• Мария (10/5): - The flat is very clean and cozy, it is located in a very quiet and peaceful area - a big plus for a comfortable stay. And it is very close to the metro station. The host is very friendly and attentive. There was also a surprise - welcome drinks waiting for me, which was unexpected and very nice 😀 If you want to spend some time in Sofia this is your place, I will definitely stay there again!

Домакинът съдейства изцяло за паркирането и беше на разположение по всяко време. Интернетът е бърз и стабилен. Голямо предимство са фитнес уредите в самото жилище. Всичко отговаря на описанието. Все едно си бях вкъщи.
• Stoyan (10/5): - The apartment is even better than in the photos. Very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable, the internet was very fast, and the location was perfect — close to the metro, in a lovely old Sofia neighborhood, with a 24-hour shop nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful. I felt right at home! A big plus for me was that the apartment has two balconies where smoking is allowed. I would definitely stay there again.

• Desislava (10/5): Препоръчвам! - Отлично местоположение, на няколко минути пеша до болниците в района и спирката на метрото, в непосредствена близост има хранителен магазин, кафенета и заведения за хранене. Квартирата беше чиста, просторна и приветлива, с всичко необходимо за престоя ни, а домакинът беше повече от внимателен и отзивчив към всички наши молби.

Host was so kind and let me check in early, check out late and even gave me a ride to the airport as the metro line was out of order the day I left. Lots of extras in the apartment that made it homey. Bed was comfortable and shower strong. Didn’t really need air or heat when I was there but it was in the bedroom only. Quiet neighborhood just a 15-20 min walk or one or two metro stops to center. 24hr market next to building. Good option if visiting Sofia! Thank you The bathroom air blower was so loud and couldn’t shut off. Nothing more
• Master (9/5): Great stay near city center - Very friendly host, they were always quick to answer. The location is good with nearby tram/metro connections or also by foot (30min) into the city center. The apt was clean and provided everything that was needed. Would visit again.

• Getova (10/5): - It is really nice apartment, very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed during our stay – microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator. The accommodation was very easy. The quality of the WiFi is very good, so the apartment is perfect “home office”. “Medical University” metro station is very close, so you can reach every point of Sofia by the subway, also the airport. You can go to the city center by walking. There is a big supermarket (Kaufland) nearby, so you can buy everything you need. Also there are several restaurants nearby. The host is very friendly and responsive and will answer all your questions. I strongly recommend booking this place for your stay in Sofia! Everything was fine.

It was very convenient and equipped with everything I needed, plus a few thoughtful extras. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected when I needed to. The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He was quick to respond to any questions and made sure I had everything I needed without ever being intrusive. His local recommendations for dining and activities were spot-on and really helped me make the most of my time in the area. The location was perfect — close to many of Sofia’s most popular attractions, yet still quiet and comfortable. I only wish I’d had more time to spend there. I’d definitely stay again! I can't think of anything I disliked.

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - The studio is cozy and well equipped. The location is near the city center and public transportation is easily available. The hospitality of Vladimir is something special!!! He helped us a lot and not only with his valuable advices but even made some shopping for us before shops closed for holidays. Vladimir’s attitude towards his guests is exceptional!!! Thank you. We would definitely come back to visit this nice place.

They went over and above what we have experienced before to help us settle for our stay in Sofia. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The location has option for public parking which is free if you are willing to walk 10 minutes. We liked everything
