• Sara (10/5): Lovely place to stay - Lovely spacious home, lovely pool, close to Disney
• Rhead (7/5): Great house, experience could be improved with some really simple improvements. - Good location and layout for families. Close proximity to everything you need and a lovely club house onsite which we were gutted we didn't explore more. Good safe neighbourhood and good information about the property and surrounding area provided by the host. Really clean as well. There was a charge for pool heating which wasn't stated anywhere other than a message from the host 3 days prior to arrival and when I confirmed on arrival day they said it would take 24 hours to do and there would be a call out fee which we just declined and decided to not have it in the end. If this was on the site when we booked it wouldn't have been a problem, it just came as a shock. Also we literally had a car waiting on the opposite driveway with the cleaner in watching us pack up the car they were there 30 minutes before check out time and just sat there and watched, this didn't leave a good impression and made us feel quite rushed even though we were on track to check out on time as requested. One improvement that would've made our lives easier (as we had 2 young children) would have been a floor layout to be provided so we knew what rooms were where and what the occupancy was etc.

• Melissa (7/5): Was an OK stay - Clean and comfortable. No extra toilet paper. And only one bath towel and less them one wash rag per bed. I contacted both phone numbers I had with no reply. We arrived with the dryer running. There were towels in we had to put up. Some of the arcade games in the home were broken. The place was clean and had the essentials in the kitchen. There was also a note that we needed to watch the water level on the pool and add water if it fell below a certain point.

• Dwayne (5/5): Nice property but improvements needed - nice and convenient, close to amenities and all the attractions. main necessities such as toilet paper, and cleaning supplies not included, games room was nice, however some games didn't work and pool table was in rough shape, pool water was dirty at times.
• Cherie (9/5): Family fun environment - This property provided a beautiful family, friendly environment, we enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were spacious and well decorated which gave an amazing upbeat mood (My favorite part.) The location was an excellent distance for attending Disney parks and very close to local shopping. We all enjoyed the game room and gave the kids time to play with each other instead of being attached to social media and phone games. We had an amazing experience at this location. When we arrived dishes in the cabinet and silverware in the drawers were not clean. We had to rewash before using as well as extra linen in the closet, the blankets weren’t clean and we had to wash those. Also no cleaning products like a travel size of dish detergent were provided nor trash bags so we had to leave right back out to stock up on cleaning and laundry supplies as soon as we got there. Still has a wonderful time and love this booking minus that.
