- Steffi (10/5): -

Located in the heart of Chinatown with many local restaurants and pibs in a walking distance.
Very close to train stations.

- Van (10/5): - Quiet, good location , clean and safe
- Lachielan (8/5): A home while traveling - Very clean with an awesome view over the city. Comfy bed with good air-conditioning options as locals informed us the apartments in the area were not built with inbuilt air-conditioning so this was a bonus!
Easy access, across the road was IRL Luggage storage which was used pre check in to store our gear.
Kitchen was decently equipped, though we did not really use it past the coffee machine.
The gym, and pool were well equipped.
Accommodation is across the road from a train station which was very convenient.
Host was very accommodating, replied to messages promptly and was kind enough to facilitate a slightly earlier check in for us. Very happy with that we got, I haven't got complaints.
- William (10/5): -
- Jennifer Thompson (7/5): It's Vancouver - It had all the kitchen utensils etc. The light fixtures were so bright. The white light was too intense. There was hardly any water pressure.
The location was ok. Not great but I realise it's Vancouver, the drug capital of the world. The best part was that it reminds me of why I would never live in Vancouver. Rainy, damp, overcrowded, cold people.
- Giovanna (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - La vista panoramica sulla città dall’ampia vetrata
- Kaye (9/5): Location and view are great. - Check in was difficult, as we had to be buzzed in and the host wasn't able to enable a connection the first couple times we tried. Extremely poor water pressure in the shower.
- Christine (10/5): - Excellent location, clean and cozy apartment
- Martin (10/5): Perfect place to stay when visiting Vancouver, we would definitely come back! - Spotless clean and well equipped apartment. Key handover worked fine, hosts were very responsive.
Don't worry about the surrounding, it is what you find in many larger cities these days, we felt safe even in evening hours. Nice restaurants in walking distance. Parking in underground parking garage was very convenient. Washing machine & dryer worked well.
- Idan (10/5): Was very goodwill come back ! - Amazing location, everything was well! The place was clean and had everything ready for us, the pool and gym was awesome.
Thank you and will definitely be back Everything
- Ian (8/5): Great for a short stay - Great view and good sized apartment. Visited in November and the apartment was warm. Low water pressure in the shower and low temperature on arrival and departure. Coming to the end of a 6 week trip around the world, this had one of the worst showers we experienced. Apparently water temperature is managed by the building, not the owner.
- Takashi (9/5): -
- Brayden (10/5): Wasn’t there long but close to my event and tourist attractions - Location
- Lothar (10/5): -
- Brian (9/5): Great location and responsive owner made for an excellent stay - Location to Roger’s arena and parking included Water pressure in shower was weak
- Alina (9/5): - Sehr schöner Ausblick, große Wohnung mit top Ausstattung In dem Viertel gibt’s viele Junkies
- Amandeep (7/5): Its okay i would say - view from the house. Parking was very confusion and it can be made little easier.
As for the first time it is like passing a exam or a puzzle.
- pablo (8/5): Great - High of the apartment and confortable getting into the building is like a scape room test, but the owner is great and she helped us a lot. I recommend to future guests to understand the process correctly in advance. It doesn't have a normal AC, is a portable one that is not as efficient as a regular one.
- Stephen (8/5): -
- Pim (8/5): affordable and comfortable accommodation in handy location - central location and close to mass transit nil
- Kimberley (10/5): - Safe and secure building, 10 star location, easy check in, clean unit, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen,
Excellent service.
Will definitely be back again. Thank you!!!!
- Elisa (9/5): -
- ERIC (10/5): - Emplacement centrale Vancouver
- Gloria (10/5): -
- Edward (10/5): -
- Chantal (9/5): Très beau séjour à Vancouver! - C’est un bel appartement, très propre, très bien situé et en plus un stationnement souterrain!
- Claire (9/5): - Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent facilities. The lift was a big hit and miss (not always coming).
- Mike (9/5): Superb -
- Hausberger (8/5): The unit itself is in a great location and is very neat. - The location and view. There was a power failure and we could not access the unit for just over an hour. Once we could use the lifts, we got stuck in there for about thirty minutes. After a concert, we just wanted to get to bed as we were leaving the next day so it was a bit frustrating that we only got to bed 2 hours later than we planned.
- Richer (7/5): Good -
- Ryan (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (10/5): A great way to end a as fabulous holiday in Canada before flying home - The view of Vancouver from the 16th floor is mesmerising, The accommodation is conveniently located opposite China Town metro station that has links to the airport.
The modern condo is tastefully furnished and contains everything that you need. The host responded promptly to any questions by Message.
I’d recommend Toonies Tours for a free (donations) walking tour if the city, which is s as good way to get your bearings. Just be aware walking around China Town at night that there are a lot of rough sleepers around. It’s probably no worse than other inner city areas.
- Nick (8/5): Beautiful apartment but check the location - Large apartment, well equipped, clean
Walking distance to Gastown.
A decent walk to cruise departures terminal area The location is on the edge of the less attractive part of town. We never had any trouble but expect to see homeless and drugged people
The apartment overlooks the railway and the freeway so it is noisy unless you put the air conditioning on. Then it is perfect
- Robert (7/5): Nice small apartment in an are that was very central - Host very attentive and lots of information Location was great, instructions easy to follow except for parking. Little apartment but very functional. Great washing and drying facilities. Couldn’t get cool enough. No air conditioning only evaporative coolers that didn’t cope. The hallways were cooler. Noisy due to the train
- R (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location, centrally located in the city. Everything we needed was provided, perfect for the stay. Only suggestion is providing faceclothes.
- Sharryne (8/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable - Great apartment for a short stopover in Vancouver. The hosts were very helpful, with any requests we made.
Everything was provided in a fully equipped kitchen that included tea bags and coffee pods , brilliant washer and dryer with detergent provided. Excellent all round . The only downside was the temperature in the apartment , despite two tower fans and an air conditioner of sorts it was still quite warm with little air circulation.
- Don (10/5): Elevated experience - Incredible condo overlooking the golfball and False Creek. Truly lovely place to stay. It might be your ideal location but it's not mine. I tend to prefer to be further west.
- Fit (8/5): Great accommodation for the price but proximity to Chinatown/East Hastings did not suit personally - The accommodation was very clean and bright and welcoming. Good outlook/view from the main windows. Pleased to have the two air conditioning units as the unit can get hot and stuffy very quickly as the windows are not huge. Note re the air conditioning units - make sure you press the on/off button on the white box on the floor otherwise you might think the air con units are not working! But they actually are. Took me about 15 minutes to work this out. Perhaps instructions on the air con unit might help? The Stadium-Chinatown metro station is literally just across the road which was super helpful when arriving/departing with luggage and when needing to get across town without walking too much. The blocks in Vancouver are very long! Also across the road is a huge Chinese grocery store which also sells western food supplies, plus a few low key eateries but not many fancy eateries close by. Gas Town area is very close also. Also only a 10 min walk to the waterway near Plaza of Nations/Science World where you can catch the False Creek Ferry or Aquabus ferry to Granville Island for food stalls, shopping etc well worth a visit. Note : if you wish to go further than Granville Island towards the West End of town catch the False Creek Ferry. In both cases the Day Pass is great value as you can hop on and off all day. The location of the unit - other than described above with accessiblity to the Metro and ferries - was not ideal as just on the border of Chinatown/East Hastings area with the homelessness and street people. Whilst we did not go into Chinatown/East Hastings Street itself there was a small flowover of homeless people on the streets around us. To be fair we did not encounter any issues at all but also did not put ourselves in vulnerable locations. We just headed to the west side of town towards the Waterfront area or south to the Granville Island waterway. Personally I would prefer to be in the middle of town as opposed to either ends to cut down on the walking.
- Kathleen (10/5): Definitely want to stay again - It was so so cozy and comfortable Nothing everything was amazing!
- Augie (9/5): It was everything we needed, fully furnished and very clean. We will definitely return. - Excellent location for why we were in the City. Locating the correct parking spot and returning to that parking spot afterwards was challenging to say the least. Better identification signage is needed within the parkade.
- Todd (9/5): Superb - Fantastic host and view
- Sergio (8/5): Great location , with a beautiful view of the city .. - Everything is good, good the exception of parking complicated
- Miranda (10/5): Would reccomend! - The apartment was beautiful, great view and well located. Had everything I needed and well priced! Had a great visit, would love to return!
- Manuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sofia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Franky (7/5): Good -
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location across the road from Roger’s Arena and the station. Great value. Apartment was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Host was helpful and quick to communicate with.
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deanne (10/5): Would highly recommend this apartment - clean, convenient and comfortable - The place was very clean and comfortable. In addition, it was minutes from the station, so it was very convenient to move around. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies in the kitchen as part of a warm welcome. Was not promised when advertised but in some places I have stayed, these simple gestures make such a difference
- David (9/5): Excellent stay. Very comfortable beds. Be aware that a cleaning fee adds over $100 to the price tag advertised. - It was well situated for professional sports, international village, walks around False Creek, & Science Centre Getting to the parking stall was not that easy. We realized that you cannot rely on the numbers can be followed from 0 to 246. The 100’s in the connector corridors and 200’s along the edges. Also, be aware the parking lot services three buildings so make sure you access 688 Abbots entrance, not the other two.
- Frances (9/5): A neat, well setup apartment - Beautifully setup with everything we needed It would be of benefit to have clear instructions available for how to use the appliances
- Alyssa (10/5): Exceptional - The view
Walking distance to downtown
- Julia (10/5): Perfect short stay in Vancouver! Excellent location and view. Would book again! - The location was so convenient, right on the expo line, right outside of Roger’s arena and Costco. The view was incredible and we really enjoyed going for a run on the seawall. The host was very responsive and flexible! The parking instructions were a little confusing, but we figured it out in the end by just looking for the parking space number. We didn’t use the pool facilities because it was under renovation.
- Li (10/5): Exceptional - Bed was bigger and view was outstanding everything it’s clean
- Jess (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yasar (7/5): Good -
- Abdullah (9/5): Comfortable and cozy - Clean and comfortable
- Jacob (8/5): Great experience and a great stay! - The apartment itself was great! Extremely comfortable and the host was helpful and great! Check in process can be a little better
- Rajveer (1/5): It was terrible and never again - Nothing I liked. Waste of my time and money. The fact the FOB wasn’t working and the host didn’t even try to get there ASAP which caused us to waste 2 hours of our time and missed birthday reservations. The host came 2 hours later. I have video proof of the FOB NOT WORKING. The host was going back and forth with me on the phone and over email. I had to book another place to stay. I would like a refund bc I did not even get to stay bc the FOB was not working.
- A (10/5): Amazing views, perfect location, would definitely recommend and will stay again in future bookings. - View was amazing
Location was perfect
Clean and owners were very quick and accommodating Bathroom door
- Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent.
- Sam (9/5): Superb - Loved the Condo. Had everything we needed. Washer/Dryer was great.
The views were amazing. Room was quite warm. We needed the AC on even though it was only 6 degrees outside.
The location didn't have a decent restaurant near by.
- Vandenbussche (8/5): Very good - It was right across from Rogers Arena Getting the keys was a hassle. We don't even know how we got upstairs, as according to another building resident, you needed the key fob to even use the elevators. Then, getting up from the parkade was like a maze and most of the fob locks didn't work. It took us 20 minutes just to bring our stuff upstairs because the parkade is so poorly labled. Seriously, if the building's gonna be mostly short term rental property like this, they need to make it easier for the people staying there to access
- Tracy (8/5): Good - Wonderful location, view not great due to windows covered- also made very humid and warm Above
- Dragneil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brendon (6/5): Too expensive for us, noting that location is good for access to city. - Location and facilities Cost and bathroom exhaust fan wouldn’t turn off
- Paola (10/5): Exceptional - Convenient location I would lime to received the email with instructions to get in before or knowing ahead that i was going to receive the instructions by the host on email.
- Kay (8/5): Great condo in a great location - Comfortable great location Gaining entry
- Kurt (8/5): I was very glad that my brother choose me this stay to make my trip to Vancouver so wonderful. - It was a nice apartment very roomy and central with good stores around and the subway connection. The fact that windows can not be only to a sliver was a bit disappointing Airconditioning is nice for some but fresh air is nicer. A list of instructions would of been helpful for example how to get to the workout room, pool. I did not feel like writing to the owners just for trivial things seeing as we did not meeting person at all.
- Belindagordo (7/5): Good - Location was great. Contact with the owner was fantastic.
Apart from the things listed we didn't like the unit suited our needs and was good for our 2 night stay. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic Very few power sockets worked n in the kitchen making it difficult to use kettle and toaster for breakfast.
Lights in the bedroom didn't work. The fan In the bathroom ran continuously and you could not turn it off making it noisy.
- Eric (9/5): Superb -
- Lydia (10/5): Wanted to stay longer - The apartment had everything you could need besides your groceries.
There was a lot of space and storage and the view was beautiful.
- Walter (8/5): Great Value apartment - Great Location, close to station. Well layed out apartment. Comfortable bed. Modern appliances and clean. Free use of pool.
Well equiped Kitchen and sundry items. Building does not have air con, but owner has installed 2 portable units. Owner very helpfull and let us store our suitcase hours before checkin. All in all great value for money. Nothing.
- Loren (8/5): Very good - Views and security. Kindly allowed us to leave our luggage earlier in the day. Lots of supplies eg toilet paper etc.Lovely soft linens. Very noisy at night with traffic. Airconditioning was vented through pipes to window instead of regular airconditioning. Cleaner ate my tub of yoghurt ,must have thought it belonged to previous occupants, so we left leftover pizza for her the next day.
Some long life milk would have been good for tea or coffee.A queen size bed would have been much better. Double size is too small.
- Dean (1/5): Too Hot, AC Doesn’t work, host did not address concerns - We chose this accommodation because of the mention in the ad about having new air conditioners. When we arrived they were not switched on. The apartment was nearly 30 degrees Celsius. During our stay there, despite OUR (not the hosts) best efforts to fix the situation, the unit did not get much cooler. As a result, we were too hot to get ready for an important event and ended up arriving to it sweaty and miserable. Multiple attempts to communicate with the host got us nowhere. Most accommodations would offer even the slightest compensation since there was a situation they could not provide a solution (or a different unit of equal value with working air conditioning, which isn’t an option because it was this persons personal rental) Lesson learned for us, we will choose a reputable hotel next time that will go above and beyond to address potential issues, and the option of talking to someone in person, not dealing with someone hiding behind a keyboard on their phone that can respond (or not) to your issues at their own leisure.
- Dilani (10/5): Excellent - Properly had everything we required .
- Robine (9/5): Uncomplicated and friendly - Good lighting, very clean, spacious Nothing
- Yifei (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachel (8/5): Very good -
- Steve (6/5): Pleasant - Only one entry fob which was impractical with two adults heading in different directions and doing different things
- Mary (9/5): Looking forward to staying again. - Sparkling, clean and fully stocked with necessities. Parking included in private and secure a lot. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.
- Ana (10/5): Exceptional - Super comfortable The cleaning fee was same price of the stay price
- Eghardt (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing! Directly across the street from Rogers arena. The parking bay is really a tight fit for an F150.
- Andrea (8/5): Nice first time stay in Vancouver - Apartment was nice - the pullout bed was comfortable, parking was secure, and it had everything we needed (including a smart tv and enough seating for 4 people to sit comfortably). We walked to most destinations and didn’t use our car much after we arrived, which was great. It was our first time to Vancouver and we didn’t realize how close by the property was to the Hastings and Main area where there were lots of homeless people - we drove through this area when arriving and it was about a mile long, though the airbnb itself was just outside of the area. Walking northwest from the apartment was fine, but we avoided walking northeast. We’re from Seattle, and the homeless area of town is definitely much bigger than the area we have by the 3rd and Pike McDonalds. We might choose to stay in a different location in the future, though the price for this airbnb was great.
A few other things to know - you can hear the light rail trains pass at night. It’s not super loud but I preferred sleeping with earplugs in. It was also a bit warm in the apartment at night, even though the heat was off and it was mid March. A fan could be a nice addition.
