Leah (5/5): EXTREME NOISE DISTURBACES - It was a really nice space, bed is comfortable, water is hot and air con works I was given incorrect check in instructions which I figured out myself. Also I was contacted multiple times after check out to confirm I had checked out when I already told them I had. The level of noise from upstairs was absolutely insane. At the beginning I thought it was a joke it was that bad. There was kids roaring, banging, crying, running, ROLLING MARBLES, jumping etc from 9pm-12am and again from before 7am (on a weekend). I came here to rest and I essentially couldn’t do that. If you want to consider doing this long term you are going to have to speak to the upstairs tenants because it was genuinely insane. I’ve been in classrooms & zoos more peaceful than that.

Louis (10/5): - Location was great, near shopping malls and easy to drive to any part of Brisbane. Shower door not properly installed, water leaking onto floor. It's not a major problem but I feel the need to let the owner know.

HELEN (8/5): I would definitely stay at the Prime Apartments again. Thank you. - The staff were a delight to deal with and very helpful. The location was excellent for my needs. Definitely value for money. At times you could hear noise from other residents but this was mostly during the day.

Lusitania (7/5): The apartment was fully furnished, comfy and recommended to those who wants to explore Brisbane city - Great place to stay and definitely a recommended place to live. unfortunately, the location was a bit far to reach public transport from the city.

Em (8/5): Very good - The location is 15 minutes walking distance to a mall, nearby parks, and bike tracks. It's clean & tidy. comfy bed. Good air conditioning. The owner is accomodating & lovely. No iron/ ironing board. The shower door is not closing properly, so water is leaking out. No dustpan. No extra bin liners. The units are side by side, so u can hear your neighbours up & beside your unit.
