Lo único que no me gustó mucho pero es algo más que nada de mala suerte es que de noche al estar cerca de la zona de bares y de la famosa plaza Serrano de noche hay bastante ruido, gritos y peleas por momentos y el dpto está en el primer piso sobre la calle..
