• Jhon Alexander (10/5): Great appartment - The apartment has all the amenities needed for a stay, and it is in good condition. There are buses and metro stop close by. Also, there is a pick your pizza place nearby, which is quite nice. Federico, the host, was very nice and helpful. There is a smell coming out of the shower drainage. Thus, after a day outside, the bathroom smells quite bad. But, to be honest that is just a detail.
• Adanays (10/5): - Hemos estado encantados desde el primer momento, el recibimiento de Federico fue excepcional, y se mantuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de que estuviéramos a gusto, con detalles de cortesía, es un anfitrión increíble. El apartamento es muy bonito, limpio, decorado con mucho gusto, y perfectamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas, lo que nos permitió descansar de maravilla. La ubicación también es ideal, muy cerca del metro y bien comunicada con todos los lugares de interés de la ciudad. Apreciamos mucho el detalle del café, crema e infusiones a nuestra disposición. En resumen, todo ha sido perfecto: un apartamento encantador y un anfitrión de 10. Sin duda, lo recomendamos al 100 % y repetiríamos encantados.

• Szandi (10/5): - Minden tökéletes volt! Talán a zuhanyzót mondanám, kicsi volt és könnyen kifolyt a víz a fürdőbe.
• Sara (10/5): - El apartamento es muy bonito, igual que en las fotos, para cuatro personas es ideal, amplio, y los colchones están muy bien, así como menaje de cocina,muy luminoso y con aire acondicionado en ambas estancias. Zona tranquila . Aunque parece que está lejos del centro de Roma, parada de bus y metro cerca, el barrio tiene muchos supermercados y también puedes comprar la comida hecha al lado parada de bus, Anfitriones en todo momento disponibles y muy amables, incluso nos ofrecieron quedarnos más tiempo en apartamento , pues nuestro avión salía por la tarde Sin duda repetiremos . La presión del agua es floja en la ducha, pero no depende del anfitrión.

• Marina (10/5): Amazing location and super owner - Very helpful owner. Location was clean, very comfortable,excellent decorated. We have well equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom as well as very convinient places for storage. Building was located near park, and we heard birdsongs at the morning. Location was in 10 minutes from metrostation and there were a lot of shops, caffe around. We really enjoyed our vacation and very thankfull to Federico for his hospitality. We reached location late evening but we were so glad that he help us with сheck-in and also we had coffee from super coffe-machine just as we come and he gave good advices regarding shops, restaurants and other details of life in Rome. Thank You so much!!!
• Dmk (8/5): We recommend this accommodation, especially for 1–2 people, if only the bedroom will be used. - Although the neighborhood initially looked a bit poor and run-down at first glance, the location was actually excellent for sightseeing — very close to buses and the Metro. The owner provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, and there were absolutely no issues even though we arrived late, outside of the regular check-in hours. Communication with the owner at any time was truly impressive. We also asked for a few groceries, as it was a public holiday, and everything was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. Although the neighborhood initially looked a bit poor and run-down at first glance, the location was actually excellent for sightseeing — very close to buses and the Metro. The owner provided detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, and there were absolutely no issues even though we arrived late, outside of the regular check-in hours. Communication with the owner at any time was truly impressive. We also asked for a few groceries, as it was a public holiday, and everything was waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. The furniture could have been a bit better — we are not used to such old furnishings, so it felt a little funny to us at times. We also had some issues with one of the beds, which was, to put it mildly, not very comfortable. On trips like this, where you walk a lot and spend long days sightseeing, having a good place to sleep plays a very important role, especially for people over 50. Overall, though, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this place for its great location and excellent communication with the host.

The owner was very helpful and communicative with us. Would recommend. Walking to and from the property from the metro station occasionally felt unsafe but nothing wrong with the road that the apartment is on itself.

• Cristina (10/5): A very comfortable, cozy and modern apartment! - Me and my mum had a 5 days city break in Rome and this apartment was perfect for our stay! The very warm and friendly owner greated us in person, gave us a tour of the apartment, and handed us the keys. The kitchen had all the modern appliances that you wish for - we even had tea bags and coffee available- the heating system worked very well (we went there in March and the evenings were a bit chilly for us), the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were good, and the bedroom had the most comfortable bed and spacious cupboards. We really enjoyed that we had a small café nearby, where we had breakfast every morning. The owner of the apartment even gave us restaurant recommendations. We really appreciated that the owner was very responsive, attentive to our needs and very friendly. We highly recommend this stay! Everything was perfect! Nothing to complain!
