• Sharon (9/5): Nice house with some Issues - Modern, convenient, comfortable beds, nice to have 2 bathrooms There were a number of maintenance issues, the key to unlock the door was bent and hence the front door was not easy to open. The upstairs bathroom... toilet seat and roll holder were both loose. There were no cups provided small enough to utilise the Nespresso coffee machine. The air-conditioning did not work as a heater despite every attempt to make it work. Several obvious stains on the main couch.

Was a fantastic location for our purposes, with good parking by the house Two main downsides were just that a) the sheets were quite noisy (every time someone rolled over), and b) upstairs footsteps are also easily heard underneath
• Ian (8/5): Full size modern house, ideal for an extended stay - In a suburb residential area, newish and well appointed two story house, Exceeded our expectations. Ideal for family or couples plenty of room & two bathrooms.
• Stephen (8/5): A pretty good place to stay to explore Hobart. - A good sized home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was well equipped. A real deal breaker would be that the kitchen and living area together with the master bedroom is on the first floor. You realise how many times those stairs need to be negotiated. Also the house is made out of composite material and is a dark colour rendering the upstairs area very hot on a sunny afternoon meaning running the air conditioner all afternoon.

• Kumaravel (5/5): No restaurants close by, less privacy. - It s mainly residential area, It is more of Air B&B than hotel type accommodation. No restaurants (except 1) or cafe closer, has to go to Hobart city. The accommodation is looking in to 4 different neighbours back yard.Less privacy.

House was spotless and very inviting and cosy. Easy to travel to places daily. Would highly recommend. The stairs. Bit steep bit that’s just me

• Dragana (6/5): Clean simple place with all utilities - Lots of room and place is clean with all facilities needed. I can't stand being told to clean upon leaving. These private own places really ruin the experience by noting this on leaving. People are on holidays and they don't want to worry about stacking dishes when packing to go home.

It was a few 28° days, back to the accommodation in the evening,upstairs was so hot,even though we closed all the curtain blind in the morning when we leave,the westerly sun hit it hard. It took a few hours with full on airconditioning to cool down.

Cleaner was still there at check in. House needs a thorough clean and a bit of maintenance in addition to what was communicated at the start of the stay. Host has been advised, but no response received.

• Frances (10/5): It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in a modernised house with fantastic facilities. - I loved the facilities and the cleanliness of the property and the location was only a 10 minute drive away from the city. The view from the house was beautiful. Nothing specifically about the property. However, there was a constant barking dog next door nothing you can control but it was hard to relax on the balcony etc

Host were amazing in providing all required information for check-in/check-out, always reachable and welcomed us with a tassie wine. Would be good if there was a dryer even though property get enough sunlight as we had to either go down to use clothesline or get upstairs for clothes dryer. Would be good if there are facial tissues.

Made us feel like we are in our own home and the view is just another l - Very comfortable spacious modern house with stunning view and quiet neighborhood. Very neat, clean and tidy & provided everything we needed. Might be need to fix the water system in the 2nd level bathroom because it happened view times that the water suddenly stop running for a couple lf minutes and slow, especially if both bathroom and washing machine were used at the same time. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Milk, tea coffee sugar - were all supplied. Loved the gifts and vino! Toilet downstairs was opposite to the bathroom and I know nothing could be done about that. No dryer facility. Only one aircon.

The unit is equipped with everything for a big family to stay (5-6 people) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The lounge and kitchen space is ample and a balcony space with bbq facilities adds total beauty to this stay. Heaps of linen, kitchen stuff and cooking (induction based electric one) facilities. Everything was perfect. Parking space is only one but again we didn’t look for the garage keys so probably you can park two cars plus on road parking are accessible.
