• Yiyu (6/5): Just fine. - Near CIQ. 水管漏水，只能现金/Touchngo付钱。我在booking上付了钱但是还是在现场付了房费。 Water pipe is broken, water coming out from ground. Cash and Touchngo only. I was charged on booking, but I still got charged on site in the hotel.

• Diane (8/5): - Lovely, friendly staff! It's a cheap and cheerful hotel, a short walk from the bus station and town. Clean room, with towels, toiletries and toothbrushes supplied. There was even a kettle with water, tea and coffee supplied. I don't like rooms without windows, but for the price paid, I think this is a good value hotel.

• ABY RAJ (5/5): Not worth the amount stated in online websites - The availability of room with attached bathroom is the main advantage. Plumbing was not working. Couldn't take shower due to defective plumbing. Bidet tap was not working. TV remotes were faulty too. Always double check their rooms before entering to stay.

• Gemma (5/5): Not a bad stay, could have been closer to centre and cleaner. - Good air con, provided mugs and coffee. Could smell smoke coming from someone smoking next door. Towels had bleach stains. Bathroom was cramped.

• DEBBIE (4/5): - Really bad Internet, no fridge in room, bathroom door didn't close properly, no window for fresh air 😕, bit shabby, tv didn't work.
• Kim (4/5): L - The beddings were relatively clean. Surprisingly, there is no window in the room, which was the crucial safety exit should there be any fire. TV was not working despite the help of the staff. There's no hook in the bathroom for hanging clothes, and the toilet bowl was left super wet after each bath as there was no shower curtain to shield as divider. Though it was indicated it's a central location to CIQ, it was almost impossible to walk through due to the road blocks and constructions of the upcoming RTS. Overall, was disappointed with the stay.

• Moghal (8/5): - The room was clean, recently decorated with a good wi fi and fairly new air conditioning unit. The room has an electric kettle to make teas/ coffee and a must requirement for my stay. My stay was for two nights but despite the daily house keeping claim, it was not cleaned and bed lenin changed after the first night.. I did ask for it at the front desk and wrote to the property through booking.com and fresh towels and toiletries and water was delivered....
