Prljavo i usmrđeno posuđe u mašini, prljava kuhinja, prljavo posuđe, mali wc, nema rezervnog pokrivača, galama sa ceste i iz susjedstva, ne može se uključiti noćna lampa kraj kreveta niti staviti puniti mobitel kraj kreveta jer nema utičnice sa svake strane,…

• Ksenija (8/5): Very good and accessible location - The apartment is located in easy accessible location, in the center, next to the NDK and near the pedestrian zone of Bulevar Vitosha. There are cafes, small and large shops nearby to buy the necessary groceries. It's on the ground floor, spacious, so it is easy to accommodate several people inside. It is not noisy at night even though a busy street is very close. The kitchenette is equipped with the necessary appliances (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) and necessary dishes. It was clean and tidy. Communication with the company is excellent, they respond very quickly to messages and all questions. We have no complaints, we were satisfied during our short stay.
• Andrea (2/5): Dirty and broken better skip - The flat is big and it is located literally in the city centre. Good potential but… The flat is run down. The dial of the bedroom radiator was broken and we couldn’t turn off the heating. Because of the noise of the radiator and the heat produced we couldn’t sleep well. It wasn’t cleaned we found a lot dust, dirty plates left in the dishwasher The water could hardly pass through the sink in the bathroom. The customer service of the property was responsive, but anyway You can’t rent a flat and leave it in such conditions
• Imperatore (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione ottima, casa molto bella e grande, letti comodi e bagno buono. Pentole per cucinare troppo piccole e, in generale, stoviglie per la cucina molto limitate. La pulizia non era delle migliori e, soprattutto, detersivo per i piatti o per la lavastoviglie completamente assente. Ho chiesto alla struttura se fosse possibile rimediare a questa mancanza, mi hanno risposto che avrebbero provveduto ma non ho ricevuto nulla. Infine, alcuni termosifoni erano sempre accesi perché le manopole erano rotte.

• MTS (9/5): Semplice e comodo, è stato perfetto per il nostro soggiorno. - Spaziosa e molto luminosa. Il codice per ottenere la chiave comodissimo. Poche stoviglie e ingredienti essenziali da cucina (sale, pepe, zucchero…)

• Emanuil (8/5): Very quiet, modern apartment in an extremely central location - but could be better furnished - Very modern, spacious and quiet apartment right in the middle of Sofia. If you're here on business or for cultural events at NDK, you're unlikely to find a better location. It's in a small street immediately off one of the boulevards around NDK (National Palace of Culture) so there's considerably less traffic than anywhere nearby. The building is very modern and the walls very thick, with good windows, so despite being on the ground floor there is 0 noise. The shower is quite good too. The WiFi is excellent, consistent with 400mbps down. The kitchen has everything you need including fast ceramic stovetop (not induction), oven and kettle (no toaster). There is a really good dishwasher and a clean, modern fridge-freezer. There's also a washing machine we didn't use. There are no curtains in the bedroom, just office blinds. Since there's a rather large window, it gets as bright as any office would in daylight at 8am. A sleeping mask wasn't sufficient for us so we had to temporarily block out the window. In retrospect flattening a couple of large cardboard boxes and leaning them against the window (on the sill) would have probably been easiest. There isn't much decor. That doesn't usually bother me but this place does just seem to literally be a converted office, there are a few large pieces of high quality but completely empty storage furniture which just make it seem .. unfinished? It's fine for adults but I'd be careful staying with kids for more than a few days, they may not like it. The kitchen is pretty sparsely stocked with cutlery, but the basics are there.

• Annick (6/5): - L’appartement est situé dans le centre-ville. Lit de la chambre confortable. Check-in compliqué, nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes après l’envoi des nombreuses informations demandées à l’entreprise croate qui gère l’appartement. Le ménage n’est pas optimal (beaucoup d’araignées, le lave-vaisselle non vidé). Le canapé n’est pas confortable, il penche. La chasse coule sans arrêt. Cuisine peu équipée : une seule cuillère à café, pas de torchon. Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre.

• Edoardo (7/5): - Buona posizione, spazi ampi ma da gestire meglio. La pulizia non è delle migliori, c’erano anche stoviglie sporche degli ospiti precedenti. Con tutto lo spazio che c’è invece di mettere un divano letto, fin troppo scomodo per dormirci, sarebbe meglio aggiungere un letto. I termosifoni poi fanno rumore, di notte si fa fatica a dormire con questo suono costante.

• Kristiyana (10/5): Надхвърли очакванията ни! - Съотношението цена-качество е отлично. Мястото надхвърли очакванията ни. Лесно за откриване. Лесен достъп. Близо до метро станция. Централно място. Има всякакви удобства - топла вода, оборудвана кухня, ютия, сешоар. Препоръчваме мястото с две ръце.

• Corina (8/5): - 10 pt locație. Aproape de centru, de parc, de strada principala Vitosha. Ai restaurante, market, tot ce ai nevoie pe lângă 10 pt mărimea apartamentului. Foarte spațios, spatii de depozitare multe, te simți ca acasă. 7 pt curățenie. Era făcută de suprafață. Plin de păianjeni din aia mari pe la colturi, am omorât chiar și un gândac din ala urât de bucătărie... Un apartament luminos este minunat, însă noaptea nu. Trebuie ochelari de somn dacă sunteți sensibili. Apartament situat la parter, neizolat si se aude cam tot. Trebuie dopuri de urechi... O notă extrem de mica o dau comunicării. Spunând ca am drum de 7 ore și ca sunt însărcinată în stadiu destul de avansat, am cerut un check in doar cu 1h mai devreme. Bineînțeles că it's all about the money și mi-au cerut bani pt asta. Deși check in-ul lor era la ora 3, am ajuns acolo la 3 și apartamentul NU era gata. Am stat in fata scarii in picioare. Deci pt mai devreme trebuia sa platesc, dar pt întârzierea lor nimic... pe lângă toate, la numărul de telefon unde zic ei ca pot fi contactați oricând, nu răspunde nimeni. Am sunat din fata apartamentului de 5 ori și nimic... Am primit codul de acces în clădire după 30 d min de așteptat. F urat...

• Daniel (10/5): Lloc excel·lent - Apartament impecable i ben situat a prop del bulevard Vitosha. Tot està absolutament nou i el pis és molt agradable. Hi tornaríem sense dubtar-ho! Excés de correus electrònics i missatges previs a l'entrada al pis (pels documents, pels codis, per les normes...), enviats per partida doble. A la cuina hi afegiria un obridor d'ampolles, unes estovalles i unes tisores.

• Mustafa (10/5): Exceptional - It's a very spacious and clean apartment, few minutes walking to the central tourist attractions. There are many nice cafes and restaurants around. Everything in the apartment were working properly and utensils in the kitchen were sufficient. Lights in the apartment a bit too bright and some warm side lights would work wonders - but that's just a matter of personal preferences. Not really about the apartment but be careful where you park your car - if you're traveling by one. There are paid parking spots on the streets and you should pay for parking through an app. If you don't pay, you might find your car clamped in the morning and a parking ticket under your windshield wiper.
