• Iva (3/5): Poor - Location It was dirty all over, dirty dishes, dirty carpet, dirty fridge, there were stains on the door and all over floor !! Luckily we didn’t spend much time inside but mostly outside sightseeing London.

• Edwards (5/5): Passable - Great location near paddington station.. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy beds. Apartment was not that clean and was pretty basically furnished. Things like a microwave, bedside tables or a hook in the bathroom for towels would be a good improvement. There were holes in the wood floorboards under the carpets. Carpets were stained. Add did not mention that the apartment was up 5 flights of small cramped rickety stairs which were dangerous trying to get down with a large suitcase. Shower water pressure was low and hot water cut out after a few minutes.
• Giovanni (1/5): Dirty and dangerous - The only thing I liked was the location. The location is on the third floor of the building (but there are many old, tiring stairs), making it feel like at least the fifth floor. The house was full of dust and dirty in several areas—on the floors, in the kitchen, and in the bathroom. Two major issues stood out: - Inside the wardrobe, there were two nappies (I didn’t have the courage to check if they were used). - A tenant from the floor below warned us to lock the main entrance securely because homeless people often sneak inside. On the first night, we heard someone slamming against a door and shouting. Honestly, we were frightened. If you’re adventurous, carefree, and athletic (with no mobility issues), feel free to book (provided you negotiate a good price). Otherwise, move on.
• Miky (1/5): Dirty place - Location was great however with a little one this place was very much about to avoid, hygiene zero.. Filthiest place I ever been. In hurry didn't pay attention to previous reviews. I've learned my lesson

• Hua (5/5): It is not recommended to carry large luggage. You have to climb to the 5th floor, and the stairs are - The location is very good. The hygiene has not been cleaned, and the sheets are dirty.
• Ante (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great! You can reach the flat by bus or underground. It was equipped, with everything you could need to cook.
• Garry (5/5): Location good. Not much more going for it. - Location was good. Very close to Paddington Station. Kitchen OK. Laundry facilities. Top floor. Up very narrow 5 or 6 flights of stairs. No real fire escape. If there was a fire downstairs then I would suggest you ring your loved ones to say your goodbyes.
• Tania (8/5): Great location to everything - Close to everything. So easy to locate in the house. Beds comfortable and spacious room. Lots of stairs with luggage and some windows do not close.

• Anne (8/5): Very good - It was nice and quite quiet flat. We were travelling with 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 14). The place was near Paddington station and restaurants. We liked expecially good connections to all over London. Heatrow to Paddington is under 30 min straight railway connections. The flat is in third floor and lots of steps to get there so It's not good with little childs. There is no coffeemachine.

• Jacqueline (5/5): Flat in Paddington - needs fixing up and good clean - The flat is in a great location, very close to Paddington station, Hyde Park and many cafes, restaurants and Sainsbury local. Unfortunately the flat was not as expected and was not worth the money. It was quite dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned in some time. The bed sheets had stains and didn't fit the bed properly. We booked for 4 people and had to go looking for the extra sheets for the sofa bed. The kitchen was advertised as fully equipped yet doesn't have a microwave. The utensils were dirty and there were crumbs, dust and unknown particles in the drawer. The sink was dirty and the kettle was disgusting. The shower pressure is pathetic and mould/mildew is throughout the bathroom and kitchen. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. The flat is located at the top of several flights of very narrow stairs. Photos show just some of the issues.
• Mojtaba (5/5): good location but could be better - location right near Paddington flat was quiet which was very good decent kitchen and good internet bathroom sink and bath was clogged up bathroom sink a bit dirty carpet stains mattress was too springy and wobbly 4th floor with no elevator so a bit tough for elderly

• Antonia (7/5): it could be little bit cleaner but overall out stay was really good - Good location and nice to have a living room and a sofa and a big fridge it was pretty cold but there were electric heaters but it got cold in the night and more bc we dont sleep with those on, shower had really small power and was long to get warm, there really many stairs up there which is fine, its an old house so yeah all this is understandable

• Kim (8/5): Very good - Location to Paddington Station and the Hop on Hop off bus stops was great! So close to Hyde Park also. Small, basic flat, suitable for what we needed for a few nights. A prior warning about the 6 flights of stairs would be good! Luckily we only had backpacks, I can only imagine the struggle if we turned up with large suitcases! Also a good shower is essential at the end of a long day, this shower was lacking any pressure and there was not enough hot water for 4 people.

• Nigel (7/5): Fantastic location but facilities a little lacking. - Apartment is in a fantastic location, 2 minutes walk from Paddington Station and 5 minutes from Hyde Park. Shower was good. The apartment is on the top floor and there are 72 steps to climb. There is no microwave and we could not find a tea towel. It was difficult to find channels on the TV- had to go through a number of steps just to get live TV.
