• Jack (9/5): Great apartment, location, would stay again. - The apartment is in a great location; it has a modern feel, is close to shops, the Metro, buses, and there's plenty to explore nearby. Keys were dropped off in a timely fashion, by Renzo - who was very polite and welcoming. The apartment is located along a main driving route, which adds to the city vibe. The bedroom is set back further into the building so you don't need to be concerned about road noise whilst sleeping; I also didn't hear any loud noises from neighbouring apartments. For anyone needing luggage storage due to early/late flights there are secure options within a few minutes. Very cosy, secure, convenient, and looking forward to staying again! A few points of feedback (but I'd absolutely stay again): The shower could do with a grouting touch-up, but it was clean, if accessibility is a concern note there is a step-up-required to the shower. The sofa could do with some replacement covers, but was also clean. Some clarity surrounding on what to do with extra rubbish would be helpful. The WiFi router is connected to a socket which appears to be controlled at the wall (so just be mindful of this given the proximity to the light switch).

• Eva (4/5): Not a peaceful or relaxing stay - Location is excellent and apartment is clean. We stayed at this apartment for four nights, and from the moment we arrived, it was impossible to rest. Loud, distressing screaming came from the ground floor of the building - not next door, but inside the same property - where there’s an elderly care facility. The noise was constant, during day and night, including at 3AM and 5AM. I contacted the host immediately. They were apologetic at first and said they would speak to the care home. I kept them updated daily, even sent a video showing the noise at 3AM and 5AM, but nothing changed. When I asked to be moved somewhere else to sleep, my message was ignored. After I requested a refund, the host offered €250. I accepted it, only to be told it would be processed after checkout - but only if I didn’t leave a review on Booking. I replied that this wasn’t a refund for the inconvenience caused, but an attempt to keep me quiet, and that a fairer refund was deserved. The host then accused me of blackmail and stopped responding. Booking.com tried to contact them too, but they ignored that as well. This was not a peaceful stay since we never slept. It was four days and nights of noise, poor handling, and zero accountability. I would not stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
• Marián (10/5): - We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It has a perfect location right in the city center. Friendly and helpful staff, they accommodated us even earlier. We had no negative experiences.
• Zheng (9/5): Awesome stay - We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is awesome, right at the city center, next to all the possible shoppings. Metro stations are 5 mins walk from the apartment. Apartment is spacious, view from the windows are very pretty. Though on a busy street, you don’t hear street noise. Joanna who attended us was wonderful, very responsive and helpful. The wall sound proof for the next door neighbor is pretty bad. You can hear the next door residents talking loudly in the morning in the bedroom.

Apartment was too cold during my stay in winter. Despite giving us 3 portable heaters it still was not enough. 2 heaters had to be used in the bedroom to keep warm. And left with only 1 in the living room. We were unable to enjoy the living room cos it was too cold to stay there for long. And floor tiles were super cold when stepping into the bathroom with your bare feet. Luckily I brought my own bedroom slippers.

Responsive host …. Used dryer and washing machine …. Couple of minor adjustments… light bulb in kitchen out …. Pillows on bed very hard and uncomfortable Ventilation in bathroom required as window open affected actual door but I’m sure you know that ! Slight confusion where all rubbish should go ? Perhaps think about supplying a little more washing machine powder and toilet paper for longer stays ….

• Wajiha (10/5): Perfect stay in the heart of the city, best location. - The location was excellent! Perfect spot to do all your sightseeing. All the attractions were within walking distance. Very close to Las Ramblas. 3 minute walk to the main centre where there are many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and catered for our needs. The bed was so comfortable. Very spacious apartment with plenty of storage and hangers and wardrobes for clothes. The view from the balcony was just so beautiful. At night the view would be so beautiful. Although in a busy area you could not hear a thing, had peaceful sleep everyday. For the summer months the AC was excellent in the apartment. Plaza de catalunya was a 3 minute walk from here you can take many transport options available. However, not needed as the places were all within walking distance. Joanna the host was amazing and always checked we had everything which was nice. We had 2 keys given and the house had everything you would need away from home. We were given a little starter pack with cleaning accessories for our stay. Towels, toiletries and toilet paper were provided for our full stay. This place is 5 stars for sure we had a very comfortable stay!! Everything was perfect!

• Rohit (9/5): Offers a vibrant neighborhood teeming with life and abundant food options at any hour. - Our family of four, including a 6-year-old and a 14-year-old, had the pleasure of staying at the “SibsBcn COLISEUM - Cozy and Central” apartment in Barcelona for four nights. We were thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location of the property was its standout feature. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, it offered an abundance of food options. The area was bustling with life even at 11 PM, making it feel like evening all the time. This lively atmosphere contributed to a sense of safety, allowing us to leave our children watching TV in the room while we enjoyed some quality time in the central area. The hosts were incredibly helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Their assistance and hospitality truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One thing to note for future guests is the availability of supermarkets. While there are numerous 24/7 supermarkets in close proximity, including one on the ground floor of the apartment building, a proper supermarket is a bit further away. Please be aware that the 24/7 supermarkets tend to be more expensive. In conclusion, our stay at “SibsBcn COLISEUM - Cozy and Central” was a delightful experience. The combination of a fantastic location, a safe and lively neighborhood, and helpful hosts made our family trip to Barcelona truly memorable. We highly recommend this property for families seeking a cozy and central place to stay in Barcelona. Following observation is not a critique of the apartment itself, but rather a note for future guests. If you have a late evening flight, please be aware that you will need to arrange your own luggage storage after checkout.

You can find everything in apartment - a stove, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, etc. The owner very useful and polite. Everything is on the hand distance - center, restaurants, shop, transport. You have everything. I do not have what to add.

• Sarikaya (10/5): It was marvelous. - The central AC system. The washing machine. The drying machine. The dual balcony door/window for noise reduction. The location. The view to the theatre. The parking option being so close. The supermarket being so close. The sofa in the living room converts to a bed but one of the wheels kept coming out of place. It was fixable but something to upgrade nevertheless.

Could do with more kitchen crockery and cutlery as not much there specifically some larger cups (only small espresso ones there), some larger glass (for water, juice), a working bottle opener, some small bowls etc.
