Plamena (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very clean, and there was everything we needed. Highly recommend.
Juliana (8/5): Spacious apartment, needs more customer centric communication from managing agency - It’s vary spacious, steps away from the city center and the building is nice and modern The sofa bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable due to its design (a 3 part sofa) hence no matter how you sleep you’ll be sleeping between cracks (cushion separations). Lastly the agency that runs this place seems very corporate oriented, so there was little warmth in the tone of communication and often it felt they just wanted to get things done quickly so the conversation would be over (which can make guest feel a bit overwhelmed)
