• Roby D'Angelo (8/5): Immersione nella natura incontaminata ma con qualche accorgimento migliora tutto - Si trova in un complesso di villette a dir poco stupendo. Ci svegliavamo con il canto degli uccellini e la più completa calma e pace. La casa era molto pulita; l'unica pecca erano le formichine che si aggiravano per la casa ma devo dire che in campagna uno se lo deve aspettare. Purtroppo le cialde del caffè non erano di una qualità estremamente buona e avevano tanto il sapore di caffè allungato con troppa acqua. La piscina purtroppo non era molto pulita a causa di insetti morti e peli di cane e non abbiamo dunque usufruito del servizio. Se posso dare solo un consiglio: sarebbe molto gradito trovare almeno una bottiglia d'acqua da 1L oppure due bottigliette.
• Elvira (4/5): Esperienza negativa - Lo spazio esterno. Purtroppo appena arrivati abbiamo trovato il water sporco, e questo ci ha già lasciati interdetti. La casa grande e ben divisa avrebbe bisogno di più cura e manutenzione. Umidità sul tetto del salone con residui di pittura caduti sul tavolinetto. Il terzo letto che abbiamo richiesto per una notte, pagando un supplemento, era scomodissimo e bassissimo. Sul piano della cucina giravano formiche. Lo scolapiatti, come si vede dalle foto, era improponibile. Il tappeto della cucina sporco. In camera da letto mancava la luce centrale. Il rubinetto del bidet arruginito e gocciolante. Il materasso arrangiato. Per completare la situazione, la sera prima di partire un tizio ha suonato alla porta dicendo che era con l'idraulico e doveva riparare il rubinetto del bidet. Ora, sapevano che si doveva riparare e hanno aspettato di farlo dopo cinque giorni che eravamo lì, invece di farlo prima del nostro arrivo.
• Slawomir (8/5): - I was in risk of arriving on time and asked for opening about 30-40 min later. For handing over the keys Landlady asked 50EUR in cash (ca. 50% of price of the night stay for less then 1 hour courtesy !!). Fortunately I arrived on time with no charge, however bad image remained. Anyway it's a nice place.

• Adriana (8/5): Erholungsoasa in Rom - Sehr ruhiger Ort außerhalb der Stadt. Perfekt um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Der Pool ist perfekt an heißen Tagen. Das Badezimmer ist nicht das neuste und könnte renoviert werden, hat aber alles was man braucht und kein wirkliches Problem.

• Daniel (9/5): Very pleasent - would reccomend - Location is very good as it is near to the ancient Via Appia so only about 45 minutes walk to along the ancient way to the southern catacombs of Rome, there are bus stops nearby too so getting to Rome's fairly easy. Local suppermarket is small but well stocked. The grounds are within a gated community so feels very safe despite being close to Rome, and the gardens around the property are very pleasant. The apartment itself feels relatively private, it's quite nice inside and everything works well. Overall I would recommend it. From the airport you really need a taxi or hire car - unless it is day time and then you could theoretically walk (1.5 hours). It's a bit hard to find and not where google says it is so the housekeepers had to come out to find me. Should the windows be open one can still hear the traffic at peak times or sometimes neighbours, but most of the time it was quite. It could really do with an updated showeroom and ideally kitchen and settees but is still perfectly comfortable.

• Yuliya (10/5): Immerso nel verde, relax - Struttura immersa nella natura, davvero un oasi di pace per chi ama il verde. Appartamento accogliente e carino, giardino comunale con piscina molto bello e curato. Consiglio andarci con l’auto e raggiungere il centro con la metro, circa 15 min di auto per la fermata più vicina della metro. Soggiorno piacevole.

La piscina bellissima e tanta pace e tranquillità... I proprietari simpaticissimi... Da qui in pochi minuti sei dove vuoi... E' stata un esperienza veramente molto bella... Il terzo letto scomodo....

• Elizaveta (9/5): Superb - A very beautiful place in a green area with a gated territory. We were greeted by a pleasant house manager.
• Helene (10/5): Our stay was wonderful, with plenty of great amenities and space for our family. - We absolutely loved the property! The size of the place was perfect, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool was amazing and a definite highlight—perfect for cooling off and spending time together. The backyard was spacious and well-maintained, providing a great outdoor space to enjoy. The playground was a wonderful addition, especially for the kids. Overall, the property had everything we were looking for and more! While we enjoyed many aspects of the property, there were a few things we wish we had known in advance. We weren’t aware that there would be a dog on the premises, especially an energetic Rottweiler. A heads-up would have been appreciated, particularly since we were traveling with our 2-year-old toddler. Additionally, there were quite a lot of bees around, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor areas. Unfortunately, my husband even got stung by one.
• Péter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bed is comfortable, the flat is more than enough for 2, the environment is excellent, Ruben the caretaker is very helpful, the pool is 5* (size, water temperature and purity...and there is a massage function:) ) - I can speak only in superlatives about the apartment and the circumstances. Absolut recommended.

• Petr (9/5): Nice garden, great value/money rate. - The property is located in great placid residential area, the house itself has nice natural garden. Great value/money rate. Self check-in and payment of the tourist tax procedure through https://guest.vikey.it/checkin -promising it is simple procedure for 2 minutes, actually it doesn't succeeded until third attempt three days later, and I got 8 annoying mail messages with reminder in those days. Water in the property smells bad, you need to bring drinking water for you.
• Eva (1/5): Construction and cold water - Unfortunately there was no warm water 2 out of 3 mornings. On the third morning around 7:15, construction working started drilling into the outside walls of the apartment. It was unannounced and we cancelled the 4th night. We received refund for half a night, which we still don’t understand. Owner is not responding to our messages. Our stay was the opposite of comfortable and quiet. Do not go here.

• David (10/5): The Perfect Room For Your Visit To Rome! - This property is located in a very beautiful woody area, you will get to wake up to the sounds of what must be every bird that Italy has to offer. The room itself has everything you could expect and be sure to ask the hosts where the nearby walking trail is. It is clearly a not well known area that has many ancient ruins as walk along the path. A great way to spend your first day in Rome.
