This would - Simple walk to the beauty and excitement of Plaka (only one minute) and a short walk to so many sites (Akropolis, Museum, Syntagma, dining and shopping and more)!! Kostis helped us find parking and unload our luggage, which is a huge feat in the very popular and condensed neighborhood, particularly on a hot day in July!!
• Alihan (10/5): A treasure place - Owner Kostis was a very helpful & polite and knowledgeable person. He always assisted us on Whatsapp by carpark & restaurants & sightseeing places and many more. The place was just in the middle of Plaka, just 2 to 5 mins walking distance to all historical sites. Many restaurants & shops around. The house was clean & tidy, hot water available all the time. Very nice decorated and suitable for families. There is a balcony that you may sit and enjoy the view of the street. Definitely come back again. If you rent a car to reach the house you might pay more than usual on special days like New Years Eve. The carpark owners take advantage of these special days. They may charge 10 Euro's more compared to normal days. But no car park problem. There are plenty of car park around. Choose the ones a bit far way from the house that you may save at least 10 Euro's per day for parking.

• Shelley (10/5): New and well-kept apartment in a perfect location in Plaka. - New apartment with everything we needed, and the location was incredible. Kostis our host met us at the door when we arrived, provided us with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations and arranged a taxi for us upon departure. We had coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the street and the lovely neighborhood. we had a wonderful stay. Thank you Kostis!
