- Glenys (4/5): Disappointing - Location If you like a firm bed this stay is for you. The single room doesn't have a blockout curtain. Both bedrooms had an unpleasant odour. The breakfast cooking smells of owner was very strong.

Hosts were great to deal with and happy for us to rock up after our event due to us running behind time (early hours of the morning). A face cloth or two and a top sheet would have been wonderful otherwise a great stay! Thank you!

- Somi (9/5): Comfortable stay in a great location with a friendly host - Very hospitable & friendly host. Very accommodating. Spacious with a master bedroom & a study room, ensuite bathroom, toilet with a living & dining room and a separate entrance so there is privacy. Would have preferred hand wash instead of soap in the toilet. It’s not a big issue.

- Mia (8/5): The room is very clean and spacious, suitable for a short stay. - We stayed as a family for three nights. The living room, dining area, and bedroom were all very clean.The location is also very good . However, the single room was too hot. On the first day, the outside of temperature was as high as 39°C, but the air conditioning in the room was not working at all, making it too hot to sleep well that night. Even though we wanted to open the window, the single room's window could not be opened, so it was extremely hot. The single room had no air conditioning,(there is a fan, but not helpful) and since the window couldn't be opened, it was difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was a refrigerator next to the bed, and the Wi-Fi router emitted light all night, making it even harder to sleep. We also recommend changing the layout of the single room. Placing the refrigerator in the dining area might be a better option. The house has a central air conditioning system, so we had to report it to Mrs. Ning to have the AC turned on, as we couldn't control it ourselves. On the morning of the second day, the air conditioning was finally turned on, and we were able to stay comfortably. She cared about whether we were comfortable, but we were quite disappointed by the heat on the first day. she was very kind that she told us at checkout that if we had requested it, we could have used the kitchen and washing machine. After a long journey, we wanted to do our laundry,It was very pitty. From the beginning, we recommend informing guests staying for two or more nights in advance about the services she kindly offers. it would be more nice. The last two days were very comfortable, which was great. We also enjoyed a morning walk through the upscale residential area. Thank you!

She kept invading our privacy . When my relatives came to pick me up from the place she shouted at them . She kept coming at knocking on our bedroom door whenever she felt like it . She shouldn’t be allowed to host this place . Something is seriously wrong with her . There was dog hair and weird smell in the house . My wife became unwell and she still kept bothering her . The room was very hot . Never staying there again .

Thank you. - Easy to get to, good facilities nearby, lovely location, very comfortable and lots of space ..... only suggestion is to have a microwave and possibly toaster for visitors to be able to heat up meals. Loved the stay, will recommend to friends and colleagues (have already done so). Only one bedside lamp, little bit more in the kitchen required (microwave). Otherwise all great.

Lovely en-suite and access to lounge and dining area Not as clean as I would have liked. Could do with a little fridge next to the kettle although host was happy for us to have access to her fridge in the kitchen.
