• ann (6/5): Pleasant, good location, - Good location and clean with good facilities. Accessing the key was a nightmare. Having to go into a garage and unlocking a padlock chained to a plumbing pipe was not a great introduction. It is a Airbnb and the tenants above were noisy. Substandard towels and linen.

Within walking distance of cafes and restaurants Traffic noise at night The place was dusty which aggravated daughter's allergies. The King size bed only had a queen size doona which made for an endless tug of war competition between my husband and I at night.
• Hyacinth (9/5): Great location, spacious for four adults - Great location, spacious apartment, fantastic bathrooms and everything you need. We were a group of four adults and we were very comfortable and felt like there was enough space. Would stay again and recommend to anyone. Instructions were very thorough but at times a little unclear when following directly. The location of the key was confusing as there are more key boxes located there than the original instructions. The roller door did shut on me and I had to use some rubbish wood to press the button, there wasn't anything around to reach the height of the button. Car space is tight.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und ein eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage runden alles perfekt ab! Die „Schlüsselübergabe“ ist nicht so wirklich komfortabel und schade dass man keine persönliche Übergabe ausmachen konnte.

• Leanne (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here and will rebook when we visit Canberra again. - Great location ,very close to shops and restaurants. Light rail stop almost at the front door. The apartment is spacious and well set out. Full modern kitchen, lovely bathrooms with a handy laundry. Extra linen, etc if needed.Beds comfortable. Parking secure and convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Great sized balcony. Traffic a bit noisey if balcony door open, but no problem if door closed.

• Chandra (7/5): Will definitely NOT consider room with No reception desk& a condition to collect keys from thirdpart - No break fast served. The host pushed me to pay the full amount upfront with no contact number to call for help as the key fob was at third party location with wrong address to collect. Both collecting and dropping off the key fob was tiresome as we reached the apartment at 12 am midnight from Sydney and no reception desk, no contact person / number to call for instructions as pdf with photos was not clear enough for a tourist. The bookings.com website/ portal message option was not attended and responses from host was terribly late. Just never answers/ addresses my queries but always in a mood to remind on check out/ instructions. I personally Found that host is money minded and least concerned on hospitality. It never felt like revisit the same apartment for single moment. Access to the key fob of the apartment at night time was a nightmare.

• Angus (8/5): Happy with the good facilities provided. - Clean and tidy The direction to the unit is a bit confusing. We spent a lot of time to get there. Show one way to get there instead of two way is enough.
• Vanessa (8/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location but noisy early morning dumb bells. - Location is excellent. Clean and a nice modern feel to it. The pool was excellent for lap swimming. In the early morning dumb bells being dropped on the floor of the gym made it impossible to sleep. Ear plugs made no difference. Crockery needs an update. A top sheet would be great for Summer sleeping. A doona was too hot.

The beds are comfy; the kitchen facilities are goods (except no rice cooker :D). Overall, we are happy to stay and it's location at City, which is quite convenient. We'd love to come back again next time. The key collection is a bit hassle, must follow the instruction thoroughly then manage to get it. Hope there is any other option. Thanks.

• Lynn Kelly (3/5): Location great but needs attention to detail ungently - Location Need new crockery, no dinner plates, chips in other plates. Poor kitchen utensils no bowl. Very uncomfortable lounge. Worst lounge I have ever had in a holiday letting. No top sheet on beds. Verandah filthy. So disappointed when I read people were writing similar reviews 12 months ago and still nothing has been attended to. Also as previous holiday makers have stated to get the key is so time consuming.

• Julie (10/5): Lovely apartment in Canberra - A lovely clean apartment, modern and mostly well equipped. In a good location. Apart from a few minor additions mentioned below I give the apartment 10 out of 10. Beds very comfortable and 2 bathrooms an absolute bonus. The kitchen was a little sparse, could have done with a salad bowl and a few serving dishes to put food in, plus a few dinner size meal plates. A clock on the wall would have been handy.

• Mccallum (1/5): - We didn't end up staying there. As soon as you opened the door the foul smell just hit you. The pillows were sweat-stained, and the mattresses had bodily stains all over them. The sheets and doona covers smelled like they hadn't been washed in months. The inside dooners were stained as well. The sink was dirty.. Floors hadn't been swept properly. The towels, were so rough I wouldn't use them on my dogs. The outside patio furniture is full of dust. The whole experience was just devastating. We phoned the number that was given to us several times. To no avail. We have emailed them with no answer. Only one email was received from them asking us to give them a 5-star rating. We did not spend one night there and had to book in at the Crowne Plaza hotel. As my husband is in ill health it made his condition worse and we had to cut short our holiday. We do want a refund for this. Everything. Disgusting experience

• Macarena (8/5): Great property, would recommend - Great location, walking distance to bars and cafes. The rooms were spacious and clean. The facilities were modern and well maintained. The steps to obtain the fob to gain entry to the property was complicated. Although very detailed notes were provided. It was a bit of a faff to get the fob and return them to their lock box in another location.

• Craig (5/5): Modern apartment in a good location, if you don’t mind a treasure hunt for the key - Very modern apartment in a very central location. The massively over complicated check in process doesn’t start the stay off on the right foot, entering the building through what appears to be a service entrance isn’t the best! There’s an awful smell in the corridor, not sure if this is alway there but it was there for the whole of our stay!
• Amanda (7/5): - Great position, close to restaurants and city, nice and warm, and plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, modern unit, with plenty of space for our group of 4. Picking up the fob was a bit of a drama as I have a broken knee and on crutches. Had i known i needed to do this before the booking, i would have booked somewhere else, a single synthetic sheet on the bed, no top sheet. Small old towel with a hole in it.

The check in procedure was a little confusing at first but once we worked it out the coming in and out of the building was easy. It will be easier on our next stay.

The neighborhood was vibrant, and it was easy to explore the area. Finding the key was a bit of an adventure & harder than it needed to be, having to go to a separate nearby address to collect the key. The cleanliness of the apartment was just okay, there were some dusty floors and dirty sheets. I also found some clothing tags left on the bedside table, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Communication with the host was usually great – they responded quickly to my messages. However, when I asked if it would be possible to check in an hour early, I didn’t get a response until after the usual check-in time. This could have been a coincidence, but considering how quickly they usually responded, it felt a bit intentional.

• Nicole (2/5): Complicated and unsafe process to access the apartment remote. - Good location near to the centre of Canberra, restaurants and light rail stop. The apartment remote was stored in a waste disposal room in another building but after entering the gate shut and we became trapped inside. We were forced to contact the police as the owner had restricted mobile incoming calls. The police arranged for the fire and rescue unit and after 1.5hrs we finally got into the apartment. The unit was comfortable but bedrooms were dusty as per photo. Could not access Wi-fi with provided password.

Loads of dining options close by, the pool was perfect to cool off after our long drive, and I even did a couple of loads of much needed washing.
