• Alexandra (8/5): Schöne Zeit in Durlach - Die Wohnung ist angenehm eingerichtet und gemütlich. In dem Bett konnte ich gut schlafen. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür hat mich persönlich nicht gestört. Ich fand die direkte Anbindung nach Karlsruhe (ca. 20 Min.) super.

• Uwe (9/5): Perfekt - Ich bin regelmäßig in Karlsruhe und buche meist Ferienwohnungen. Eine so gut ausgestattete, perfekt organisierte und helle Wohnung habe ich noch nie bekommen. Mehr Lob mag ich jetzt nicht formulieren, sonst habe ich künftig keine Chance mehr, sie wieder zu bekommen. Mich hat es nicht besonders gestört, ich schlafe tief wie ein Bär. Zumal ich mich im Bett wie im Himmelreich fühlte. Doch die Straßenbahn, die das Haus zum Teil umrundet, quietscht früher als ein Hahn auf dem Land kräht. Das könnte Menschen mit einem leichten Schlaf nerven. Positiv könnte man natürlich auch formulieren, dass die Endstation der Tram direkt vor dem Haus liegt.

• Ana (8/5): Spatious apartment in a good location near Durlach center. - Nice, spatious apartment. Good location, easy to reach by the public transport. I wish I could regulate the temperature in the apartment to 21C, instead of 19C. I understand this is a recommendation for Germany, but still....I would consider coming in the wintertime because of that.

• Stefanie (9/5): Große Wohnung mit Charme - Eine Arbeitswoche haben wir in der schönen Altbauwohnung verbracht. Alles hat gepasst. Check-In lief über einen Türcode und wurde mit einem Video sehr gut erklärt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt und die Straßenbahn hielt direkt vor der Tür. Geräuschempfindliche Menschen mögen das ein wenig nervig finden, uns hat die Bahn aber nicht gestört. Im Haus selber haben wir die Nachbarn fast gar nicht gehört. Das Zentrum von Durlach ist fussläufig erreichbar und wirklich sehenswert. Tolle Restaurants und Cafés sind nicht weit. Der Vermieter hat sich gleich bei uns erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und einen kleinen Defekt sofort behoben. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir die Unterkunft sehr gern wieder buchen! Nichts!
