• Sheila (7/5): Excellent location and very modern and clean They just need to sort out a few problems - Good modern facilities' Very late taming to enter the property and double door lock arrangement very difficult We got totally locked in on the 4th floor and had to be rescued - health and safety?
• Robin (6/5): Below average quality but value for money - Good location, good value Couldn’t open the window in one of the bedrooms (in 30 degrees heat) which meant I had to sleep on the sofa one night. Cleaning could be improved. Lift was broken the first day. I had to carry my luggage on the stairs (4th floor). Overall quality of the flat and furniture wasn’t great

• Kearney (6/5): Pleasant - The location was great, lovely restaurants and cafes close by. Everything was in walking distance. The building was quiet and the apartment is accessible by a lift as it is on the top (4th) floor. The key collection and drop off is straightforward. The flat is ready for a refresh, the walls are scuffed and marked, the bathroom silicone is mouldy and the tiles need grouting again as it's all turned a nasty colour, also, the shower screen doesn't sit properly on the bath. I would also say the main front door key is a nightmare, I thought I had been given the wrong set of keys as when we arrived I could not open the door, and luckily someone let us in. I messaged the host and they replied late the next day to say, you have to 'twiddle' the key and slightly pull it out as you try to turn. This did work, however, it's not ideal.

• Jill (4/5): Disappointing - Location is excellent Very basic Shower head is broken in the en suite Neighbour below complained the shower in the main bathroom was leaking Window in the second bedroom rotten held together with tape No tea towel or oven glove in kitchen had to use a towel to take food out of oven Generally very poor condition for a booking .com property needs renovation
• Antonina (8/5): Very good - Location, two bedrooms, nice kitchen with appliances It was impossible to use one of the showers since the handle was too tight. Besides, one night we saw a big cockroach in the corridor which didn't feel nice
