• Dennise (9/5): Great centrally located flat best suited for a couple. Had everything we needed plus some extras - The host had included some lovely extra touches and supplies and the flat was very nicely decorated.
• Stéphanie (8/5): - I liked the location, it’s quiet and central. The apartment is small but cozy. I found popcorn in the sofa bed when I unfolded it. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for more than two people, as the sofa bed is not very comfortable. The two door locks should clearly be repaired because getting in is complicated, twice it took us a long time to open the door. The bathroom door also doesn’t close properly anymore.

Clean & comfortable, would recommend to others. - Great location, walk to South Kensington underground or opposite direction to Kings Rd, Sloane Square. Very clean apartment. It was warm in the flat, that maybe that the building is a warm building. I would imagine in summer months, it can get quite hot. There is a fan in the apt, not air conditioned. You have to step up to the kitchen, step up to the bathroom and the bedroom. You must remember this if its something you are not used to. Its the perfect size for a couple. There is a sofa, don't know if it was a sofa bed but I personally think the apt would be to crowded with more than 2 people.

• James K (9/5): - Valentina is overall a great host. Her apartment is in a fantastic location in Chelsea, and very close walk to bus stops and Sloane South Kensington Underground station. It's just a pleasant part of town. This apartment itself being situated within Nell Gwynn House, has a great historic vibe. The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for a couple looking for a getaway in London. Valentina has provided all the essentials being comfy bed, great TV, great shower pressure and a good little kitchen including a perfect laundry machine (wash and dry unit). Nothing major to comment here, other than I would NOT recommend this apartment for summer time as it does not have Air Con. We were staying in early September (avg day temps 16-21C) and still needed the floor fan switched on all night with windows open to be comfortable sleeping. If you're planning to stay during the middle of summer, I would imagine it to get incredibly warm inside the apartment as the insulation inside the building seemed to be "too good" (at least for us...). This apartment seems like it would be perfect for September through May periods of Autumn, Winter and Spring in London.

• Gemma (9/5): Beautiful and convenient flat - Lovely little flat, it had everything we needed and was in a great location to get about. Very clean and comfortable! The flat was absolutely boiling even though the weather was not too hot outside. There were fans but maybe could have had one more in the livingroom as a thought.
• Sibel (7/5): - Location is very good, near to the good restaurants and shops. It is very clean. Valentina is so helpful. Enter to the apartment is easy. Suitable for short stays and max 2 people When you open the sofa bed, the way between bedroom and toilet or anywhere is closed. Sofa bed is not comfortable. Master bed is small for 2 people, queen size. Some blinds do not work. Toilet door and shower door cannot be closed.

Not well suited for tall people - Great location, hosts very responsive and accommodating, kitchen had many essentials such as coffee, tea and such Bed VERY small and no A/C in the unit. We found it difficult to get a good night sleep as we hardly fit in the bed and the heat in London was stifling

The quality of the furnishings and decor are high standard. The kitchen was really nice to have with modern appliances and spacious. The apartment was very clean with a good layout as there's a living area also

So, if you have a problem, you are on your own. Moreover, the box containing the key is situated 30 cms from the floor; that makes it very difficult to open.

• Elena (8/5): Excellent location, good value for money - Very good location in Chelsea, close to coffee shops, supermarket, restaurants. It's well-equipped. The metro station is a short walk away, all in all good value for money. We struggled a bit to get the code right to get in (you need to use the code from the Booking message, not from the images). The door does not close easily, you need to force it and make noise. The bed is very small for 2 persons.
• Celia (5/5): Uncomfortable bed & poor owner communication - Stay started badly when trying to collect key - the owner/ manager of the property provided the wrong key code - so we spent 15 minutes wondering why the keylock didn't work. There was no wifi provided & the owner just didn't answer my questions around this. Small double bed - very saggy & uncomfortable. Front door lock was dodgy & felt uncomfortable & unsure whether it would work. No love here just a money making machine. Kitchen quite well stocked & supplied. Ok location but a good 10-15 minute walk from the tube station.
