• Vipinkumar (6/5): Pleasant - Sleeping comfort AC not working, bathroom having dampness smell, sugar pouches were just 3, no coffee , floor was having dust, lot of dust below open sofa cumulative bed
• James (10/5): Exceptional - Photos and description completely accurate. Everything supplied to have a great stay. Furniture in great condition, bed comfy. Not the easiest place to find. Used apple maps to find it. Florence is a busy, noisy city which starts around 6am. Expect to hear horns and sirens everywhere.
• Aelina (1/5): Overall, do not advise taking it. Not worth it. One of the worst stays for such a high price. Dissapointed, and I’m bein - Good location. Good Wi-Fi. It was quite dirty everywhere, and I’m not even talking about tons of dust. As soon as we have arrived, there was no electricity, and we spent half an hour just trying to turn it on by finding ourselves a dirty basement with electricity shields. The dishwasher was not working properly and the water was leaking under. The sink did not let the water go down. It was mid July, so it was extremely hot in Florence, and as we chose the apartment with air conditioner, we were expecting it in a working condition, but it was just ventilating hot air. And it would be okay, if we could at least open the windows, but there were even no mosquito/insects shields. There also was a strange smell from the duvets and bed sheets.
