• Loca (1/5): Location is perfect, apartment is a nightmare - The apartment had a perfect location—everything was within walking distance. However, everything else was a disaster. The entrance door to the building was extremely small, and I had to bend down to get in. This was a nightmare for me with two kids and a stroller, as I had to carry bags and fold the stroller just to get inside or outside. Only at checkout did we notice the gate was fully open, letting in light, and then it didn’t feel like stepping into a medieval building. The stairs were another nightmare—extremely narrow and difficult to navigate. The apartment itself felt very old and neglected from the moment you entered. The floor tiles moved and were cold (only the bedrooms had worn-out parquet). The lighting in the rooms was horrible, with lamps that gave headaches. The mattresses were uncomfortable, and the duvets didn’t even have proper covers—just a bottom sheet and a top sheet, and they were stained. The place was full of mosquitoes, and the doors and windows were very old and poorly maintained.

Très peu d'équipement (pas de machine à café et peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle). L'appartement est vieillissant malgré un rapide rafraîchissement. Pas de possibilité de réaliser un check-in avant 15h00.

Evde eksik olan bir ürünü istediğiniz de 2 gün sonrasın da ulaşıyor. Evde temizlik açısından koku var. Tuvaletler eski ve kullanışsız. Duş alanı çok küçük ve dar.
• Christina (6/5): Great location and easy checkin/out - Great location and easy check in and out with the use of a lockbox. The apartment is a little shabbier than the photos suggest. The shower was a little grim, bathroom door handle fell off, and hairdryer didn’t work.
• Mezini (6/5): If you want good location, big house and cheap price this is the place for you - The staff was communicating and they had 24 seven support the house was big enough in a fantastic neighbourhood and in a great location The problem was firstly they didn’t have any hot water so I would recommend to anyone staying more than two days the other part which I didn’t like was no elevator and no explanation on how to open the front door we came very late but good thing they had 24/7 of support and they directly fix this situation
• Robert (1/5): Shambles! Do not book! - Nothing I booked a room with 4 beds. The apartment only had 3 beds. The property thought a suitable replacement was over 1 hour away. They have been argumentative and unwilling to solve. There was also no smoke alarm. The Carbon monoxide alarm was turned off and the boiler was showing a serious fault with no hot water for the trip.

• Maruani (5/5): - We arrived at the property at 12:30 AM, but the door entry mechanism failed to work. Despite the customer service being advertised as '24/7,' no one answered our calls. After waiting for about an hour and realizing there was no one to assist us or open the door, we gave up and booked a room elsewhere. In the morning, we were told that because they sent us a message at 3:00 AM which we didn't respond to, they assumed everything was fine and are therefore refusing to refund us for that night. During the subsequent nights when we did stay at the property, it was very cold due to local municipal regulations restricting domestic heating. We requested an extra pair of blankets since there were four of us and only two blankets provided (they were double blankets, but that was irrelevant as we were not couples). Despite multiple requests, our needs were not taken seriously, and we were left with only two blankets for the remainder of our stay. Aside from these issues, the property itself is nice, and the location is central—very close to the shopping areas and the Duomo
• Iryna (1/5): The apartments are disgusting to be in because of the dirt and cold. And even the location won't cover the problems - Even the location doesn't cover all the cons we encountered, and there were more than were written here in the reviews. This is Trash. We responsibly approach the choice of apartments, consciously understand and evaluate the price/quality ratio, but: 1. 8-11.01 we came to the apartments - and it was so cold that we walked in our socks, because the heating was turned on before us. It was so cold for 2 days that it was impossible to even take a shower. We had to go to the store to buy a heater. 2. 1 key for a group of friends. 3. Box where to leave the keys inside the basement. The instructions say that there is a button to open the basement, in fact it does not work, the basement is constantly closed. You have to wait until someone opens it. But the neighbors have already encountered this - and they will not let you into the basement, no matter how much you ask them. 4. The bed has large stains. 5. Dust in the bathroom in clumps 6. Support doesn't work 24/7, we couldn't get through for an hour 7. They recorded all the problems we asked to solve and did nothing. 8. The shower is only for thin people. A person with weight will not enter. We almost missed our plane because of those keys because we couldn't get to the apartment.

We have to clean this apartment by ourselves before let kids in. Customer service doesn't want to send anyone there to look. Don't never book that flat

Está cerca del centro de la ciudad y tienes lo más importante todo a mano sin coger ni metro ni bus, todo andando El apartamento no tiene un salita para poder estar todos juntos y hablar del día. Las televisiones no funcionaba ninguna. No tiene microondas para poder calentar cualquier cosa. La limpieza en general tampoco era de otro mundo.

• Cem (1/5): Pictures don't reflect reality. Uncomfortableband very disappointing - What I did like was that the cathedral and city center were within walking distance. The apartment was clean, but the furniture and equipment were very old. The beds were uncomfortable, and the shower was small and extremely outdated. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Even for this price, I expected something better, as the pictures do not reflect reality. We decided to not stay there. Although partial refund is possible Booking.com is referring to the host and the host is referring to Booking.

El día de la salida un señor entró a las 10:00 horas en la casa, sin tocar la puerta y sin esperar un solo segundo a que saliéramos, empezó a recorrer la casa sin respetar nuestra privacidad. Una pesadilla. La puntuación que tenía indicaba que no era un buen alojamiento, pero no me imaginaba que era tan horrible.

• Yelena (5/5): Could be better - It had 3 bedrooms 1. The outside door is very small. 2 of my family members with normal height for men (about 6’) had to basically fold in half to get in 2. The property did not list that this building does not have elevator. Going up to 3rd floor with suitcases is not fun. On top of it stairs are very narrow and steep. Also there are no light on stairs. 3. Property door was not working last evening of stay. While I found the solution property response was to ask neighbors to open the door. I cannot imagine to call every button to ask someone to open the doors. Plus I do not speak Italian. 4. Half of the light switches do not work. 5. Very noisy neighbors who were partying all night.

• Georgia (1/5): Horrendous. Avoid Joivy accommodation at all costs! - There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. It was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. There was no hot water in the apartment which was horrendous as we were staying in the height of summer. The water pressure was a trickle even so and there was no air con either! The hosts are awful to communicate with and do not care if you are experiencing any problems. We informed them that there was no hot water on our first morning, they apparently sent an engineer round to check the boiler whilst we were out, and then sent a maid around to check. She confirmed the water was hot to the management company before even testing it or speaking to us (although we were in the apartment at the time!) and then the hosts kept telling it was working without actually coming to check for themselves! The apartment was totally unsanitary - you could not walk around barefoot as your feet would be covered in filth. The apartment does not look like the photos - it is really rundown, broken sockets, mould on the walls, stuff everywhere, it’s a mess and was totally disgusting. The previous guests laundry was left in one of the bedrooms, and the mattresses were filthy - we came home with bed bug bites everywhere. The apartment is on the top floor of an apartment block, no lift and the stairwells are pitch black. The apartment is situated in a back alley which reeked of urine and felt very unsafe with the type of people that seemed to be hanging around in the evenings. Inside the building itself there were quite a few loud groups who kept us up in the night. On our final day as we were trying to separate our rubbish and recycling into the communal bins before leaving a receptionist appeared (she was nowhere to be seen during the rest of our trip!) she was extremely rude and aggressive and then started sifting through our rubbish bags. Very bizarre behaviour. We left her to it in the end because we couldn’t bear to spend another moment in this disgusting place. We absolutely love Milan but this apartment and the people associated with it completely ruined our trip.

• Dina (1/5): Terrible stay - Nothing. Maybe the location Horrible is understatement. The apartment has only one fan. Bathroom door knob is not working and we complained no one came to fix so no privacy in using the bathroom. I asked for a place to store the luggage after check out or late check out, the answer was NO. The lady on the phone threatened us to call the police if we stay after check out time that was early 10 am. Bad instructions for self check in. We got inside the building to find two different stairs we didn’t know which one to use. I called the customer service she said she doesn’t know. We took all of the luggage up (No lift) to find it’s the wrong side of the building.

It's better to stay at home. - The apartment is full of insects and smells disgusting. - The walls are dirty. - The apartment is indoors, so there's no air to breathe, and it doesn't have air conditioning. - We lived through the worst days of our lives and fled, leaving the rest of our days there for a full week! - If it's located close to the center, you'll pay a lot in terms of your morale. - The entrance to the apartment is terrifying and frightening, especially at night. There's no lighting to enter, so we rely on our cell phone's light. - After suffering and suffering from the heat in the apartment, they sent us fans. The weather was extremely hot, but the benefit was more hot air. - I apologize for not reading the comments of previous residents, but it's my duty now to convey the truth. - The apartment's floors are shaky and dilapidated, and they make strange noises. The bathroom is dirty, the washing machine is strange and rusty, and the shower is broken and falling off. - I booked based on the air-conditioned apartment, and I have proof. After a complaint, they removed the air-conditioning! - There's no kitchen, leaving only the entrance and bathroom. - The windows are dirty and frightening. - The apartment is unsuitable for booking, and I will strive to get my rights, including reaching the Consumer Protection Agency and the Ministry. - They made me feel humiliated that they sent me fans in the intense heat and didn't feel ashamed because they omitted the word "air-conditioning"!!

The front door was very hard to lock the key kept getting stuck in the door, we couldn't understand how to actually lock the door would take us about 20 minutes. The room is very out of date and everything seems broken. The bathroom handle would fall off constantly and the other handles were very loose.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get into the building one night using the online link, but we were able to reach the host at night, and she was very helpful. We need to restart router for couple of times, because internet wasnt working. Also there was a lot of spider webs in big room.

• Zanca (3/5): Good location, bad conditions - The location of the apartament is excelent The apartament was a bit dirty, there was spider web in the bathroom, and the windows had mold on them. It was a problem with the heat, in the apartament was so cold for this part of the year. In the annouce you can see the most beautiful photos but in reality is different.

We were looking for a water bottle but couldn't find one anywhere, They can add a bottle of water or something as a welcome perk.

• Zab (3/5): Unbelievable - Location is okay, very near duomo and lots of shops nearby. Entire apartment is cold especially the floors, so dusty. The smell of the towels and linens like vinegar. One bed is broken, not enough support or carry you, don't let your kids hop/jump or they might fall. Upon entering there is cockroach welcoming us. There's plates available but no spoon or fork, knife. If you are pregnant, or you have difficulty walking up with stairs this is a NO NO since there is no lift/elevator. Pictures on the site please update, the whole apartment looks old to me.
• Daniel (1/5): This is the worst property I’ve ever been in my life! - There’s nothing to like about this property except it is near the centre Dirty place, when you open the door it smells like dead fish, the sheets were not clean, the only thing you can do there is sleep, when you are inside it feels like you are convicted or in a jail cell, just terrible!
