• AAMIR (10/5): Amazing clean and good place - Apartment was so nice neat and clean. Area is far from downtown but you can get bus during day time. It is 1.50 $ for one person or use taxi it is not far but you need taxi or bus Place is walkable to Atlantis , walkable to fish market with lots of restaurant there is a gas station next to property and you can get food there water drinks and burgers are awesome there good prices. Overall Bahamas is expensive but Gas station was good We had two nice bedrooms and kitchen is loaded and good as well. All was good , it is little far but very good for big family staying here

• Reggei (10/5): Spacious, clean and very warm host. - It was spacious and clean. Nearby bus stop going downtown. Property Manager Maxim is very nice and welcoming. The place is very comfortable and secured. It’s a walking distance to Montague beach where you can buy great deal of Conch. Grocery market is also walking distance. I recommend this place for a family with kids. Swimming pool is not accessible at the moment due to maybe renovation.

• Donna (1/5): Host canceled one day before arrival due to double booking during Spring Break - The host notified me just one day before arrival that the property had been double booked, leaving me with almost no time to secure alternative accommodations during a peak Spring Break period when availability was extremely limited. Although the host apologized and suggested another property, it was in a different area and did not meet our needs. As a result, I had to urgently search for a replacement under very difficult circumstances. This situation was unacceptable and caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially given the timing and lack of comparable options.

• LIDIA (5/5): Muy bonito pero la zona no es muy segura. - El apartamento es grande y limpio, muy comodo. La zona no es muy segura, tienes cerca una supermercado pero el camino da un poco de respeto. En general los alrededores no son para ir por tu cuenta, si te quieres mover mejor en taxi si te alojas aqui pero son carisimos.

• sarah (9/5): - Lovely place to stay very clean and plenty of room would definitely recommend, thanks for getting us at short notice 😀 Not alot todo places closed around 10 and about 30 minutes to walk to the centre need to get taxis but found them expensive
• Nike & Jonathan (10/5): Excellent location, excellent hosts and a wonderful, comfortable apartment - we had a great stay! - The location was excellent - very easy for navigating Nassau, getting to many of the attractions as well as to and from the airport. The property is located in a secure complex and has good parking facilities. The hosts - Maxine and Javon are warm and welcoming, and very helpful. They provided some lovely welcome groceries and were contactable for guidance on various things and sent lots of information in advance of our visit. The property is well furnished, clean, and felt like home from home - it was exactly as presented in the photos. Nothing negative. It was a very pleasant experience.
• Vivianne (9/5): Great Experience - Maxine's place was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great. We were able to walk to a few nearby places. There was a restaurant called the Poop deck directly across from where we were staying. The food was good. We were a very short drive across a bridge, leading to Paradise Island. We did visit the Atlantis on Paradise Island and a free aquarium. We didn't like the pool area because it lacked some basic things like umbrellas for the reclining chairs. The pool was exposed directly in the sun, and there were no trees for shade. The only umbrella at the pool was broke. The outdoor shower to wash off after being in the pool didn't work.
• Mr. (10/5): Home away from home! - Looked exactly as advertised but even better in person! Last day of vacation, the internet was being switched to another service provider. Either way, it was a minor inconvenience and didn't ruin anything. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Almost like a second home.😁

• Jade (10/5): Incredibly clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay for a family or group of friends in Nassau - Communication was fantastic. We knew exactly what to do to check in and were shown around expertly, so we were at ease the whole time. Maxine continually checked in to see if we needed anything else, and we really appreciated it. The apartment was incredibly clean and had all the amenities a family would need with generous complimentary items also. Location was excellent and we could access everything we wanted to see in Nassau. Being gated and having a building manager meant we always felt secure. There was a parking space for our hire car and access in and out of the gate was easy. Beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves when we didn't feel like eating out. We would definitely stay here again! One downside was during the second half of our trip it was noisy at nighttime because there was building work being done on one of the neighbouring buildings. This wasn't the fault of the host and to be honest it wasn't enough to keep us awake so could have been a lot worse
• Giselle (10/5): Great place!!! - Everything was exactly as in the pictures! It was wonderful!! The host was great! She was at the site when we got there to show us around and to show us everything. She gave us lots of tips from where to eat up to what to do. The apartment was very clean, spacious and the host left lots of amenities as sodas, water, coffee and orange juice. And the kitchen was fully equipped, with toaster, microwave, oven, cooktop, blender, knives, cutlery, dishes and cups. The apartment was very well located but it was great that we rented a car so it was easy to move around the city. And to go to the more distant beaches. We would definitely go back there. And it also had a parking space. Nothing, all was great!

Left us with all directions to different places. Taxi numbers. Delivery numbers and she was just amazing. The condo is located in an area that is easily traveled or you can get a good walking work out ♥️♥️♥️ N/A

• Franco (7/5): Good - It was nice apartment very clean. It includes a pool but the pool was very dirty and it looked like no maintaince was ever done. We wanted to go in it but it was just dirty really disappointed by that.
