. Great laundry facility in the basement. All included in the price. Lack of comfy seating in the kitchen area or bedroom. No dim lighting in the kitchen so at night it came in under the door. Curtains didn't block out the light fully.
