• Sherineelsherbiny (10/5): - Veronica is a very warm host, you feel like you are going to a second home. I went with 2 small children, we found out she took care of a lot of details, cups, utensils, baby chair, bassinet. The appartment is very clean. A lot of sheets and clean towels were provided which cover over 1 week. We consumed only half of them as 4 people for 1 week. The location is very favorable, 2 min walk and you're in the heart of via toledo, 6 min walk to the metro line to reach everywhere. I would definitely recommend her cozy house and come back whenever i come back to napoli. Also she responded per whatsapp to every irrelevant question, tips, taxi numbers, anything. Again thanks for the amazing experience

• flavio (10/5): - La posizione comoda al centro e a tutte le maggiori attrazioni della città. Fermata metropolitana Toledo nelle vicinanze. Quartieri Spagnoli rumorosi e caotici ma siamo a Napoli e si viene anche per questo! Appartamento in palazzo tipico del luogo. Ottima pulizia e comodo il letto. Se si è sensibili ai rumori esterni può creare qualche problema. Per noi tutto bene.

Proprietaria molto disponibile sia al check in, nonstante sia avvenuto in tarda serata che al check out (mi ha offerto di lasciare i bagagli presso l'appartamento oltre l'ora del check out perché non c'erano ospiti per quella sera).

• Alberto (9/5): Great location in a busy area - What I liked the most was the location, right in the heart of the city, walkable distance to anywhere, very convinient and easy to get to anywhere. The Quartieri Spagnoli is a very busy and vibrant area which also afect to your rest in the nights, the street is very noisy with all those motos running around all night long, the apartment should have better system of isolation in the windows.

• Petra (10/5): Exceptional - If you're looking for a place to be part of the hustle and bustle of the city life, this apartment is a great choice. All major attractions are within walking distance. The metro, port and train station are also close. Veronica is very kind and helpful with any questions or requests you may have.
• Tatyana (10/5): Good place and lovely host - The apartment is small, cozy, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The location was also perfect. Veronica is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She greeted us with some Italian pastries. You can hear sounds from the street
• Monika (9/5): Superb - The host is a very very nice lady, always available to give advice and help you. If you are not familiar with the Spanish quarter, find some videos and photos online first. It is very different from other quarters in the city and it may not be for everybody (very noisy, very busy, no pavements, lots of motorbikes in narrow passages).

• Anonymous (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location! - The apartment is in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to via Toledo but without all the mess and the people. Although you can hear sounds from the street the apartment is very quite during the night and we slept great. Veronica the host was lovely, responded quickly to any question we had, recommended places near the place and was very very helpful. The apartment is spacey and made out of a living room with a small kitchen and the bedroom, which is really nice. We really recommend this apartment, we enjoyed the facilities and especially the amazing location and value for money. The bathroom is a bit small and tight, but has everything you need in it and the rest of apartment is spacey.
• Ron (10/5): Exceptional - We had wonderful 3 days at Donna Chiara The apartment is spacious , fully renovated, sparkling clean, location is fantastic I. The heart of an old and lively quarter and yet quite enough. Veronica was a great host. We checked in vey late so she met us only in the morning afterwards with A large smile and a sweet surprise. She even helped us book a table for a dinner in the world number 1 pizzeria for 2023

Veronica meet us at the closest Metro station on our arrival, clutching a bag full of local pastries, to escort us the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-equipped including excellent wi-fi and felt very safe. Communication was very good and responsive, aided by Veronica’s excellent English. The neighbourhood is lively, tourist friendly and being just off the Via Toledo allows great access to explore the city on foot, by metro and on one of the funicular lines. Naples is a noisy city so don’t expect silence at night; come to enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, great pizzas and the local colour. Nothing
• Kelly (10/5): Best place to stay in Naples - The apartment was really great, the location and Veronica was exceptional in answering our queries and making our stay even more seemless and welcoming. This is our third trip to Naples and our best. Veronica can help you with everything you need to know more about this beautiful city. Both bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including great coffee. The facilities were ample for our 3 night stay. Property is extremely central and close to all shops, metro, and restaurants. Yet quiet and got a very good night sleep Will definitely be back again There is nothing negative to say about this property :)

• גואל (8/5): Very good - Very nice appartment, in a perfect place. Not to far from Via Toledo but stil, far enough from the noise of the big street. Veronica whas very nice and explainde everything face to face and also by whatsapp during our stay in the city.
• Alessandra (10/5): The best place & hosts in Napoli - This was honestly one of our best trip! The house is a little gem, everything was so cozy ❤️ the host and her family made us feel at home, especially when it came to accommodate the needs of our baby (they provided us with a cot, a high chair and even plates and a thermos for them!). The location is just perfect, you’re in the heart of a very lively neighbourhood but in a quiet alley - especially at night! The AC was a blessing since we were travelling with a baby and spent many hours indoor. We are super grateful for the late check out on a day with train strikes, it helped a lot to pack and leave for our next destination without stress. The house was super clean and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The cleaning lady was also lovely. We had the best time in this lovely city and we will certainly come back! Nothing. Everything was perfect!
• Susan (9/5): Nice place to stay and lovely host. - The host met us from the metro, she had a fresh pastry for us, which was a lovely gesture. She brought us to the accommodation and showed us around and explained how things worked. There was water in the fridge, which was great on such a hot day. She was also available on the phone and kept in touch with us also but was not intrusive at all. Maybe two sets of keys, but that is a minor point.
