- Isabelle (4/5): - Très bonne situation au centre ville, proche des métros, des centres d'achats. Mauvais accueil. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec 2 chambres à coucher, 1 lit double et 2 lits simples. Nous avons eu un appartement avec une seule chambre avec 1 lit double et 1 lit double dans le salon. Nous n'avons pas été avisé avant de prendre connaissance de l'appartement. On nous a expliqué qu'il y avait un dégât d'eau dans l'appartement réservé. On nous a proposé de partir et d'être remboursé, pas de réduction ni de remboursement partiel pour l'appartement plus petit. Un morceau de carrelage était scotché dans la douche, dangereux car risque de tomber... Les serviettes de bain avaient des trous...
- Sajad (1/5): The stay was horrible, very unclean and not worth the money, although the location of it is great. - Just the location The rooms are super unclean, the furniture are half broken and super old / rusted. The towels are ripped and unclean and all stained, not to mention the bathroom and shower was not cleaned at all and all filled with stains. The bedsheets are stained and smelly
