Das komplette Personal ist freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und versucht immer alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Der Wellnessbereich ist TOP! Das ganze Haus ist super sauber. Man fühl sich sehr gut aufgehoben.

Restauracja serwowała smaczne posiłki , dobra opcja to popołudniowe przekąski po nartach .Relaks w basenie i saunie to po dniu spędzonym na nartach prawdziwa przyjemność.Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny .Przystanek skibusa przy wyjściu z narciarni to rewelacja . Jedyny minus to godziny kursowania skibusa mogłyby być co 15 minut a nie co 30 min , ale to nie do końca zależy od hotelu

Some minor issues with lighting fixtures in the room. Radio in the bathroom was interfering with main light fixtures in the bathroom. Lights were not shutting down when room card was removed so had turn them off manually.

Het hotel zat vol maar toch voelde het nooit té druk aan in de relaxruimtes of in de sauna. Het eten was gewoon goed. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De aankleding is warm en gezellig. Wij hebben de skibus niet gebruikt maar het zag er wel handig uit. Hij stopt voor de deur. Er is ook een ruime skiraum. Aangenaam gebied voor een shortski! Enkel dat er geen elektrische laadpaal was bij het hotel.

There’s a few things that we didn’t like at all: - all of the balcony’s is very close to each other so that’s mean if your neighbours is smoking you feel it in your room(as the room doesn’t have AC you couldn’t close the door). - We paid for the dinner but all of the food we tried was not tasty. We asked to cancel our dinner for the next day(as we didn’t like the food in a first day) but the hotel returned us only 10€ per person(dinner cost 55€ per person).

- Patrick (10/5): Durch die sehr angenehme Atmosphäre hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, dass ich das erste Mal in diesem Hotel war - man konnte - Alles in Allem war es ein sehr gelungener und entspannter Urlaub, was vorallem an der Ausstattung und insbesondere der sehr freundlichen/familiären Atmosphäre liegt - Großes Lob an Alle. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und der Wellnessbereich mit Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vorallem gibts kein Kampf um Liegen - ich habe immer einen guten Platz gefunden. Der obere Bereich ist definitiv ein Highlight durch den Ausblick und die Ruhe. An der Essensauswahl am Morgen, sowie am Abend gibt’s nichts zu meckern - top!

- Andrei (10/5): Spotless mix of tradition and modern - Hotel Platzlhof is the perfect mix of tradition and modern. My room was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and had beautiful panoramic views of the entire valley from the balcony. Actually, the whole hotel, the restaurant, the spa, the common areas, everywhere was spotless and immaculate. The staff were very warm and attentive. It only took one morning for the lady at breakfast to remember that I like to finish my meal with an espresso, and I also want to commend Simona for her exceptional service and warm personality. I also appreciated that the skibus stops literally in front of the hotel, and that the staff made a note about the timetable in the guest information. After a day of skiing, another standout was the spa, which is modern and tastefully decorated. It has an outdoor heated pool with gorgeous views of the mountains around and a massage nozzle. There are also saunas and steam rooms. Overall, I was above happy with my stay. I loved everything about it and I would definitely return for a few more nights.

The meal, especially dinner serving is out of our best expectations. Excellent SPA, 2 swimming pools (outside and hydra) were warm and comfortable. The owner Lady met guests and communicated at the dinner what was very nice and created cozy atmosphere. We didn't find any minuses. With a great pleasure would return there again.
- Anja (10/5): Exceptional - A great family owned hotel. They all really make you feel welcome. Every morning with breakfast you get a little "newspaper" where they write down the suggestions on how to spend the day, which places to see/where to go for a hike. The location of the hotel is lovely (but of course you need a car), there is a lot of hiking/sightseeing options in the area. The rooms are cozy and clean, the spa area is free to use and it is large (1 bigger finish sauna, 2 steam saunas, bio sauna and an infrared sauna). The pool is big with plenty of cozy resting places around it. The food is amazing! I think here we had some of the best dinners ever served to us as a part of the hotel half board. The dinner (soup, main course and dessert) is served, only the cold starters are self service from a buffet. The breakfast is very lovely too. Definitely a place to spend a couple of days, to enjoy the surrounding and if the weather is bad to just enjoy the spa and pool.

- Flying (5/5): Passable - Hotel Room is nice and with lot of style and the location is a good starting point for some other activity. The quality of the dinner and the possibel option if you wish to have vegi or normal was not provided. Breakfast quality means the foodquality is not 4 Star level. No homemade confiture, no fresh orange juice just convinient, the egg was pre cocked and not possibel to order by your wish. For the price level of the hotel in comparison with other hotels it is to low.
