• Rosario (6/5): Fantastic location - Fantastic location and facilities Advised after paying for location (non refundable) that renovation's were taking place but would not affect us. When we got there we could see ceiling props broken concrete, unbelievable trip hazards, exposed wiring and concrete dust everywhere and very unsafe entry (Would be closed in Australia). Once finished this would resolve all issues. Beds were very uncomfortable and small but that did not affect our stay. Parking was very expensive but within walking distance.

• Olympia (4/5): Die Mängel sollten gerichtet werden, um die Unterkunft anzubieten - Lage perfekt Es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das Treppenhaus und Eingang des Hauses eine Baustelle ist, man stieg über Bauschutt und abends sehr abenteuerlich Der Eingangsschlüssel war defekt und wurde nicht ersetzt Die Wohnung hat ein Problem mit dem Abfluss Die Dusche konnte man nur erschwerlich nutzen da der duschkopf nicht aufgehängt war

• Krzysztof (7/5): Jak tylko na 2-3 doby może być. - Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W apartamencie panuje bardzo nie miły zapach. W jednej sypialni brak okna. Kuchnia kiepsko wyposażona brak kubków na 6 osób ,brudna lodówka, dziwne odprowadzenie wody z klimatyzacji 😂
• Pierre (8/5): - Excellente réactivité et disponibilité de l'hôte : nous avons pu avoir accès au logement en milieu de journée alors que nous avions réservé à la dernière minute ! Le logement est très bien situé et tout est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Le mobilier est un peu cheap et il faudrait vraiment plus d'ustensiles de cuisine... mais rien de grave L'isolation phonique du logement est problématique...
• jerome (9/5): Excellent - Très bien situé , 2 salles de bains Isolation phonique avec les voisins limitée ( globalement ça a été ok mais même quand les voisins ne parlent pas fort on les entend très bien , heureusement ils n’étaient pas trop la ni globalement trop bruyants )

• Bartosz i Wioleta. (8/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. W mieszkaniu jest właściwie wszystko czego potrzeba na kilka dni zwiedzania. Jest to moja i żony subiektywna opinia ale poduszki są mega nie wygodne. Nie da się na tym spać bez bólu karku. Są bardzo płaskie. Druga sprawa to dwie sypialnie nie mają okien. Podobnie ma się sprawa z łazienkami.

• Wojtek (10/5): BYŁO WSPANIALE! - Lokalizacja jest idealna, w samym centrum Malagi, wszędzie blisko na pieszo. Idealne miejsce na krótszy jak i dłuższy wypad do Malagi i okolic. Apartament SUPER! Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, natychmiastowy, nawet po 23 i o 6 rano. Bardzo przejęci wszelkimi trudnościami i problemami nie wynikającymi z winy właścicieli mieszkania. Bardzo jesteśmy zadowoleni i dziękujemy Javier'owi i jego żonie za super pobyt! To nie od właściciela zależy, ale ciężko znaleźć miejsce parkingowe :)
• Patrizia (9/5): Colazione sotto casa a soli 35 euro! - Posizione centrale. Appartamento ristrutturato, 5 piano con ascensore, consumatore in tutte le camere, bella spaziosa per una famiglia di 5 persone. Palazzo in ristrutturazione. Esalazioni di odore di fogna tra bagnino e cucina.

• Segundo (7/5): Estancia correcta en buena ubicación - Localización y flexibilidad de los dueños No funcionó la tele durante toda estancia, el somier de una de las camas estaba roto y los ladrones son muy antiguos y nos sujetaban los enchufes para poder cargar los móviles/tablets

• delphine (7/5): - Le logement est très bien situé, idéal pour visiter Malaga. Assez bruyant : une chambre donne sur la rue qui est très passagère. Une autre chambre est mal isolée, on entend beaucoup les voisins. Petit détail : il manque des lampes de chevet.

• IL PROF.VIAGGIATORE (5/5): Abbiamo accettato di buon grado le innumerevoli carenze. - Centrale e collegata per taxi e servizi pubblici. La struttura non ha balconi. Ha delle finestre interne. I bagni, di cui uno senza bidet. Quello che lo aveva non funzionava l' acqua calda. Camere da letto piccole. Vi erano lavori di riparazione delle fogne internamente al palazzo, ma credo che non avranno soluzioni. Odore insopportabile nell' atrio del portone d'ingresso. Mancava la lampadina al soffitto e non è stata sostituita dal condominio in una settimana. Esternamente ingresso in adiacenza dei cocci dell' immondizia. Carenze di vario tipo. Difficile da descriverle tutte.

• aurora (10/5): - La casa è grande e accogliente. L’eccellente pulizia e il profumo di pulito ci hanno accompagnato nei nostri giorni di soggiorno. La posizione è comodissima e l’Host è stato da subito disponile e pronto a raccogliere ogni nostra esigenza. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort: asciugamani da bagno, phone, ferro da stiro ecc, e cosa non meno scontata, ha due bagni, di cui uno con bidet. Io lo consiglio vivamente!!!! Graciassss Rocio!!!!!
• Raquel (4/5): - Relativamente cómodo en cuanto a número de habitaciones y camas. Céntrico. El apartamento mal no está, pero la limpieza en la cocina nula, los lavabos no cuelan, la alcachofa de la ducha no se sujeta, aire acondicionado con garrafas de agua, un olor insufrible en el portal y muy sucio el suelo.
• Annamaria (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo, curato e pulito. Adatto per un gruppo di amici e amiche con le tre stanze e doppi bagni. La stanza con la vista su Malaga molto bella, le altre due senza luminazione e una vicino alla cucina. Nel complesso molto bene e Rocio e Javier molto disponibili e presenti. Posizione strategica e centrale. Odore del condominio all'ingresso, ma in casa non si sente nulla e i profumatori negli armadi molto buoni.

• William (8/5): Great Apartment in a Convenient Location - Some Issues - + Location + Helpful and Caring Host + Space + Air Conditioning - Outside space was advertised, and a significant reason for choosing the property. I was happy to pay more for the outside space, so of course I was unhappy to be told that the space was not available. - As a minimum, the host should update the property features description to avoid breaking the law (misrepresentation). - I have already fed back to the host regarding a few minor items that need looking into (shower head attachment, items needed in the kitchen, no toaster as advertised). - Bedroom on the main road is somewhat noisy even though the apartment is on the 5th Floor.
• Lisa (10/5): I would love to go there again straight away and would recommend it to anyone ! - The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. In addition, our host was always available and could help us with any of our concerns and this with an incredible friendliness and warmth! The location was great and you could reach everything within a 10 minute walk and you had a great view of the beautiful city!
• Irma (9/5): Superb - The apatment was recently renovated and very nice. It has everything what you need during the stay. The apartment is very clean. The location is perfect,close to the center and the beach. The host was very kind and available all the time. Although it is a quiet street, you can still hear sounds from outside and the people in the bilding, but that's how it is in most apartments in Malaga
