• Sasha (10/5): Incredible views and a thoughtful host - The hostess Tess met us when we arrived and gave us a little tour. She was super welcoming and sweet. Even gave us suggestions for dinner places and just overall good places in town. Plus the whole place is stocked to the brim with everything you could possibly need. From kitchenware, to spices, to makeup wipes! Very thoughtful host. Plus, I mean look at that view, how could you not fall in love with the place. We will 100% be back.

I booked already to come back. - Location was great with a beautiful view from top of the hills and oceanview in the background. Lovely swimming pool with same view. It was quiet and private. Owners very helpful and friendly. Clear instructions for everything necessary. I liked their environmental consciousness, which showed in their products. And a bonus was the Japanese toilet, loved it. It was quite small, but very doable for me, staying by myself. I would have liked lighter bedside lamps for reading instead of using the bright ceiling lights.

• Heather (10/5): - Very good and clear communication from the hosts and a warm friendly welcoming too. Helped with our luggage and showed us around. The accommodation is absolutely gorgeous, clean and has everything and more you could need for a comfy stay. The pool and ocean views are also incredible. There was nothing we disliked!

• Stephen (9/5): Awesome Views, Great Room, Brilliant Hosts - Tess and Jay were great hosts. Really accommodating, great communication and very helpful. They allowed me to check in early because I had to change my travel plans last minute which saved me from lugging my bags around all day. The place itself is really nice, awesome views of the beach and a really nice clean pool ( I think it's saltwater) It had everything I needed, was very clean a d tidy, the bed was comfy, they had black out curtains which was a nice touch. They even had one of those fancy bide's which was an experience in itself. The highlight of my stay was being greeted by two gorgeous dogs who wanted to say hello. Would definitely stay here again if I was passing back through the area.

• Christy (7/5): Great accommodation close to great scenic spots. - Hospitality was exceptional, Jay and Tess were excellent hosts. The location to nearby tourist spots was ideal! The accommodation had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. A little hard to get comfortable on the couch as it was small and hard to get in position to watch tv.

• robert (5/5): Quiet accommodation in the hills above Ocean Shores - Quiet location, nice small kitchen and comfortable bed Some things about this accommodation were frustrating - the bedroom is very tight with only room for one case and very little room on one side of the bed. There is only one backed kitchen chair plus a small stool. After a day out sightseeing we just wanted to have a quiet night watching some normal TV (free to air) but the TV so complicated, we gave up. Of all the stays this trip this was the most disappointing - expensive for what it was. It is a shoes off venue which we weren't keen on. Car parking is across the road on a grass verge.

• Anushree (6/5): The overall stay was good and the best part is the location of the house which is closer to most of the tourist attracti - We loved the boho style themed rooms, beautiful view and the cleanliness. The owner himself is very caring n responsive in the messages. Everything was very good except the beds. We found the mattress is very soft which leads to back pain and disruptive sleep. Also the bed for the child was actually not a bed it’s not suitable for sleeping purpose.

Good location for exploring this lovely area of beaches and hinterland. Host was lovely and very helpful recommending places to see, and for meals. Initial access was a bit daunting at first until became familiar. Reading the messages before arriving helps, I didn't because I was driving.

• Kayla (10/5): Perfect getaway with everything you need/desire. - I would highly recommend anyone coming through Brunswick heads to book with Tess and Jay. They were so incredibly accommodating and the house was equipped with everything you would want in a getaway home. Not to mention the beautiful views and pool! This is so much more than a queen bedroom, it is an entire granny flat with both a home-y and relaxing feel. Nil.

Super quiet area but close to everything. Room was cute and has everything you need. Spacious and clean, with private access so you feel like you can relax. Great furnishings and an excellent stay! We will definitely be back. The only thing that wasn't 10/10 was the pillows!!!! Time for a replacement, but I do find this with many hotels/bnbs.
