• John (10/5): Nice granny flat - We liked the location. The house has everything we need. Really great value for money. The train station was closed but there was still a lot of replacement buses and it was easy to get aroung using public transport. It is also a short drive to the airport. You need to arrange with other tenants about the parking setup as it has a shared driveway.

• Simone (6/5): Affordable accommodation in Sydney suburbs - The property was very clean and we appreciated the clear and helpful communication from our host. The master bedroom was very comfortable and spacious. One of the beds in the double room was so uncomfortable that one of our party ended up sleeping on the couch for two nights. Whilst food stuffs had been left, this also meant that there were three tins/jars of coffee which had solidified- and three teabags for the stay. Overall, it felt in need of maintenance (eg no handle on the bathroom door, chipped surfaces). The biggest issue for us was that the property did not amend the listing to state that the train station (which is advertised in the listing) is closed for an extended period of time for track works. This meant that we were reliant on replacement buses.

• Tanika (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean an tidy.Its a good place to stay with young kids or even a little family.Theres heaps of facilities to use like oven,fridge,pots and pans the lot it feel like your own little home. I personally think that it was good for the price they were really nice when u needed some thing an I'm glad I got to stay there as it was cheaper an better then a hotel definitely worth the money.If I come back in would definitely stay again.

• Srivastava (10/5): Excellent property to stay with family. - I like the Apartment and specially Kitchen, where we cooked our own food without any problem. Everything was superb, so nothing is there to don't like.

• Za (10/5): Awesome 🌟 - The location was 5 minutes drive to all shop and restaurants it was awesome 🤩 Everything is great except for the bathroom door 🚪 doesn't have any lock or door handle.

Owner very kind and friendly, location close to shops. - We provided our own breakfast, but location wise it was so easy and close to places and times that we needed to be. My only downfall was the check-in lock box. Very confused as picture on property was different from granny flat. Spent over an hour trying to open lock box at front of house with customer help on phone only to find out granny flat was at the back of the property. I wasn't told that. Owner lives at property which we were unaware of. Only one Driveway parking, very crowded for clients booking front house and granny flat at same time.

Not enough towels for our party, though we were told cleaners would bring, did not. No cleaning whole week. No washing machine/dryer.
• Ambitions (9/5): Our accommodation was well positioned, very comfortable and secure. Would definitely book again. - Breakfast not supplied. However, bonus sweets, tea and coffee were very welcome. Access: handle on security door could be positioned.

I liked the fact it was in a nice area. - we brought our own food with us. we liked the short distance to the train station. we had no real issues, the bed was a bit firm that's all, the front lawn looked like at had not been mowed for a few weeks but that did not really affect our stay.

• Luan (1/5): Bad - If I can give you guys the service and agent Vivian and Alisa owner and booking.com minus - - - 10 star, I would be happier. It's fraud and scammers here. Customer service and communication from the sites are really bad. Completely false advertising as photos and details description. So we couldn't stay and had to leave at night time to find a place to stay overnight for family with baby and children. When I made complaints, the agent/land owner blamed my faults, promised a full refund, and never happened. I have to chase the case with Booking.com. they understand the situation and am sorry about my bad experience with the 42 Cleary Avenue, Belmore unit. However, they told me I can't do anything about that ad they clearly took my full money, even I don't stay for any night as the place gave me is totally different. The agents are not corporate. Just blame me. They don't admit they do crab job as customer service. It's totally scam my money. That's all they do. So I have to sue them to Fair Trading in NSW and NCAT. It's really bad from the agent of 42 Cleary Avenue and Booking.com Better book hotels or Agoda, and make sure you use PayPal to avoid those scammers. If anyone wants more details, I will answer you here. It's a very doggy business! Cheers!

• Ting (9/5): It’s a comfortable and convenient accommodation. - The price is reasonable when thinking about the location near to the train station, although it’s far away from CBD. It says there are two toilets on the ad, however there is only one.
