- Imogen (9/5): Excellent stay! - The lovely staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had a large room with kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed (including soaps, shampoos and washing-up liquid, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc.) The gym and pool were a bonus! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

- Kory (10/5): Would recommend - Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly and amenable to extra requests, entire building was clean, and the pool and fitness centre were a very nice touch. The location is good if you're staying overnight off the highway, but it isn't very close to downtown, where I needed to be.
- Kurtis (1/5): Stay away - Rented a room for 1 night, I work in the cannabis industry and travel/rent hotels often, this particular hotel had the audacity to call me and charge me after I checked out because the room supposedly is not rentable anymore due to it smelling like cannabis and they accused me of smoking in it. I told them to check over their cameras to clearly see me going outside to smoke and that it might smell because I rolled in the room, they confirmed to witness this and agreed that I did not combust in the room but now insist on falsely charging me an extra $150 dollars for cleaning, due to the smell. This is not just and nowhere stated in their policy that I cannot have cannabis with me. Stay away from this, cannot recommend enough to not book here. *Update* They ended up charging me $565 extra instead of the $150 mentioned, when I called to ask for the breakdown of the charge the person at the desk replied "thats for the review", then added in "Liar" and hung up on me.

Breakfast was not as fresh (muffins stale) but nice to have an option close by Breakfast could have been fresher, but the coffee was good

- Tayler (7/5): Beautiful hotel, unfortunate it was so loud/disruptive - Really nice hotel, love the kitchenette Noise - was there on a sports competition weekend (also why we were there) and when I contacted the front desk because our kids were struggling to sleep (11:30pm and 12:30am), they didn’t do anything about the people slamming their doors which continued until 1:30am
- Kristen (9/5): Pretty good - Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice to have a pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and two bus routes. Far from downtown. Long walk or bus with transfer. Also, apparently every weekend the hotel hosts kids sports teams so lots of kids at the hotel. Didn’t expect that.

- Karishma (8/5): Pleasent convienient one night stay after an evening in Stratford - The rooms were spacious , clean, well designed. Had a modern clean feel Kitchenette was great We checked in late night and were hungry and were initially considering venturing out but next to reception they have a some essentials including travel essentials, first aid, snacks ( such as chips, cup noodles, pop , juice and frozen meals). Was super convenient, given how tired we were to just grab frozen meals. Morning breakfast was decent - in our case there seemed a bit overwhelmed - but nothing to complain Nothing in particular
