• Romy (10/5): Wow❤️! Amazing catch - Super easy self check-in, the host was super nice, we communicated through WhatsApp and he really helped us with everything we needed and was very kind. Top location, close to metro, shopping, pubs, restaurants and ect. The apartment is very well isolated from noise and temperature so it was super quiet and cozy, fit also for long stays. Everything was comfortable, the shower was amazing with hot water that never ran out. Will absolutely return. Thank you! It was all perfect.

• Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything and I strongly recommend Magnolia Apartments especially to light sleepers who want good rest after whole day of walking around beautiful Milan. Magnolia has a courtyard view so it's nice and quiet all the time. Beds and pillows are comfy as you are at home, it is warm and well equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Also, the position of Magnolia Apartments is perfect - near the Duomo, public transport, historical sights and also supermarkets and shopping areas. Our host Stefano was very kind and available for all your needs. Enjoy your stay We really can't find any flaws

The location is absolutely perfect, just a short stroll from the iconic Duomo, with an abundance of charming shops, delightful restaurants, and cozy coffee spots right around the corner. Antonio, the host, was incredibly kind and welcoming - he met me right in front of the building and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had during my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was a true gem - so cozy and inviting, with stylish, modern furniture that made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t wait to return to this lovely place the next time I visit Milan. Highly recommend!

• Vladimirs (10/5): Exceptional - I travelled in January with family. First of all - the room is with conditioner(cooling-heating system), but it was very warm for January even without turning it on. Location - 4-5 minutes walk to Duomo throw very good shops. Carefour(supermarket) is just round the corner with everything necessary. Very nice, silent appartment.

• Joyce (8/5): Good location, spacious apt. Wish it was more appliance-friendly. - Good location, very spacious, quiet in the night even in the middle the city center. Close to Carrefour Express and many restaurants and clothing stores. No instructions on using the appliances (for foreign visitors it can be difficult), especially the heater for hot water, which was not even plugged in and took us some effort to figure it out watching Youtube and to have enough hot water (had to wait overnight to get hot water for shower). The stove and the dish washer didn't have any instructions either and wasn't sure which detergent to use. No separate bins for recycling and no instructions on sorting, although on the information tablet inside the apt they requested precise trash sorting otherwise a fine of EU50. We found a few cups dirty and an opened sugar sachet, suggesting housekeeping wasn't done very thoroughly. The Management Team did answer our inquiries on What'sApp when they are available but not a savior when we most needed them (e.g. not having hot water for shower).
• Adil (7/5): Good - - The treatment of the host who called Antonio was really great and certainly added good feeling to the stay. - Location of the apartment was spot on, one foot and you are at the centre with many shops around. -The entrance to the building is somewhat old and sometimes has a bad smell. Does not give feeling of a good place. Also the elevators seems very old. - Inside the apartment we hear a lot the sound of water inside the pipes and also the sewage water drainage is really annoying. This sounds seems not only for the sewage drainage of this apartment but you can also you can hear of other apartment. - Pillows are not comfortable at all.
• Jene (5/5): Mixed bag - The apartment was very clean and in a good location to the Duomo. It was also close to the Metro. I have booked with booking.com over 2 dozen times. This is the most difficult communication with the management I’ve ever had. I was asked the same questions over and over. When will you arrive? What is your flight#? Etc. Yet, if I asked how to get into the apartment or who to call, I never got an answer. Come to find out, my “contact” was no longer with the company. Someone should have told me! After all, they were contacting me about my flight arrangements. I didn’t like that they charged my credit card about a month before the stay. Most places are 0-14 days before you arrive. We had a leak in the wall. I am pretty sure it was from the apartment above this unit. We alerted the management company right away. They wanted access to the apartment when we were gone. I said no. We arranged to meet them and be there so they could check out the leak. We waited most of the morning. THEY WERE A NO SHOW. They said the cleaning crew didn’t come. We didn’t have an appointment with the cleaning crew, we had an appointment with the management company contact person. The whole thing was rather a cluster——. The other thing that was going through my mind was the stains and leaks on the wall were black in spots. Black mold? 😵‍💫

• Sonja (9/5): So much to love! Really great host and a nice, clean apartment that's a good size, near the Duomo. - The location was perfect! Close to major sights and public transportation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, a good size. The bathroom was very nice and big - something rare in Europe! There was also a big closet for storage. The lock is a little tricky to use. The mattress could use a new pad.
• Thanasis (10/5): Everything was excellent! - We visited Milan during February ,a couple with a four year old boy. Everything was excellent.The room was warm and the bed sooo soft. There was also a sofa that could be made into bed.The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, dishwasher and of course fridge. The bathroom was spacious and bright with a large window.There was also a handy hair dryer there . At the back there was room to store clothes. The host said the apartment had been recently renovated . The location was perfect, close to everything. An extra comment is worth adding about our host Stefano as we would have rated the apartment with 9/10 if it hadn't been for him. He was very hospitable, friendly, willing to help us with any problem and he made us feel like home. Thank you for everything!! Just minor details..we would suggest offering single use slippers.

• Emili (10/5): Excellent for a short couple stay. - The property manager met us at the appartment to hand over the keys and show us around, which was very convenient. The location was great, 5 min walk from the Duomo, in a quite road next to a main shopping area and close to a dram stop. The appartment had the basic ammenities you need for a short stay snd it was clean.

• Alex (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing, Just on 1 of the main streets. The Duomo is only 600 meters away. Lots of retail shops just outside the apartment. Many Café and Restaurant options as well as a supermarket just around the corner. Transportation wise everything is very continent , The metro is 300 meters away and there are other options as well. It was very hot in Milan and the lack of Fan or Air-conditioning really effected the stay at the room.
