• Ronald (8/5): Pleasant retreat. Responsive staff - Overall. We liked the location as well as the property. No one mentioned that the main pool hot tub was not working until we arrived. Using the other hot tubs, was impossible due to the lineups. The facility is dated and coild use some major reno, outside the rooms. Our unit had a rolling barn door that is improperly installed and fell off the track completely, having my wife catch it and hold it till i could rescue her. The barbque barely worked as we found out the gas was slmost off, and when we did get it working, it leaked out bbq crap all over the floor as the drip tray was full. Disgusting

• Judy (10/5): Great! - Our family enjoyed our stay and loved that we were in the main building with easy access to the pool. From the balcony we overlooked the pool and could see the mountains. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms. Comfy furniture !Really nice touch having 2 adult robes and children robe . Location is great as it is an easy walk to town centre. Definitely would stay again . Next time I will bring my own pillows and maybe memory foam as the pillows and mattress were very firm
• Pam (10/5): our new favourite place to stay in Canmore! - The condo was really well-equipped, clean and comfortable. we really enjoyed the balcony and the outdoor hot tub/pool area were fantastic. we had a little trouble checking in but that was booking.com not sending info to the front desk. it was cleared up within 5 minutes.
