• Nathan (8/5): - We loved the location and the cleanliness of the apartment, it was well stocked. Didn't like how hard it was to get into contact with the owner, and not all of the pots and pans worked with the induction hob

• Angela (10/5): Perfect host very accommodating good communication. - Everything location layout and everything you needed was readily available perfect. The toilets don’t flush great and we had to buy toilet roll.
• Artem (10/5): - We booked the apartment with colleagues for a conference at ExCel. It's spacious, with 2 bathrooms. Location is really good for the conference, London city airport and to go to the city center. Great communication with the manager Maryana, who was responsible and flexible. We will definitely stay again.
• Fiona (9/5): Lovely location but need a pack explaining stuff. - Not easy at all. Keys were to be picked up from Concierge but not told were concierge was (different building to where staying)
• Alison (8/5): Very happy with the standard of the accommodation - Great location as we were attending an event at the Excel. Spacious and clean with towels provided. Details of the WIFI somewhere in the apartment would be good
• Shelley (8/5): Spacious and well located. - Great location and roomy apartment. We had some issues with hot water and heating, but communications were good, and the problem was resolved fairly quickly with a plumber coming out. There are only very thin sheer curtains in the living room so if you use sofa bed then bear in mind there is constant full light from the streetlights, and in summer the early morning light would be intense.

The apartment was spotless, spacious and well stocked with thoughtful touches like coffee/tea and the host, Maryana was super accommodating and responsive. My favourite part was the absolute stunning view from the balcony, breathtaking in the morning. The apartment is impeccably clean and well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Not a single negative thing to say, 10 out 10 and would highly recommend this spot and cant wait to come back! Loved everything!

• Neil (10/5): - The apartment was everything and more to what we expected. It was very clean upon our arrival with everything you would need. The location is perfect for travelling into Central London via the DLR or the Greenwich peninsula via the cable cars. Communication with the host was always professional and courteous. Will be my go to on future London visits (if available) There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment. But if I was to knit pick there were a couple of very minor cosmetic issues that didn't impact our stay at all

The host was excellent – really on the ball with great communication throughout. Great location too. Would definitely rebook without hesitation!

• sandra (9/5): Great apartment with little extras, friendly staff,easy access into London 👍 - Luxury 3 bedroom modern apartment, great views London skyline, docklands great location plenty amenities, have the choice jumping on DLR into London or taking cable car across the Thames. Apartment has got a little bit of wear and tear, which is to be expected, just needs few little jobs done. Nothing that would stop me from booking the apartment again 👍
• Muller (6/5): Appartement correct mais surévalué - L’emplacement à proximité du DLR arrêt Royal Victoria permettant un accès rapide et aisé au centre de Londres. L’appartement était grand et bien équipé. 2 salles de bains dont une privative était un plus pour 4 personnes. La disponibilité de notre hôte qui a réagi immédiatement lorsque nous l’avons prévenu que les sanitaires étaient bouchés. Le ménage n’était pas satisfaisant. Nous avons retrouvé des traces par terre qui dénotaient un manque de nettoyage avant notre arrivée, la présence de poils pubiens et de cheveux, traces de graisses multiples sur le fauteuil et le canapé, le four non nettoyé. Meubles de cuisine et de salle de bains abîmés que nous n’attendions pas pour un appartement noté exceptionnel. L’appartement était bruyant et une chaleur importante y a régné durant tout notre séjour (alors que la température extérieure était de 14 degrés le matin et 22 max l’après midi).

• Nick (7/5): Great location and a lovely apartment but the facility issues let it down - Excellent location, spacious and comfortable Toilet backing up, completely blocked on last day. Electric also went off from 8am until check out

• Mike (10/5): Fantastic communication from the host, very clean and neat. Brilliant location and very reasonable price. - Great location for the excel. Rail links very close by, close access for o2 and other parts as well. Using the sofa bed in the living room, hear a lot of traffic noise.
• Noura (9/5): Amazing and comfortable - It is clean and beautiful. It is 3 mins walk to the Royal Victoria so you can use the tubes. There is a small Tesco (supermarket) near by, around 5 mins by walk. The owner was following up with us and she was kind. It was a xmas eve when we got to the flat, but she was trying to come to meet us, but since we were late at the airport, she couldn’t, and I understand because it was xmas eve. I only think if there is an instruction booklet will make things more clear on how to use the stove, the wi fi etc.

• Florence (10/5): Amazing - Everything was amazing , clean , close to stores and train station. Wonderful view also. It felt like home . We will definitely come again Just that the sofa bed in the living room should have a clean cover , but we saw clean sheets to change it there . The place is beautiful.

• Dionisi (6/5): Super comfortable location to reach the ExCel, but the communications… - 2 out of 3 bedrooms have enough space, one of those had an ensuite bathroom, the one before the kitchen has a desk and a little more space, while the middle one was quite small, but alright all things considered. Very spacious living room, comfortable kitchen and super balcony! The owners left a series of very appreciated touches in the house: coffee and dishwashing soap in the kitchen; body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, hair dryer and much more. Lots of spare pillows and blankets! The check-in was quite rushed and the proper information were not disclosed at the right time, so we had to face a couple of very unpleasant situations and could count on a really bad phone reception to chat with the property. I would suggest to print out a vademecum for house guests next time… We were not told that a house that can accommodate also 4-5 people only comes with a set of keys; the best thing is you cannot close the door with the keys, as “they never close it with keys, they rather shut the door as it is and go; they never turn the lower key in and the upper one opens clockwise”… As soon as I land in the city I get told that a person will be waiting for us on the apartment complex’s street level, to advise them about time of arrival and that once in, the wifi password is on the kitchen door. As soon as we get to Alaska Apartments, the person waiting for us is inside the flat; there is no interphone in the apartment and this is a second person with respect to the one we’re chatting with. As soon as she notifies the other one that we were arrived and we luckily managed to pass the main door downstairs thanks to someone else entering, we were told that ours was flat 10, floor 1… wrong. It is flat 10, but remember to go to the 2 floor. The Internet has never - not once - worked since minute 1 up until our check out date. Despite we notified this promptly, especially since we were travelling for business, I was told that I never said anything when I have chats, pictures of the wifi modem at home and screenshots of the conversation, but I actually received an apology on our last night only.. As a thoughtful reminder for next guests during this time of the year… that house is cold.

• Mellor (10/5): Comfortable stay near the Excel. Close to good restaurants and with all the things you need for a home away from home. - Great location only a short walk from the Excel. It was just like the pictures, very clean, with all the extras, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, plenty towels, hair dryer, iron, costa coffee pods, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, free wifi, Netflix, fantastic balcony with a great view. I will stay here again. Getting the key couldn’t have been easier and it was a 10/10 for me.

The apartment was lovely and very spacious with great views. Had everything you needed inside for a perfect stay. Would look to rebook for next year if we attend the show, highly recommend! Nothing, all was great!

• Gareth (10/5): Perfect! - Location was perfect, right outside is the DLR line and a short walk to Elizabeth line. So convenient for the Excel centre as we were attending an event there for part of our stay. Parking underneath was great too. Host was lovely, was waiting for us on arrival and ever so helpful. Great view of Canary Wharf, such a stunning backdrop. Nothing bad to note at all

• Mate (10/5): Nice place, nice location! - Nice neighborhood, close to the DLR station. There is a great view to Canary Wharf from the balcony. Tesco Express is few steps from the apartment. No key lock, therefore we needed to wait for the key. They require a deposit, received back at the end of the stay.
• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very comfortable for a family of six adults. It was clean, lovely restaurants close by, and Tesco & the train line are on the doorstep. Greenwich is such a beautiful place to stay when coming to visit London. Thanks Maryana
